Nicole R, our wonderful host at the wine tasting area. How informative, very personable and over all a great team leader. Nicole provided my group of 7 a great experience. We never felt rushed and was able to try a variety of wines. Nicole was very knowledgeable with all her products. As the place filled and her attention and services had to be spread out we never felt ignored. She demonstrated great team leadership skills. Thank you Nicole R at the Oaklawn location.

Love this location! Tiffany & Mocha took very good care of us ! Mocha was our waitress’s and made sure we had everything we needed. Tiffany made sure we had a great experience with our wine tasting. Been a member since 2013, I go in to do a tasting, they tell me, I'm a one bottom member I have to pay 13 for a tasting. When they run my membership card they should be able to see I been a member longer than they have been working there, and they should be able to see I was two bottle member for 6 years. I canceled subscription its not worth it, they dont know or acknowledge their long time members.

Honestly speaking this is the best coopers hawk around. I always feel welcomed when I come and they always recognize me, I appreciate being acknowledged.

Tiffany C. helped us out in the tasting room and was FANTASTIC! She is always so friendly, attentive and pouring our next glass right when we finished. She was nice to talk to, and very conscious of hospitality.

Went today 08/30/2024 for a wine tasting...horrible experience. The hostess was working alone without any help at all. I felt the bad energy and aggravation because she had to work alone. Management should be a shame of themselves.

My first experience at coopers hawk was first the wine tasting with Tiffany to the white sangria and romance red is my favorite for now.

The drinks were great. Service was on point.

Extremely happy to find my new favorite employee at CHWinery! Tiffany C was absolutely fantastic for my tasting at the Oak Lawn location. She was handling the tasting area with ease and no one had to wait, it was outstanding to witness! She is phenomenal! 5 stars across the board!

I got the surf and turf a salmon was overcooked but the pork chop was really good The bread they gave you is also delicious but the service here was terrible. I had to ask to place my order and I had to ask to pay my check.

I choose this Coopers Hawk over all of them because the servers are friendly and the tasting experience is aways fun, I enjoy it and the food. keep up the good work you all do, I will always come back!

Came for wine tasting first time and it was the best time ever

My first time at Cooper’s Hawk was great. I did wine tasting & Tiffany C. Was extraordinary. She gave me recommendations when needed and also suggested based off what I told her I like. She definitely made the experience worth it. When you stop by, ask for her & you won’t regret it.

My husband and I had brunch at Cooper Hawks Winery in Oak Lawn on August 24th, 2024. The breakfast was so good. The scrambled eggs and potatoes with candy bacon. My husband had the pull pork and eggs. I ended up meeting one of the managers. ms.Tare she was so nice and good at her job. Also ended up meeting one of the gentlemen from corporate. He was so nice to husband and I. The food was great 👍.good work, Cooper Hawks Winery.🍷

Service was absolutely horrible! Our waiter never once came back to fill our drinks or water. Plus, he forgot one of our salads, it was brought AFTER we ate and when we asked the person who brought it to put it in a to go box, she actually rolled her eyes! Felt very unwelcomed, it was a terrible experience!

My family and I came to this establishment for the first time to celebrate a birthday. I thought this place was more upscale, designed for fancy dinners. First impression it was incredibly loud, crowded and busy. We had three different waitress come up to us and told us they would be right with us. We had brought an outside cake to celebrate and asked to place it in the refrigerator. They agreed so I appreciate that. We were seated outside for a more intimate experience and away from the loudness. However, there was still so much traffic between the hostess and the waitress. They were talking to each other rudely and very loud. Finally our order was taken after 30 mins of sitting there. We notice other guest had arrived after us and had gotten their food before us. Our appetizer and entrees came out at once, and there was so much already on our table that we had to individually hold a plate and move stuff around the table. Also, we had to wait like 10 mins for more cutlery because we were seated with only 2 sets. Once we finished our meal, we were pretty annoyed with the experience and asked for the check and our cake to take home. The wait to get the cake was another 10 mins, and the waitress had taken the cake out, and broke the candle (which she apologized for). At that point, we were even more frustrated because we just wanted to go home and cut the cake ourselves. After that, we waited 20 mins for our check and did receive a discount for the broken candle so that was nice. As it was my first time, I noticed that there was a certain group of people that dine there so we felt a little out of place. Once we were out the restaurant a couple of guest were outside yelling out each other loudly. Over all, the ambiance was a little off putting. The food was okay for what it was worth. Definitely didn’t get a WOW factor. I will most likely not visit this location again. Maybe the experience would have been different if it wasn’t so busy.

I have always loved this place but today was a disappointment I ordered the beef short rib risotto and there was only one small piece of meat and one piece of fat and loaded with mushrooms. I didn't tell the server because I hate complaining and I don't trust remade food 🤣 but dam I paid $35 for some rice

My wife surprised me with a reservation at the Oak Lawn location for my birthday and oh boy was that pleasant. The premises were so inviting, the food was a delight, of course the wine was delicious but if l could get ten stars for Whitney l would she was right on point with the time on our table she had no problem remembering each of our dishes she noticed that we were missing one of them and she got it to our table very promptly. She mentioned that she was fairly new working there but she showed great experience and discipline from the beginning. I’m definitely going back!!

Katherine was my server at the bar last night when I came with some friends. She was great and super friendly! She brought me a sample of the Scarletto- which is my new favorite! She recommended the sausage and burrata flatbread which was also great. She was very friendly and will definitely be back to request her!

Today I visited this Cooper Hawk location to head to bar area for 1st come 1st serve seating. This is not what happened at all. We arrived inside about 11:40am seen many reserved seating signs at the booth areas but sat at the high top area. One server asked if we wanted waters but never gave us any. Our correct server Stephanie mentioned at 12pm that she’ll be with us shortly but started serving others who came after us. I was very displeased and once it was about 12:21 I decided to leave the seating area to ask for a manager. Nobody wears name tags. The manager was apologetic but sitting for 30 minutes without being serviced was unacceptable. The manager Eric tried to make things right but at that point we just didn’t feel welcomed! Taking my business elsewhere.

A great place with a grown and sexy atmosphere. The food, service and wine; especially with the night jar is all very good if you ask me. I can’t speak too much about the price because I didn’t pay have to pay it. The next time I visit this establishment, I’ll probably sit at the bar and order the fish once again. This is definitely one of my favorite places to have dinner.

I ordered the chicken Madeira? (not sure if I spelled ot correctly) bit anywhoooo... it was salty. Very disappointed 😞, nut manager came & took it away. No problem & ordered flatbread w/sausage, fab-u-lous!! Will order it again!!!
