After passing the place many times on my way to and from work over the past few years, decided to stop in and give it a try. Service was great, but the food... not at all. Upon opening the box you're met with a very enticing view of what looks to be an amazing pizza. The pizza had a sour/tannic taste, that I initially tossed up to maybe having a more sharp cheese in their blend(it could've passed for a sharp white cheddar). The cheese sticks, tasted as you'd expect cheesy bread to taste... My wife, son, and I ate the pizza and cheese sticks Friday night and spent all day Saturday and Sunday sick as a dog. That wasn't cheddar in the cheese blend, it was spoiled ingredients. Apparently Quality Control and Freshness are not on their minds at all. It's not hard to track dates on your ingredients, they're just choosing not to it would seem. They're out here poisoning people with their lack of give a damn. 0 out of 10 will never recommend.

I'm moved to Bryant, AL last November because I was transferred to South Pittsburgh. I found Cloud's looking for a pizza place close by. Two months ago I ordered a pizza to go on my way home from work. The messed my order up and gave them another shot. Today on my way home from work I ordered a pizza and jalapeno poppers. The girl who took my order said it would be ready in 25 minutes. Which was great timing. When I arrived the owner whose on the billboard at the crossroads asked me what name it was under and she said there wasn't an order for me. She asked her employee if they took my order and the girl said she forgot to put it in. WTH!!! The owner just said she was sorry and didn't offer anything to make up for their mistake!! I am a regular customer and probably have spent over $300 since last November. What a joke of an owner to treat someone like that. The cost gas and wear and tear on my truck. I will never return to this establishment again! 😡 If I could give no stars I would! Will not recommend this place to anyone!

Had heard good things about this place. The food on lunch buffet looks good on the Facebook videos. Wanted to try it out today because they had Turkey on the buffet. Was told the lunch buffet ran from 11-3. We only live 3 miles from there across the Georgia line in Trenton, Ga. So we left little before 3…our time….assuming we had plenty of time to get there before the lunch buffet was over. Boy were we wrong. We get there around 3:10….again…our time which would have been 2:10….Alabama-Central time. One car in parking lot. We go in and stand at the counter almost ten minutes waiting for someone to come out. We both noticed no buffet and were confused. Someone finally came out and we were told the buffet ended at 3. My husband said….its only a little after 2. The guy who waited on us said…oh, we don’t go by that….we go by “fast time”… meaning Georgia-Eastern time. We thought this was odd….but didn’t question it. We left….because we wanted the Turkey and wanted the buffet. Maybe you should tell anyone asking about buffet time from now on that you don’t go by Central time. Big disappointment. Most likely won’t go back.

Always love eating at Cloud's, the Cheese Sticks are my favorite and have been for years! Consistent and delicious, can't forget the extra sauce!

The cheese sticks are the bomb.

They never put any ranch with my Chicken Bacon RANCH Stramboli. My dad got a chille dog and it was literally a hot dog just chilli, no bread whatsoever! I paid 25$ for this!😶

They close at 8pm and got there at 7:45. The girls there was rude and said we are closed. I understand you close in 15 mins but that's bad on a business!! I have went up there multiple times and people walk in after us and they go in back and fix there food and others before we ended get ours.

Amazing place to eat! A good slice of that Americana and the food is always great! Supper friendly helpful staff and quick food!

Love the cheese sticks they’re known for. Hamburgers were really good last time we were there and not dried out at all! Love the BBQ pizza, milkshakes and hot fudge cake!! Great customer service! Offers a meat & 3 plus dessert on Monday-Thursday.

If you are in Higdon, AL you have to try Clouds pizza and more. The lunch bar and the regular menu items are all delicious. Everyone who works there is super friendly and you should check out their TikToks to see all the daily specials.

This place has a large menu, pizzas, country style food bar, hamburgers, chicken and fries. Very clean with good food and affordable prices.

The employees are always so sweet when we visit. Food is good. Only thing I would change is the cheese bread only had cheese in the middle this time, it usually has a lot of cheese. Stromboli was very good.

This is a MUST STOP if you are ever hungry & in the area!!!! Been eating here since I was a kid, so for about 30+ years!! Best cheese stix I've ever had, plus they are all homemade!!! They have a good variety of food - so it's not only pizza!!! Nice clean place & friendly service!!! Prices are very affordable!!!!

Pizza here is so good! We usually get it once a week! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars for food was because sometimes the ranch is watery and they don't have fried mozz sticks.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Just moved from Florida and didn't want to cook so... Clouds pizza to the rescue! When hubby moves up we will definitely be ordering a lot!

I drove a long distance to return for a second time within the month! That's how good it is. Though, on my second visit things weren't as perfect as before. The food was great above all! However, the cheese bread was soaked in grease. And the pizza was a tad undercooked for my personal liking. Everything was still delicious, and it doesn't prevent me from coming back a 3rd time. I still recommend this place! The food is great! Price is slightly exspensive, though you get your moneys worth. Clouds pizza is a family establishment and I highly recommend giving them a try

I’ve enjoyed clouds pizza for years but the portions have changed they are no longer proportionate to the price got plates today portions super small only 2 little chicken fingers and I thought we got tea the cake was really small just everything small see picture just not proportionate to the price for me

Loved the atmosphere. Excellent food. Very clean. Only thing that could be better is drink station accessible for refills.

