Friendly staff, delicious cookies. Will return.

I have been here before and never had any problems. Today they had a large staff with only 2 older ladies doing all of the work. There were 4 customers and the older blonde haired lady was trying to prepare all of the orders and an older lady with dark hair came to assist her. The customer before me made a comment about no one working and a younger lady with glasses and tattoos rolled her eyes and kept doing nothing. No one except the 2 older ladies were doing anything but staring at us waiting and staring at each other. I think the 2 ladies deserve some credit for having to put up with the younger lazy and disrespectful workers. I will be going to a different location now.

The staff is SUPER friendly & quick with service.

This place is notorious for adding tips without customers consent as its happen to me on 3 different occasions by different people. Please check your receipt when going to this establishment.

I live 25- 30 minutes away Normally the cookies are nice and fresh but my chocolate chip ones today were hard around the edges even after I warmed it for about 7 seconds in the microwave..., I called them and told them, and nothing was done, I'm not about drive 30 minutes back over there after my boyfriend drove 30 minutes to get there. We ordered 2 oatmeal, and they were fine. They lady who answered was no help.

8/21/24, So I went back here today to try the banana pudding. TBH 60% of it is whipped topping. It was just ok in my opinion. They got the ration backwards in this recipe. It should be called "WHIPPED PUDDING WITH BANANAS and 3 COOKIES"... (May 2024) I got up at 7:15 am this morning in order to arrive here when doors opened and to make it to work before 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:05 am and asked for the Raspberry Cheesecake. I was politely lied to and told they were SOLD OUT! How??? They just opened the doors 5 min before my arrival and I was literally the only person in there!! I'm sure you're supposed to start baking before the door open. So you're telling me you just sold out of a new line of cookies in 5 min, with no line??? GTHOH!!

Cookies are absolutely wonderful. One of my favorites is salted chocolate chip. That’s always one of my go to. I also like how quick it is to pick up your cookies. There’s so many different kind to enjoy. One of my other favorites Is the chocolate mint icing On top of cookie, excellent cookie and icing together. What a wonderful taste. I would have to say that everyone of the cookies is out of this world.

I always order my cookies on the app. I simply go in and wait briefly at the pickup counter for my cookies. Grap them, go to the car and I have to take a bit before I move. I absolutely love crumbl!

I have been going to Crumbl since I moved to Baton Rouge a few months back. I love the different flavors and the minis rock bc the big ones are huge. Today I tired the Berry Triple Cake in a cup. It is delicious like a short cake. One of my top flavors 😋 Service I'd always on point they are usually very busy which is fine. Highly recommend

This was the first time we'd been to one of these. (They don't have them where we live) We told the woman at the register we had never been there. We had a few questions and she seemed so irritated to answer anything. They weren't difficult question, just if the mini cookies were all the same as the regular ones and a few questions about the cookies themselves. Other than the woman at the register, everyone else was nice and worked efficiently.

The parking can be a little tricky but that’s really my only complaint. The cookies are baked perfectly for my taste. I enjoy how the cookies rotate every week and with so many different options it’s easy to find at least 1 that I know I will enjoy.
