After a long cool walk on a rainy day it was a perfect spot to get a hot drink. The place was busy but the server was great.

The cappuccino was not great. Beans may have been a touch stale. Very pleasant barista.

Delicious sausage and breakfast panini! Coffee bean flavor is on the fruity and tart side, as opposed to a nutty flavor. (Just to help for people who have a preference like me) Otherwise, it was a well prepared latte.

This morning, I had a raspberry jalapeño scone from Coppa that was life changing (in a good way)! Please, please make those again.

We had a really lovely time at Coppa after arriving in Juneau. Their iced chai used chipped ice which is always more enjoyable than ice cubes. We also ordered their fruit caprese salad which was easily one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Then we had their turkey club which was sourced on sourdough focaccia which was absolutely delicious. The staff was helpful and kind, the service was quick, and the food was great. Their bathroom was very clean and had a diaper changing table.

Cozy local café with infamous donut Friday and intermittent bagels you shouldn't miss. Wish they were open weekends (especially Sunday mornings!) Strawberry rhubarb donut slapped and was more filling than expected.

Stop here if you're looking for espresso with notes and not a chain coffee taste. The espresso maple roll was delicious as was the gluten free rhubarb muffin. Left feeling very satisfied. :)

I am impressed with the server. She was taking an inordinate amount of time to make my simple breve. As I watched, she tasted every ingredient and worried over my small drink with more attention than I am accustom to experiencing. She assured me politely that the beans were being burnt for some reason, and she didn't want to serve me burnt coffee. After a few more attempts, she delivered what must be the best tasting breve I've encountered here in Juneau. All I can say is wow.

Solid coffee in Juneau where other coffee shops are lacking. Good cappuccino and seasonal lattes. Also, take a look at there bake goods as they have a small but great selection if you visit in the morning. Lastly, we hear they have donuts on Fridays but they go quick!

Bagel guillotine needs a new blade. It mangled my cheddar jalapeno bagel. Other than that, everything was pretty good. We came in pretty late in the day and many of the items were sold out. I'll be sure to get there earlier next time..

Stopped here every morning while in town for work. Their coffee and baked goods are great, but the breakfast panini was just ok. Maybe it was an off day. The staff is super friendly. If I ever come back to Juneau, I will definitely snag a cup of coffee.

I enjoy the London fogs and Chai lattes. There savory spirals are a particularly good way to start the day.

Updated 2023.12.11. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, a lot of foot traffic, tables available inside and outside, weather permitting. Brisk foot traffic with quite a bit of take away orders. Some of their items were sold out for the day. The breakfast paninis were still available was what we came for. What we noticed was that there were no prices posted. The breakfast paninis bacon or sausage are currently USD 10, drip coffee USD 3, refills USD 1, iced Mocha 16 oz USD 6. The tab runs up fast. Their breakfast paninis are definitely tasty. Iced Mocha wasn't very sweet, nice. Free WiFi, credit cards accepted, loyalty program.

With wood accents, lots of windows, and glass dishes, Coppa has become my favorite place to both grab a quick cup of something warm or sit with friends for a longer bit. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly though, they make a great cup of coffee! Also, Friday is Coppa donut day and they sell out fast. Be sure to stop in and try one of their delicious seasonal treats before they are gone.

Bummed they don't have ice cream anymore, however, I've had some of the pastries recently and they redeemed themselves. The cinnamon rolls are awesome, the canele's are great, and I really liked the density on the donut.

Coppa is hands down one of my favorite places to go to! They have the most delicious and filling salads. I love how they switch up the menu every month / week, so you have the chance to try something new that you may not have eaten before. It has introduced me to some international dishes. But the best part of this shop are the baristas! They do their best to learn every customer’s name especially if you are a regular. If you’re ever in town visiting, stop by for a visit!!

Coffee (latte) is nothing to write home about, but these are the most proficient baristas we’ve found in Juneau so far. Milk wasn’t steamed quite properly, but they achieved a decent micro foam on top. The service is ok - friendly enough, but a little brisk. We ordered some cinnamon rolls and were surprised they didn’t heat them up, or at least offer to - little touches like that would make for a more pleasant experience. The vibe is standard coffee shop, cozy, with some lovely local artwork. I can’t speak to the quality of the food aside from the baked goods.

Coppa has always been a delightful little spot in Juneau with big flavors and great service. Working with Maddie on a custom order for a large event recently was pretty dang wonderful. She knows food and flavors so we’ll! The presentation was gorgeous and resulted in many happy and full friends and family! Highly recommend Coppa for all the things! 11/10!

Coppa recently changed ownership and no longer offers ice cream, but has added offers enticing weekday lunch specials with a Ukranian taste. Each weekday, they feature a daily special made with a Ukrainian taste. Curious about it? Come try it for yourself and be prepared to become a repeat customer. Small space, order, pay, wait. Dine in or take away. There's limited amount of parking on the side of the restaurant. Monday through Friday 0630-1700.

I went in today to have breakfast with my significant other. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, were playing music they enjoyed and seemed to be having fun back there while working. I enjoy supporting a business that is kind to their employees. The person who rang me up today was wonderful as I was very chatty and had lots of questions about the food. Later, I asked the staff if they could turn the heat up cause I was quite chilled and they graciously did so, which kept me there longer, and therefore, I ended up buying more food! Lastly I have to praise the owner on the prices. In this environment, it's very hard to have quality food at a reasonable price, and Coppa hits that mark. I appreciate going somewhere knowing that there will be something that's filling, delicious, AND affordable. I understand if some things have to be expensive, but having affordable options is incredibly important to be open to all of the public. I will continue to frequent this business since the employees seem happy and well-treated, and the food prices are reasonable with the food staying well-sized and high quality.

