Amazing go to local bakery. Great pastries, very fair pricing, almost feels like a forever sale. Very welcoming staff and owners aswell as friendly environment. Bilingual and very family oriented aswell. Would highly recommend to all looking for a quick desert.

Dorcaris has been making all our family milestones cakes since 2016. The details, flavor and presentation leaves us speechless! Can’t wait to continue to make more memories with her amazing cakes!

I’ve been getting my cakes from Dorcaris for years… And I love her services- her dedication and the love she puts into her work just makes everything even more beautiful… the last cake I got was 2 weeks ago very last minute we had to improvise the decor with one of her To-Go cakes because I completely forgot to finalize the original order for my daughter’s camping themed birthday cake lol oops! It still came out beautiful she found a solution immediately I didn’t even have time to panic and my daughter LOVED her cake and all the kids did too… BTW this is only a cake review I can go on with the pastries and desserts 🤩

Cravings By Dorcaris is my go to spot when it comes to Spanish pastries. I drive 35-40 minutes for these treats and it is always worth it. I have tried the cakes, flan, tres leches, quesitos and more and have yet to be disappointed. There are closer Spanish bakeries to me but none compare to Cravings by Dorcaris which is why it is worth the drive for me. Highly recommend!!! My go to: Quesitos Tres leches Vanilla flan

Fresh pastries and cakes daily! Not to mention free coffee for everyone. The owners are very warm and hospitable, never have i had an issue arriving since they have parking up front and in the back. The almond cake and quesitos are to die for and every morning they make oatmeal or cream of corn for their early customers perfect to start your day. I highly recommend this bakery for your sweet tooth cravings or for any specialized or custom cakes you may need for your next event!

Dorcaris is a master at her craft and she’s such a sweet soul. I ordered a birthday cake, Neapolitan flavors, for my mother’s 80th birthday. The decorations came out beautifully and better than I had envisioned. She did not disappoint and everyone at the party loved it! The cake was super moist and flavorful. I’m so grateful to have found her.

The absolute best cake I’ve ever had! Not only does Dorcaris create some of the most beautifully detailed cakes, the flavors are to die for. We were still eating it almost a week later, and it tasted absolutely amazing. So much talent. I don’t think I’d ever go anywhere else for a custom cake.

My wonderful husband surprised me with a customized sprinkle baby cake. He knows I LOVE playing pickleball even at 34 weeks pregnant. I especially loved my cake because it showcased the pickleball paddle I play with! 🤗 My vanilla and raspberry baby Pickleball cake was so beautiful, moist, and very delicious. Even after a few days in the fridge, the cake stayed moist and yummy! The details and lettering on the cake were gorgeous! I received so many compliments on the look and taste. I was in shock when I saw my son’s Dopey cake! It looked incredible, way beyond my expectations. I got the cookies and cream filling, I’ve never tasted anything like it. The whole cake was delicious! Best cakes in town without a doubt. Creative designs you will not find anywhere nearby, all handmade and customized. Amazing talented Baker that treats you like family and I love the fact that she hand delivers her cakes as well. She has been my #1 Baker since the very beggining and I wont change her ever! 100% recommended. Must try her cheese with guava cake filling by far my fav flavor cake.
