I’m not even sure if this place is still open. I was going to get coffee the other day and the door was locked. Every time I drive by it, it looks vacant.

Had breakfast there and it was delicious. I'll definitely go back!

I probably shouldn't tell how great it was , because nxt time I'll be waiting outside! ( cause it will be packed) I've never been the only couple in restaurant before ( especially in place you actually like) but it's kinda nice . The place is cozy, clean, and air was perfect. The service was excellent, and the food was made to order( 3 egg ,home fries, sausage with toast/ chicken and waffles) good size portions too!!! I even got to talk with COOK. Two 👍🏿👍🏿up It's definitely a hidden gem in South Philly

My mother threw me a surprise 30th birthday party and had Colanzi's cater the food. The food was spectacular. The owner Mike really out did himself with the tasty food. I would recommend!!

Best pizza in the city. The alla vodka pizza was amazing and the chicken Parm was also fantastic. Great service as well.

Attended a party catered by Colanzi's and the food was absolutely delicious! Everyone raved about how flavorful the dishes were, it was hard to pick a favorite! Options included: sausage scallopini, eggplant, broccoli, cauliflower, lemon chicken pasta, and roasted potatoes.

I attended a party last night catered by Mike.... The food was fresh, full of flavor and over all amazing.. The lemon chicken pasta was a big hit for everyone.. If use are looking for someone to cater your events please please check them out… Thank you Mike..

This restaurant was great, the food tasted amazing and the service was exceptional! The owner and staff were very friendly. We ordered the cheesy steak spring rolls as an appetizer and I must say they were delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant when in Philly!

Hands down the best food in South Philly, Tonight I had a brick oven tomotoe and basil pizza, it was amazing .Must say the best I've ever had ! Mike the owner went above and beyond to make our experience one of a kind ! Along with a amazing staff. You have to come in and try this place out , trust me you won't be disappointed!!

My friend John had your cheesesteak stromboli for the first time and says that it was EXCELLENT! It was perfectly cooked, the meat was tasty and delicious. He can't wait to visit again!

I went out of my way to try this place, based on the reviews… and they did NOT disappoint! The food was amazing, atmosphere was neighborhood/local hidden gem. This is WELL worth getting off the beaten path for. I wish we could give more than a 5 out of 5. Absolutely amazing!

My partner and I were warmly (hahaha literally/punny as the AC had an unfortunate accident) welcomed by the cool bartender (forgot his name 😔) and was quick to make conversation with us: super friendly! We got the homemade mozzarella sticks. Truly, it was a life changing experience. You know the cartoons where the cheese is stretched from a pizza? Imagine that in stick form. The breading on it was super light too, and the sticks themselves were HUGE!!! We’ll be back to get pizza; they’re an awesome Italian-American family, but they’re open to have Hawaiian pizza on the menu!!! 😋

Their margarita flatbreads are the best I've ever had. A whole pizza, basically, for only $6! And the acai bowls are great too.

The absolute best food. You walk in you feel at home. I consistently get breakfast here every morning and it tastes amazing, fresh, and flavorful every time. Not only their breakfast but their other food is out of this world. You won’t be disappointed.

The food was amazing as was the service. Better than both was Mike the owner/ "non chef" cook. He cares about his food and his customers. It's a great family friendly place with a friendly neighborhood vibe. Excellent food and excellent milk shakes. When I travel, I almost never eat at the same place more than once. Been there 3 times this week.

Was warmly greeted at the door by the owner, and had a nice conversation while watching the Phillies game. Got the flatbread, which was very good, especially considering how inexpensive it was, and the portion being very generous. Great place with a great vibe, if I'm ever in the area I'll be back again.

I come here every week for lunch for the chicken caesar wrap and it never fails! The flatbreads are a must try especially how affordable. Best bang for your buck. The mozzarella sticks are also a fav!

Pizza is good. Crust is perfect - crisp and chewy. Cheesesteak spring rolls are huge and delicious, freshly made. Try the cookies and milk ice cream, you will not be disappointed. Most importantly, the owner is awesome!

Really a great place. Owner was extremely attentive to us, and the food was awesome. I thought it was a very good amount of food for the money. I had the twice baked ham on a roll, and it was exactly how I like it. Ice cream for dessert was great too. My only regret is not having more of the food. I will definitely be back for breakfast, appetizers, and pizza

Such a cute place! Food is amazing: freshest ever, hand-crafted, big portions, healthy, like eating at home. Family-run & comfortable af. Hidden gem really. Great value, inexpensive. We had the chicken soup, mixed salad & penne vodka pasta.

Huge portion for the price, owner was involved in all aspects of service despite how busy he was still made us feel welcome and encouraged us to come and visit him again.

I Recently went to Colanzis with a few friends. The Margarita pizza was thin and crispy and made perfectly. The pancakes my friend had were fluffy and tasteful. Was so nice to find a byob in the area. I was pleasantly surprised.

Pancakes were light and fluffy. Would definitely go back. Would love to try dinner next time.

Lucked in to finding this place while in town. Small local restaurant, clean and friendly. The mozzarella sticks are freshly cut, battered and deep fried. Best I’ve ever had. The pizza was amazing. Had pepperoni and sausage. Sausage was legit good!

