This is now Taco Works !! Different from other Taco places. We liked the concept. Food is good. You order from the counter. That's OK.

This is now TACO WORKS, and it was terrific. The staff was friendly and attentive and the tacos were very good. I recommend it.

Osso Boco is sooooo good…I go in thinking I’ll order something different, but I always order this dish.

The seafood pasta was splendid! Definitely my favorite. The bread came with a honey truffle butter that was delicious, the bread was pretty par. Enjoyed the mushroom risotto as well.

Also, ich muss sagen, dass ich hier sehr gut gegessen habe. Drinnen war leider kein Platz mehr frei, darum haben wir auf der kleinen Terrasse gesessen. Aussicht und Geräusche der Straße inklusive. Aber dafür kann das Restaurant und schon gar nicht die sehr gute Küche etwas. Für mein Gericht brauchte ich kein Messer, so zart war das Fleisch. Warum bereitet eigentlich niemand in Deutschland den Rosenkohl mal so zu? Personal natürlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung von mir.

Such a nice place! Food was fresh, flavorful and amazing. Salads are big enough for 2-3 people. The environment is very modern and comfortable.

First time dining last evening. We waited over an hour for our food. There were 2 other tables that came in after us who were served before us. My salmon was under cooked my husband's lasagna was ok my son ordered ravioli and it was cold. Just not the best experience

Ok. So this is one of those interesting reviews - punchline - the food here is incredible. We went here on a date night and the clientele is as expected in this area meaning age range but I don’t mean anything negative. It’s just what is here. But the server was so sweet and the food was perfect. I mean, very very good Italian food. Just know the vibe is not cozy or intimate or trendy. It’s a refurb’d old Wendy’s building or something but the food and service makes up for the lack of atmosphere. We will be back.

We've been back a couple of times because this place is a well-kept secret! Although it's completely amazing and everyone should know we hope they don't find out, because we want to keep it to ourselves! Yes we're totally selfish & we LOVE this place! Enough Said 💯

This is my favorite Italian restaurant! The food is homemade and fantastic! The portions are just enough, so we rarely have anything to take home, unfortunately. It is a cozy atmosphere, and having a Roman waiter is the icing on the cake.🇮🇹

Visit on December 11th at 4pm, I have been wanting to go to Colleoni’s for some time now, I convinced my friends to go with me, the four of us arrived on time for our reservation, we were seated and tried to order soda, unsweetened tea and beer, they did not have any soda or unsweetened tea, their menu was small no Pizza and noticeably had only two pastas to choose from, Rotini and linguine, no spaghetti or Angel hair, it wasn’t awful food but for $30 plus per plate and no side salad available, waitress who was a little snippy said we could order a $15 large salad to share, it was not memorable, I do hope this helps them to get better. Good Italian restaurant. Great service and little wait. Chicken masala was deconstructed; sauce on bottom, then rigatoni and then chicken without cooking in marsala cream sauce which we wished there was more of. The Rigatoni with meatball and pomodoro sauce was very saucy with chunks of tomato they way I like it. In both the pasta was under al dente for our taste and needed another minute. Most people would rate this a five but we leave 5 stars for perfection. We would go back and try the Osso buco which the table next had ordered three of so it must be really good.

We started with the buratta and fried tomato appetizer. The cheese was good, but not as creamy as I've seen. The breading on the tomato reminded us of mozzarella sticks. It could have been better with simple breading. For dinners we had the salmon and the seafood pesto. The home made pasta was perfect, but I'm hard pressed to call it pesto when it has cream in the sauce. The seafood was good, and cooked just right. The salmon was average, but the sides were nicely done. For dessert we had tiramisu. It was good, maybe just a bit over whipped, we liked the amount of cocoa. We had a bottle of their Super Tuscan to wash it all down. It was enjoyable. All in all we had good service and a nice presentation. The ambiance needs some work though. Dimmer lighting and some partitions abdnice blinds would transform the place.

Looking for a hidden gem..you have to try this place! Amazing food and service. Check it out! With everyone coming down for season this place is a must to stay out of the craziness of other places. Amazing local establishment that is a must try.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Megan was knowledgeable and gracious, superb server. Then the food was better than you can imagine. We had the seafood pesto fettuccine and it did not disappoint. Very creamy with the pesto background and the best scallops. Then for a finish we had the tiramisu. Heaven with a strawberry garnish.

What a great little gem! Friends suggested this amazing little restaurant and WOW, just WOW. Little to no wait to be seated. The service was top. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The food was fantastic. It is all made to order, very fresh so it might take a bit. But it’s well worth it. We all got different dishes and we were all super satisfied. The wine was perfect. Sit at the bar on your own, go on a date, small group or large group and I’m certain you’ll have a great time.

