Went to browse the antique store next door. So glad we saw this Cafe and stopped by. Honestly, best, cheapest high quality coffee we've ever had. Had a real nutty flavor. Food was great. Service was helpful and friendly. 10/10.

Don't let the small size of this place put you off! With an atmosphere that is always laid-back and relaxing and food that is extremely tasty this place is great for lunch. Add the variety of coffees available and this will easily become a favorite! If you like food with a little heat, I recommend the Mississippi. The pepperoncinis absolutely make this sandwich. If you are looking for a cool treat, try the strawberry cheesecake frappe or if you prefer hot, the black and white mocha and add one of the flavored syrups. If you have the time to spare, this place is great sit and relax while we enjoying a coffee and perhaps a boardgame with an old friend or maybe a new one.

I was in town to go to the used book store a few doors down from this place and decided to get some lunch. I got a sandwich, it's been a few weeks ago so I can't remember what it was, but I really liked it. The service was very good also. I will go back if I'm in town. I might even make a special trip it was that good.

Back in town after a few years, and Crema was one of my first stops. Getting decent coffee in this part of the country is nigh impossible but Crema serves great hot and cold coffee concoctions. They also serve a few sandwiches, muffins, etc. but you really come here to satisfy your coffee cravings.

I've been going to Crema for 6 years now, figured I should write a review. Crema's coffee is a wonderful environment with fantastic staff, and a delicious menu. I'd compare the prices to your typical coffee chain, but with better quality- and you support a local business. The inside is cozy, with a public bookshelf available and a few board games around, including a giant chess set. Unfortunately due to the pandemic I haven't seen the games in use, but I have lots of fond memories spending time there with friends. It's my go-to meet up for my friends group, and #1 place to pick up drinks for morning coffee runs. They also sell their different beans by the bag to take home with you, but imo it's never quite as good as when they make it. Maybe it's the atmosphere. They also have live musicians from the area perform there on occasion (I've graced their little stage a few times, for what it's worth), so Crema serves as a locus for the Hartsville arts scene.