The place is located downtown, so it's easy to go, right next to the bus stations. There's place inside and outside to sit. There's some options for lunch, and it's normal price (I mean, compared to other places over there). There's some vegan and vegetarian option. The people working there are nice.

Came for the oat milk latte, stayed for the cabbage rolls, and left with the rhubarb sherbet. That’s what I call a Juneau home run! 5/5 best of the best!

This place has the best ice cream I have had in a log time. I think it was Spruce Tip? Tasted like christmas!

I am an ice cream lover and I make ice creams at home. So everywhere we go, I love to find a great ice cream shop. Coppa was perfect - homemade, locally sourced ingredients. It's a small locally owned store - the owner served us and mentioned that he had picked the cherries from a tree in his backyard. The ice cream was delicious - great flavor and nice and creamy.

Cute spot. Really good coffee. Will definitely be back before my Juneau visit is over!

Amazing! The espresso is well done and well balanced with the flavoring in the mocha! However, the ice cream far and away stole the show. Honey lavender was incredible and the chocolate was better than average as well. Love it!

Get the honey lavender ice cream! You won’t be disappointed. But if you decide to go with something else, I’m sure you will be pleased! Great spot!

I got their Aztec mocha and not only does their coffee wake me up, so does the spices in their spiced mocha too. Great find! Would love to come back for their homemade syrups and ice cream

One of the best coffees I have had! Comes close to Hawaiian Kona coffee and filtered Indian Madras coffee. Perfectly located en route to the Mendenhall side of town after a nice lunch in Downtown Juneau. Parking on site and the street are available. They also have ice creams (spruce tips and chocolate are worth trying a dollop of). It’s worth fueling up if you’re planning on hiking the rest of the day ;) Great service, tailored coffee to your needs and a must-try when you are in Juneau.

1000% love the environmentally friendly vibe and the food is fantastic, I love that there are meatless options as well.

It was difficult to find an appropriate lunch dish within their limited pre-made menu, as I have many ingredients that I cannot eat without blisters - anything hot, cilantro, cumin, cayenne, etc. I had to ask if the turkey was real, and thankfully, it was, but when I asked for the Turkey sandwich without the spicy mayo, that was not an option, as they were premade for the lunch rush. I understand their need to provide the orders quickly, but perhaps a few made without spice, when so many people cannot eat spice at all, would be a good business decision. The Caprese was good, but nothing unique. The brown rice salad, however, was unique and delicious, with perhaps too little dressing, too few pecans and too much lettuce for my taste.

You'd be hard pressed to find a more friendly and delicious cafe in Juneau. They offer a wonderful daily assortment of baked goods - cookies, scones, savory spirals, muffins. Their ice cream is divine, unique, and wholly Alaskan. Coffee is consistently delicious. They usually offer a weekly panini special - if it's unavailable try the incredible caprese or turkey club panini. But the absolute best part of Coppa? Their donut Fridays they've implemented somewhat recently. They generally have 4 different flavors available each Friday. Some flavors are classic, some are unexpected, all have been indescribably delicious. Despite how busy this place can get, the baristas will always welcome you with a smile. They also have a warm, inclusive vibe, that feels like home. Can't recommend enough.

Delicious coffee and paninis from friendly staff at a business that clearly has a strong social mission. Appreciated the attentive elements for making the outdoor areas very convenient for canine friends.

The icecream was so tasty I didn't even stop to take a photo! We tried 4 flavors and all were winners. The spruce tip and the peanut butter fudge were my fav of our 4 though! If you get the opportunity, this is a must try!

Coppa is right across from our offices and everyone from my office loves this place. Great pastries, great sandwiches, great ice cream, great local coffee, great service. During Marti Gras they had a muffuletta sandwich, it was one of the best things I've ever had...please make them again.

I go mostly for the cinnamon rolls (they're delicious...but the tea and coffee is good, too. Their lattes are nice and frothy. Not a whole lot of places to sit, though.

They have a very unique variety of ice creams. We tried a "flight" of ice cream. Getting a flight was a very unique ice cream experience which I enjoyed. Also getting jars to take home if you choose is a great environmental choice. I enjoyed the Deep Chocolate as it was very unique. On the other hand, I thought it was too pricey.

One of the best little neighborhood coffee shops around! I work at the flower shop just down the street and love popping into Coppa for my morning cup of caffeine, whether that be a espresso drink or a London Fog with a splash of their homemade lavender syrup. Their pastries are also absolutely divine, as is their homemade ice cream! I love that the ice cream flavors are constantly rotating and give a nod to each season. A Juneau must-go, for sure!

Always yummy treats and great coffee

The homemade and unique flavors of the ice cream is the real draw to Coppa. However the small portions for the price is a sometimes hard to swallow. Fun place to hang out though with local art showcased.

Had a good latte and a tasty turkey/avocado panini. They also make their own ice cream. Kids were swarming the place right after school then it quieted down and was a nice place to sit and read.

By far the best place to get coffee, ice cream, or pastries in town. I still think about the blueberry hand pie I got there a full calendar year ago. Friendly service (shoutout to Lea who made me a delicious cappuccino yesterday!), good location, and cozy atmosphere.

Nice little coffee shop that also has excellent ice cream. Came in and asked if they could make me a matcha milkshake though it was not on the menu. It was absolutely delicious and the barista's were so pleasant.