Went for chicken parmasean and was told fryer not working. No shades had Brite sun in our faces the whole time. Never would go here again.

Excellent food. This is definitely a hidden gem. We drove by it a dozen times before we even realized it was there. So glad we decided to finally stop in.

Fantastic meal and the service was top notch. This was our first time there and we will definitely go back. I have to follow a gluten free diet and there were many options to choose from. Our waitress chose a great wine for us based on our description of what we like and the serving size was generous. 5 stars!!

We took my mum here on Mother's Day, not quite sure what to expect. It's an intimate restaurant with delicious, authentic Italian food. We could not have been happier with the food and the experience. Our waiter actually brought my mum a rose for Mother's Day, along with a gift card for a future visit. What a sweet gesture! We did go on Mother's Day, so I can't speak to a random Sunday, but we saw a few groups get turned away because the place was full and they didn't have a reservation.

Food carries the day. The ac was down for the first 30 minutes or so - not a huge deal I believe it was about 85°. No atmosphere to speak of. Wide open windows with the setting sun blinding you. Then the food shows up - wow. The basalmic portabella is a show stopper! That dish alone transported me to the old world and no longer did the heat and having to squint matter. Next up was the polpette - my goodness Momma Nanna did it right. I could have had 2 orders. Then onto the burrata. How can a simple tomato be so magical. Finished it off with the scallops and risotto with roasted brussel sprouts. Again all really really good but I should have doubled up on the portabella and the polpette!

Great Italian food! The staff is very professional and friendly! The ossobuco just melts in your mouth! The tiramisu was one of the best we have ever had. We will definitely be back!

Awesome staff and great food. They were always on the ball with refills and making sure everything is alright. Next time I'm down here I'll have to check out some of the other menu options.

We were surprisingly pleased to be greeted so warmly by Sandy, the hostess. She immediately introduced herself and pleasantly stated who would be serving us that evening. The server, Brittany, was attentive and efficient in timing and follow up with each course. The staff’s flow went smoothly transitioning each course leading to the next. We absolutely enjoyed our meals. The duck breast was cooked perfectly with a bit of crispness on the outside and tenderness on the inside, not dry which is hard to do when slicing and plating. Presentation was delightful. We will be dining again at Colleoni’s and suggest you do the same to support this small business, which is a gem in Ft. Myers!

Great service, really good food, clean and modern look. It is worth a try. One of the best independent restaurants in fort Myers. Similar to what you find in Naples. Wish we had more restaurants like this one. Alex

I travel alot for work all over the Southeast United States because of my job...and I am Italian. Let me tell you hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. Excellent food, the flavor and portion size was on point. Sandy the hostess was so welcoming, and Megan who served me at the bar was super friendly and gave excellent service. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Thank you so much for treating me like family! I'll be back to see y'all again!!!

Our trip to Colleoni's was 5 star from the time we entered the restaurant till we left. Whatever the chief is payed, it is not enough. Great food!!! The service was also top shelf. Thank you for a lovely evening. We will be back, a diamond among Italian restaurants.

Brittany was our server and she was wonderful and very attentive. We had a beautiful little Mother’s Day celebration. The food was delicious and perfect, and we tried the tiramisu for dessert (delicious and authentic). We can’t wait to come back.

First time at Colleoni’s. We will definitely be back! We started with a caprese salad, such fresh ingredients. I had pollo alla Milanese, delicious. My husband had Branzino and he said the fish was wonderful. We shared tiramisu for dessert. They also give a 10% discount for active and veteran service members. Mateo was our server and he was attentive and answered all our questions.

Had dinner here tonight for the first time. Totally overwhelmed and impressed with the whole experience. The food was superb as was the service. Totally a most delightful experience. Can't wait to go back.

Do Not order from Uber eats, because they will cancel your order. Then when you call the restaurant’s number, there’s no option to talk to somebody. Second time they have canceled our order in the past two weeks. We will gladly take our business some place else that welcomes it.

Excellent service, excellent food. Out door atmosphere could use a little attention, hence the 4 star rating. But the quality of the food and wine quickly made up for it.

We ordered the caprese salad and the tomatoes were very hard. Very disappointed. We order veal parm. And the veal was flat as a board not good. The bread was only the good thing on the menu. Very disappointed was my husband's birthday. The ice cream across the street was so much better then this dinner

Love this place. Very family like atmosphere. Our waitress was the sweetest and was very knowledgeable about the wine. Food was incredible. We took home a pizza for the kids and they said it was amazing!!!

Great indoor and outdoor ambiance. The waitress was super attentive and accommodating. The food was tasty and the beer was iced cold. We stopped by today for the first time to have lunch and are definitely going to come back for dinner.

