I love cookies. I have a sweet tooth and I enjoy trying different kinds of cookies from different bakeries and brands. I have heard a lot of hype about Crumbl cookies, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a box of four cookies online and picked them up from the nearest store. I was excited to taste them and see what the fuss was all about. Love it😍

The service was great! My husband and I love crumbl. This was our first time trying cookies from this location , the cookies weren't fresh or maybe missing something. The strawberry crumb cake was new but nilla bean cup cake & cake batter blondie ( fav), did not taste like I remember. The chocolate chip cookie was fresh , we shared that and didn't have the rest of the cookies. Maybe it was an off day. 🤔

So today I called this store at 325 pm to order 6 cookies for delivery. The order never showed up so I called the store to find out that Aaron the door dash “guy” is no where to be found and they will need to cancel the order. The girl on the phone tells me that I need to reorder the cookies because she can’t track the door dash orders. I ask for her name and her managers name several times and she tells me that for safety reasons she can’t give this information out. I reorder the cookies. I wait 30 minutes no cookies call the store and was told the door dash lady has arrived and has just picked the cookies up . I wait another 30 minutes call the store and a lady answer the phone “ hello” I said is this crumble she says I am sorry I can’t understand you I don’t speak that good of English. I ask her several times what happened to the cookies and she informed me that the door dash driver has canceled the order. I find this situation very odd in so many ways ( someone is scamming). Does not sound like someone is watching what is going on in this store. Very bad customer service . I never received cookies. I called my credit card and made sure I got my credit times two. Be aware when asking for delivery from this store definitely something scamey going on.

These cookies are just amazing. Weekly they change what they have on the menu through the app and online from what you can order. If you go in store they offer other cookies that they also make that are not posted on the app and web. So if you are craving a certain one, you just walk right in and place the order. The app offers a journal so you can keep track of which cookie you have had which helps alot. #Crumblcookies

It’s a great day when you have a chocolate chip crumbl cookie. That’s all that needs to be said. I love these cookie and sometimes I try their different specialty ones. A favorite of mine is the cinnamon bun or Cinnamon Toast Crunch one. They should think of a sugar free or protein cookie.

Delicious but expensive. If you're craving extremely high calorie cookies, this is your spot. Just make sure to work out before and after.

Staff is nice, so 5 stars on that. Store is clean and cookies look good. However, cookies are very cakey. Not moist like a cookie should but taste like a flat cake. I didn’t find the flavors to be “amazing”. They’re good but for $23 for 6 cookies they need to be amazing! I know they’re trying so I feel bad to leave this review.

The smell of cookies still lingered in my mind after I left. If you want to smell delicious cookies, stop in Crumbl. It’s super easy to order on their app or tablet in store. Every cookie there is sooo good

The staffing has greatly been improved (at least in my last 2 visits) with normal looking people (no observable tattoos, piercings, weird color hair). That allows us to focus our attention on the actual product which is great tasting cookies!

If you have never tried them, there is no time like the present. Weston now has their own Crumble Cookie (technically DAVIE, cause it is by the old Office Depot location) and you all should stop by for some yummy goodness! I don't make a habit out of $3+ cookies but these melt in your mouth. If any make them home I strongly recommend microwaving them for about 12-15 seconds to return them to their melt in your mouth status! You can thank me later. New Year's resolutions be damned! I'm digging in!