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Colanzi's. The portions were large and delicious. The lemon ricotta pancakes were light and full of lemon flavor. My husband's breakfast platter of eggs, bacon and potatoes with toast was satisfying and the potatoes were nicely seasoned, not like bland diner potatoes. Looking forward to going back for brick oven pizza.

Bear in mind it was 9:00am so atmosphere is what you would want from it. It was quiet and services was great. Food was a tad bit on the higher size but it was large portion. If I’m in the area again and have time, I would go back.

I come in and eat breakfast. Great coffee with French toast and eggs . It was so good. Eat place to sit down and eat or get the food to go.

Such a great spot, very welcoming and the owner is such a good guy the staff was also very friendly I enjoyed there strawberry banana pancakes with Nutella and it was phenomenal!! Definitely recommend checking this spot out just in the heart of south philly!!

Went here for a birthday party and absolutely impressed with every part of Colanzi's. Food was awesome, staff was so friendly and attentive! Really a perfect spot for small-medium parties.

This restaurant has an amazing ambiance. The service and food were all first class. Everything was served fresh with the highest quality ingredients, and prepared to perfection. The price was unreal for this level of quality. I had an amazing Spaghetti and clams dish which I highly recommend . The garlic and lemon were not overwhelming; they complemented the clams perfectly. This is a hidden gem I plan on revisiting this weekend.

The owner is so accommodating, the staff is friendly. The food was above, and beyond what I could have expected. I have eaten here for brunch a couple months ago and was able to bring my own champagne. They supplied the juice food great service great and it was nice to be able to take your own champagne and not have to worry about who’s drinking white for brunch. This past Saturday, I had a 30th bday surprise party for my son here I couldn’t have asked it to be any nicer. The staff went out of their way. I was able to set up a little sweet table. Everyone that was at the party enjoyed the food the company the service I definitely will be back and if I ever need to have a little get together, I would have it there. I’m not sure if anybody knows this, but they do catering also.

OMG. 5 star food but not a 5 star price. My pancakes were light and airy with powdered sugar and strawberries. This place is a hidden gem.

The owner, Mike, was so attentive to our needs and was entertaining to talk to as well. I had breakfast here and it was really good, especially the sausage! It was quiet when I went, but it feels homey.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. I had a luncheon for my brother and it was exactly what I asked for. Definitely a great spot for any kind of food, breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

I randomly stumbled upon this place after a cancellation. Since I was already on my way to Philly I decided to get off the broad street exit. I had a killer breakfast sandwich! They do breakfast, lunch , and dinner and have a nice brick oven for pizza . The staff is very friendly and the food was great. I will be back here again and hopefully it will be for lunch or dinner for some brick oven pizza!

Had dinner and it was great! Had the Bourbon Burger with the bacon, it was very delicious! I can't wait to return. That was after we ate the starters. That was equally as good.

Early morning Saturday, we stumble in after a big event night and were greeted by Chrissy who couldn't have been more friendly and inviting. Our second time in, we sat down to coffee and proceeded to eat an amazing, filling and well priced breakfast. Crispy bacon, incredible potatoes, and absolutely the best breakfast sausage I've ever eaten. EVERYTHING was seasoned to perfection. Refills of coffee, and a lovely atmosphere, this is without a doubt the best place to get a fantastic breakfast in Lower Moyamennsing. Will return for not only many more breakfasts, but looking forward to lunch and dinner as well!! Cheers to Chrissy & the kitchen for a wonderful start to our morning.

We got catering from here for a very large baptismal party!!!!! The food was absolutely incredible and everyone at the party raved at how delicious the chicken Marsala, chicken Parmesan and penne in white sauce was. Will definitely be doing all of our catering through them next time. This place is family owned and operated and so well run, everyone is so incredibly friendly and efficient.

Recently attended a Christening party that was catered by them. The food was delicious and every detail was attended to. Everyone commented and went back for seconds!!! Will definitely be going to the restaurant to try out more dishes.

Just ate stromboli from this place and it was absolutely delicious, have never had a stromboli that wasn’t greasy. The taste and texture of this stromboli was amazing! Completely unique and satisfying. Have ate here once before and since then have ate here a total of 5 times so far. Delicious. The staff treats you like you are family and makes you feel comfortable. This place has a great atmosphere for people who’d like to eat in.

Hello everyone, I ordered 3 pizza's from here ; a margarita , a shrimp and arugula and I asked for it extra spicy and a Colanzi's Original with the pineapple and ham~~~~~~~~~FANTASTIC! COOKED TO PERFECTION! THANK YOU TO COLANZI'S FOR GIVING ME FOOD THAT IS ACTUALLY WORTH MY HARD EARNED MONEY. So tired of ordering from different spots to find a good place but I have found my new place. I work overnight hours and love that they have breakfast to! signed a very satisfied customer. Delicious fresh comfort food in the most friendly cafe in Philly! Treated like royalty. I ordered tenders which were done perfectly. Nice and crispy, fries crispy outside and tender inside. Also had a flatbread cooked to perfection on the bottom and sauce is very tasty! This is my new go to place. Spread the word!