Stopped here for the first time yesterday. We came early, like 4pm so seating was not a problem. Food and wine were wonderful. Service terrific. We are so happy to have discovered this little gem and have already made plans to go back in a couple days.

Local favorite. We have been here several times since moving to the area a few months ago and have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent and the food even moreso.

Took my parents out to eat here simply because it was midpoint of where we each live about a month ago. Wow!! Found a new favorite place for Veal. Going back tomorrow.

This place is so good! Great wine selection, small beer selection. No booze but the food will blow you away. I had the mushroom ravioli in pesto and it has become my new favorite thing. My friend had the clean bass special and live Every bite. I can't wait to try their lunch offerings!

Very good food. The waite staff were very attentive, informed, and engaging. The space has been completely renovated, open and airy yet intimate to the table. New owners were very welcoming. Not the most child friendly however still great for a family dinner. Offers inside and outside dining.

The food was great! Small restaurant so the service was of course excellent. The fresh mussels (not pictured) were really good I highly recommend that as a starter. I had the bucatini carbonara was really fresh and filling. The waiter told me it would look dry but it didn't and it was good. The eggs did start kind of scramble so be sure to stir it up every few minutes. The wine was good... better deal to get it by the bottle instead of the glass. Tiramisu was not made in house but by another business that specialize in Italian desserts

Food is absolutely delicious. Waygu ravioli and gnocchi are wonderful! All services from hostess, to servers, to kitchen staff, are all top notch. Wine list is extensive. Congrats to the new owners on a job well done! Opened for lunch service now as well!

We have frequented this restaurant many times. Each time has been an incredible experience, both in service and in food quality. Tried multiple dishes, salads and desserts. Hidden gem within the Fort Myers area. My only worry is after this review I’ll not be able to get in next time 😊. This place is amazing! Great food, amazing ambiance and even better service! From the hostess/host, to the servers, to the management, it is a great experience all around! They always greet us with a friendly smile, the food quality is outstanding, and the staff is very professional! Would highly recommend for a night out with friends, family or a special night with your significant other! Must try!!! :)

Wow…our server Megan and this restaurant is AMAZING! Her expertise about the menu, wine and the meals she served as a result were ridiculous. This is a place you don’t want to tell anyone about because you’re afraid you’ll never be able to get a table after word gets out! This is one restaurant you’ve got to try…but save a place for me!

Absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants in Lee County . Food was excellent , we were there with 10 people and all very happy with everything , even our Waiter Jesse was excellent ... I really appreciate what's going on here . I will be back often 😊

Food and vibe very good, service a tad slacking

We were six in our party and all enjoyed an excellent meal here, everything was freshly prepared and served hot. The salads were delicious and easily split between two people. Our meals were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the Osso Bucco, Chicken Milanese, Chicken Marsala, Veal Milanese, Duck and Branzino. My compliments to the chef and we loved the deliciously-prepared Italian dinners.

We had a fantastic dinner last night, The food the service and the atmosphere is perfect for a date night or group of friends. I highly recommend the Ossobuco, the lasagna, the duck. Our group ordered one of each desert and they all were delicious. Reservations are highly recommended.

Feels like I'm in Italy, Barbara and team creating true Italian dishes here

We have frequented Colleonis for the past several years but due to the recent COVID situation, their dining room is closed. Luckily they still serve takeout and yesterday we had a fantastic feast for my wife’s birthday. Barbara, the chef at Colleonis, made four different family sized trays which easily served 12 big eaters with plenty to spare. They gave us loaves of bread, large trays of salad, and anything else they thought we would need. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and we can’t wait to get back into the dining room. It should be mentioned that Barbara is from Rome and her husband Giovanni is from Milan so they have most of the flavors of Italy covered. Barbara also makes some killer deserts. Give them a try!

We ordered carryout tonight and had been meaning to try this restaurant for over a year. We wanted to support a local business and could not be more pleased with the ordering process, the service, and especially the quality of food. We will definitely be back soon!

Wow this is a hidden gem. Quite possibly one of the best meals I've ever had. Don't let the outside fool you, this place has top notch service, Italian cuisine, and ambiance. One of the wait staff will even occasionally serenade from table to table beautifully. Make reservations as it has limited seating.

A very modest building for a truely special restaurant. Fort Myers has a number of quality Italian restaurants and I have no doubt that colleonis will become a local favorite.

High end Italian restaurant cooked by real Italians straight from Italy. All fresh from scratch pastas and expertly cooked by owner herself. I had many menu items and was never disappointed. However I suggest trying one of the specials of the day as they are not ordinary Italian restaurant fare. I would go out of my way to eat here and I highly suggest you reserve ahead of time as they are usually packed!!

We went for their price fixed Christmas Eve dinner. The food was delicious, the servers were exceptional. Great atmosphere where everyone seemed to know everyone else.
