I love this location! they always have all the flavors and the personal is super nice

In this location I don't understand, there are 7 people working!! 7!!!! And I place an order online, it's supposed to be ready when I arrive, and I get to the place and they haven't even started it! It doesn't make any sense! What do so many people do?

This location is always clean and the staff is nice and courteous.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this location Crumbl. I went to pick up my cookies at 8:45pm as planned, but I ended up waiting for almost an hour and received cookies with no icing and the wrong flavors. I'm a big fan of Crumbl, but I've decided not to visit this location again.

My favorite store so far. Everyone is very nice and cookies are ready fast and are warm. They look like they are supposed to look. Keep up the great job!!

Love the variety here and the weekly rotation gives you lots of chances to try different cookies. Every cookie is not for everyone so you may not like every cookie that you try, but you will certainly find options that you love. I recently enjoyed trying out the other desserts that have been added to the menu besides cookies and so far they’ve been very good. I can’t wait for the Key lime pie to return as it’s my favorite dessert and Crumbl definitely nailed it.

Went this week to Crumbl ordered curbside pickup after a while, I decided to come in since I saw it was so busy. The cookies were already prepped in the boxes just had to be taken out to my car. I didn’t mind it however but my chocolate chip cookie was cold. So I asked to replace it and the employee at first didn’t want to do anything about it so I asked for a manager since I expected my cookies to be warm. They replaced it free of charge thankfully but the one employee I originally told wasn’t the best in communication as well as a little rude. Manager was lovely however there was one employee on the floor actually working when there was a line out the door. One of the employee was doing nothing although on the floor. As well as the one packaging orders took a cash payment and didn’t change her gloves and went back to prepping the cookies and decorating them. The sanitation is questionable as well as the customer service but overall great cookies🤷🏻‍♀️

This was my first time trying Crumbl cookie and had a horrible experience driving an hour from home. I would never to come to the Pinecrest location ever again due to the terrible customer service i experienced. Ruined my order twice and gave me a hard time fixing it the third time while giving me the rest of the customers attitude, rolling their eyes, talking under their breath, etc.

The price is somewhat high, I understand that it is because of the tik tok trend, but it is nothing out of this world!

I loveeee crumbl! First time at this location, the flavors were to die for like always. My favorite is the cake batter. We got the minis this time so we wouldn’t overdo it hahah! Only thing is for the strawberry pirulin one they forgot the pirulin :(

This was my first time eating and going to Crumbl let me tell you that was the best cookie I’ve ever ate in my life! My husband had gotten one for his birthday he told me they were delicious but I had saw a couple of reviews saying otherwise so I wasn’t entirely convinced until the day I went. Although the workers had attitudes and wasn’t attentive to us the cookies were amazing.

Overall my experience at this Crumbl location has been okay. The cookies have been made decently. I wasn’t ever overtly impressed by the customer service but my experience today has changed that for the worse. This experience was memorable in the worst way possible. Since today was Monday, I wanted to get the Mini-Monday cookies. I was greeted by a rude worker that had long braids in a ponytail and a septum piercing. She yelled “WE’RE SOLD OUT!” from the back of the kitchen. I was then informed by another worker there that was nicer that the cookies just weren‘t ready yet. When I finally got my cookies, she did not open the box how Crumbl usually does and rudely shoved them to me and said “here” making the cookies almost fall since she was holding it with one hand. I simply said thank you and went about my day as she was clearly going through something and taking it out on me, the customer. I previously had encountered the rude worker 2 weeks prior when I simply asked her for an empty box and she said that I had to PAY for it… There was obviously a miscommunication and I explained I just wanted an empty box and she looked at me with a disgusted face and rudely shoved the box at me. I just hope she has a better attitude since I enjoy Crumbl and want to go here again but I am surely changing locations.

Company doesn't have a website to order the cookies YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE STUPID APP. These thieves don't have the prices of everything the offer so you order the most expensive stuff. I absolutely hate these new stupid businesses without any common sense, no website and no regular MENU.

The most unique and delicious cookies ever

Placed an online order for 30 cookies and scheduled it to be picked up an hour later. Went to the store to pick it up, and they told me it would be another hour for them to make it. They said they don’t start orders until you arrive. Then why take online orders with a scheduled pickup time? The employees said my options were to wait or get refunded. I asked them their names and they told me they didn’t have names. Then the girl at the register tried to tell me it was because it was 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be picked up, and they gave my cookies away. I asked her how that was possible if we had been there over 10 minutes trying to get our order resolved. They called the manager on the phone, and she said it was not her problem and to either wait or get refunded.

I walked in and was ignored by the two ppl working there a Spanish kid with long hair and facial hair with a piercing in his nose and a young girl not only did I have to say hello twice but the little boy had the nerve to flip the screen hard and give the WORST customer service I have ever experience in my life this is probably the last time I would ever go. They made me not want to buy anything. I’m so upset I’m writing this review in my car. I hope the manager looks ash this timestamp and review cameras.

Raw cookies that are overhyped and the manager doesn’t reply to customer emails. I had to scrap the frosting off and bake the cookies for 20 minutes when I got home.

It was amazing they weren’t your average cookie They were exquisite and very flavorful.

This place is great, the staff is always full smiles, the smell is amazing and it's always clean. While I personally wish the cookies were baked a little longer for a slightly crispier texture - if you're a fan of extra soft cookies, crumbl should be a top pick. Their cookies are always full of sweetness and they're definitely shareable with a friend - these are some pretty dense cookies.