Clouds was pretty good my first two times but after that service went downhill. My cousin ordered her child a corndog meal and it only had four fries. Instead of giving a few fries to a two year old they gave a 10% discount not even enough to cover the cost of the fries.

We got 2 Stromboli's 1 steak and the other chicken. Wowsers!!!!! What can I say? They were amazing! These people are so friendly and the food is incredible. I know we just met Cloud Pizza..... And it might be too soon. But..... We love you ❤️

When you have a home out in the country and want to have a pizza, it’s terrible to have to drive into the city to just get an adequate pizza. That’s where it is so nice to have Cloud pizza here on the mountain where you can get a great pizza for a good price and extremely conveniently close to home.

Best pizza and cheese sticks in town

Only our second time eating here. We had the Taco Pizza. It was sooooooo good!! The staff is so kind. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I've only had their pizza, but they offer several other things. The pizza is fantastic! Can be kind of pricey, although it is well worth it. I highly recommend this place.

It was just ok, Mac and cheese was super watery with not much taste at all. Cornbread was very good.

Service was excellent. Food kinda bland. French fries cold and limp. Not a good experience with what we ordered today wouldn’t consider going back for a hamburger and fries.

Waited forever in line, standing room only, because they were unreachable on the phone to call an order in for pick up. Only ordered 2 milkshakes and 1 order of fried mushroom explanation was given to owner that my son was out in vehicle waiting on a menu to decide what he wanted to eat for dinner. I asked 2 more times about our milkshakes being ready before I got disgusted and empty handed took the menu out to my starving son outside . At that moment out walks the cook with our shakes and mushrooms to my car window explaining they closed and went on eastern time and we couldn't even order there! I'll never be back tell you that

Very good meat lovers pizza !!!!

I have eaten their pizza and also their cheeseburger and fries. All were delicious. The hamburger is quite possibly the best hamburger I've ever eaten. The Stagg were very friendly both times I was there. Prices are reasonable and it's a great atmosphere. I'll be going back again and again

First time ordering pizza and Stromboli. Amazing service and attitudes by everyone there. Food was good, but the service is the real winner at this restaurant.

It's an okay restaurant for Higdon Alabama where you don't have any other restaurants the staff is always been friendly polite and mainly good looking

Simple yummy food at a reasonable price. The girls working were so sweet, we didn't realize we showed up 15 mins before close but they didn't seem upset. They go by Georgia time. We sat and enjoyed our food. We did try to hurry, they didn't make us feel rushed though, we just felt bad.

Cool place. The food was pretty good, restaurant was clean, and the counter service was very friendly. I would have given four stars but portions were just a bit small. Not so small that I won't be back, just less than other comparable restaurants. I should mention that I didn't order pizza. I did see a pizza that someone else ordered and it looked amazing! So, when I return, I'll be ordering pizza! 😁 I definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area. Stop in!

I got the club sandwich and the sidewinder fries. Definitely was not disappointed. To wash it down, I had to get that sweet, sweet, sweet tea. I’ll tell you what that was good too. Pick them up like I do and get those sidewinders. Very good and great folks!

Outstanding pizza! We were staying at a VRBO in Trenton, GA and wanted a quite pizza place. It is just a short drive into Alabama for the perfect pizza place! The pizza and cheesy bread were amazing! The value is outstanding! The people were most friendly. The dinning room was very clean! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Our nephew recommended this place and said that meat and vegetable plate for lunch was great, so we tried it. We showed up about 30 min before closing and they welcomed us in. They only do the vegetable plate during lunch so we looked at the menu and decided on the taco pizza. It was very good. It had a nice thin crust with lots of cheese. A little more burger would have a been good but the pizza was good that would have just made it better. The folks there make you feel very welcome and they are proud that you are there. The prices were very reasonable for what you get. It's a little off the beaten path but worth the trip. I will eat there again when we are in the area.

I swear this place has the BEST onion rings in the tristate area. And trust me I've about tried them all. Just stay away from the the double cheeseburger unless you dont plan on eating the rest of the day. Its HUGE. Sure ain't no McDonald's double😂😂

Interesting variety of menu items. Burger good, grilled cheese great, fries soggy and undercooked. Saw the pizza at the next table and it looked amazing.

We're ordered to go from here. Even our picky eaters enjoyed this food. Ordered 2 pizzas, bosco sticks, and cheesy bread sticks all were delicious.

The food was good but the price range for the area and a cheese burger did not add up. Too rich for my blood, not somewhere I'll be eating again. I remembered really fast why I NEVER GO THERE when I paid for a burger and a chicken sandwich $23 WOW not worth it!!!!!!!!!

Burgers pizza and all kind of southern comfort food

Cloud's goes by Cloud's Pizza but they serve much, much more. They have the best burgers around and their country buffet for lunch is wonderful! Very sweet owners and employees, and not far from my house.
