I love Crumbl cookies my favorite is the Keylime pie. If you've never tried Crumbl, it is definitely a must and now you can get the little ones so try all the flavors they offer in a week without spending ton of money or get the big ones and get the cookie cutter to share.

My daughter purchased, 3 cookies, and 1 butter cake or maybe it was a lava cake. We really couldn't tell, because of the mess from the whipped topping. That melted on everything. Called up there and spoke to there rude, employee. Who said well if you wanted it separate you have to purchase a box separate. Well that should be something you should offer. If presentation is something that crumbl cookie is so called all about. You should of thought that out. Never again the one in Avon is so much more polite, they greet you when you walk in. They talk and upsale the cookies. Sandusky shop needs training on customer service. They are only polite when the owner is around.

I was going to buy a 6 pack of the cookies but one of the flavors (cinnamon roll) was out of stock. No big deal. We decide to get the 4 pack of cookies because if there is no cinnamon roll cookie available, we rather buy the 4 pack and skip out on the regular chocolate chip that crumbl carries every week. When our order arrived we were excited to try the pink frosted donut cookie and the chocolate milkshake cookie. We opened the box and we received the wrong cookies. What we were supposed to receive: Pink Donut, Choc Milkshake, Coconut Cream Pie, and Brookie. What we got instead: Regular Choc Chip, Coconut Cream Pie, Brookie, and the Cinnamon roll that was supposedly out of stock. We did not want the regular choc chip cookie, and the whole reason we got crumbl in the first place was for the flavors we missed out on. If i knew this was going to happen, I wouldnt have spent my money on these cookies. I understand the cookies I ordered may have been out of stock, but instead of just throwing something together that I did not, i would have like to receive the option to cancel and refund my order.

They seem to be off to a great start! Only my 2nd time trying Crumbl Cookies glad they are closer to home! Edit: I have gone at least 25 times now to the Sandusky location since they have opened. Normally get 6 or 4 cookies each time and they never disappoint!

So easy to order, you walk in and use the tablet to. Create your perfect box to go or as a gift. The staff is very courteous and prompt. The cookies are out of this world. 😋

VERY mundane when I went! Granted, I was already having a pretty bummed day! However, hence the reason for the visit! Thought I could go in here and get some good vibes, oh but I was wrong! I even had to ask if they even liked their jobs! 🤷🏼‍♀️ .. none of them were sociable. To top it off, that was my first time going in there! IDK if that's how that place usually is but they need some more exciting/uplifting ppl in there!.. no, I wasn't expecting a comedy show but for $15 for 4 cookies, I wasn't hoping to leave there feeling worse off then what I already did.

Over-priced and their Chocolate Chip cookie....nope. Tastes doughy and has not enough chips and no chocolate taste. Mine are not that big or that expensive bit they are a hell of a lot better than these.
