Cookie Cookie Ice Cream is what every local business should strive to become. They make put out delicious, homemade products, provide excellent service, and raise up the community around them by supporting folks that need it the most as well as supporting other local businesses to create their products. Any one of those items would be enough of a reason for me to want to support them, but the combination of it all is even better than the BYO cookie sandwiches or the creative, house-made flavors. Do yourself a favor and support more folks like Cookie Cookie.

Stopped in on a whim and was so presently surprised! Every worker was beyond helpful and friendly. Even as I saw it get packed. They took the time to “design the perfect ice cream sandwich” . Such a cute place! My kids loved the decor and lucky charm cookie!

Walked in and we were the only people in line waiting to be served. A woman came over and stood there staring at me for about 2 minutes and then would look away when I looked at her. I figured she was waiting for her coworker who was finishing a sundae for the only other customers in the place who were now sitting down. Then they started taking the orders of people behind us who came in after us without ever saying hello or asking if we would like to order. It was so incredibly uncomfortable lol. Eventually we asked if we could order and the girl said yes and my boyfriend ordered a milkshake and then they took the order of 2 more customers that came in after us, before allowing me to give my order. Just a strange and uncomfortable experience overall. Never experienced anything like it before and I’ve worked in customer service for many years so I like to think of myself as very understanding but this just bewildered us both.

Amazing customized service, delicious ice cream, very clean and organized atmosphere. The owner is very sweet and fun. We will be back!

If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would! My family and I love this place! Very clean and colorful! Their ice cream is so delicious, also makes for a delicious milkshake and they also have great cookies! All the employees are so nice making the customer service that much sweeter! I have tried most of the flavors, but my favorite is the mint chip which is funny because I typically hate that flavor, especially if it's store-bought which should tell you how good it is! I highly recommend their mint chip, it is fantastic!

Connie is the best! Welcomed us like family and fed us well. Really great folks working here. The ice cream is made there as the freshly baked cookies to go with. Pure indulgence. Each flavor is honestly to live for. Thank you for the sweetest memories. I'd recommend anything Connie suggests.

Took a risk and stopped here on our lunch break. The owner was a breath of fresh air; so friendly! The ice cream was amazing and the cost was reasonable. My co-workers and I have agreed we'll be back again before the end of our trip. Thank you!

The ice cream is good. I just hope the young lady who did all of the work gets all of the tips, because I feel like the boomer who didn't stop chatting with customers while being worked around by what looked like a frazzled teenager puts a bad taste in my mouth on its own. She even bragged about how she only chats and never actually works so, "customers know what they're getting when they come." Say less, please! I will no longer be a customer if that's why I'm supposed to know.

My husband and I go there every now and then. Great flavor selection for ice cream and cookies. Definitely recommend them and the employees are super nice!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and tonight was only my first time there. As a mom of a young kiddo with Celiac, I was so happy by their dedication to keep their gluten free products from cross contamination, from the scoop washing to the glove changing. And the variety of products my daughter was able to get! She has never had a waffle cone in her life and ice cream sandwiches are only from a very very select few prepackaged companies that are impossible to find to begin with and incredibly expensive. I’d much rather spend my money on something local that is such a great company as well! Thank you for creating this, we’ll definitely be back!

Not only that, they created ice cream flavors for us with no limitations. If you can think it, they can make it! They were truly the game changer for our wedding and EVERYONE LOVED IT! Connie made everything so easy and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Best ice cream and cookies you will find anywhere around. The level of skill and creativity here is unparalleled. They experiment with new flavors and continue to churn the favorites as well. Do not sleep on this place. Peanut butter ice cream is my favorite and if you are a chocoholic the chocolate ice cream is also just perfect. I normally do half and half for the best peanut butter cup ice cream. Ive also tried the banana, black sesame, ube, stracciatella, etc. Every flavor lives up to the promise.

So excited to try this lovely ice cream shop. Wonderful flavors, some off the beaten path. The cookies looked and smelled delicious but stuck to a very decadent dish of pumpkin ice cream. They even have dairy free varieties that are delicious and surprisingly "creamy"! Helping disabled members of the community find employment and self esteem makes this place extraordinary. You gotta try it!

Great, delicious ice-cream and generous portions. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. They had a Bluegrass Jam Session during our visit and we ended up staying for over an hour. We had a great time! Well worth a visit!

Incredible experience and will be returning again and again! Masonic Village brought nursing home residents here and we were greeted on the bus by staff who were excited to tell us the history and story behind Cookie Cookie Ice Cream as well as some of the stories behind the many flavors they offer. What was meant to be a stop for ice cream was met with a great public interest story and a very friendly atmosphere!

My wife and I seen this new family business and we decided to try. I got a snickerdoodle cookie and a scoop of diaryfree coconut ice cream and my wife got a pint of tamarind and a scoop of chocolate chip it was amazing. The place is so bright and cheerful and the family that runs that's business is great.. Plz spend ur money here to support a local family business to make make the American dream possible for a family that deserves it!

AMAZING!!! We met the owner and she has the most amazing spirit! The ice cream is some of the best I've ever tasted. Plus, she employs a staff that includes several special needs individuals (including her own daughter). I wish I lived closer to Pittsburgh so I could visit again and again. Such a joyous atmosphere =)

My wife and I were just here visiting for the first time and we were blown away by the whole experience! The owner was absolutely delightful. She has so much passion for the business. She was extremely happy to share with us everything they do. A small business that not just makes phenomenal ice cream, mouthwatering cookies, local and delicious coffee but also gives back by giving peoples with special needs the opportunity to learn a craft in the kitchen. She allowed us to try almost every ice cream they had, and would have allowed us to try them all if we wanted. We even had some unique flavors that haven't made it to the display yet. We couldn't help ourselves by taking an extreme amount of flavors home for the family to try as well as some cookies. We will be back soon and hope everyone has a chance to make their way up to enjoy this unique ice cream shop for themselves! Thank you so much!
