A 10 out of 10. They are fast, accurate and oh my goodness the food is SO good. The Blanco on the cauliflower crust is my favorite. The crust is crispy and has just the right amount of oil. The first time I had their pizza I asked probably 3 or 4 times if the crust had any gluten in it. I couldn’t tell the difference and thought for sure they couldn’t possibly know for sure it didn’t have gluten in it. I didn’t get sick and to this day am blown away by how good this crust is. My all time favorite pizza! Oh and they are friendly too which is somewhat uncommon nowadays. Thanks Crust Pizza!

We arrived and there was only one family dining in, so please explain how our order was never delivered and people who arrived 15 minutes later received their pizzas before us?? Ryley (server) took our order at 12 pm, 35 minutes later and our pizza never arrived. I asked Ryley about my order and said he was going to check but nothing happened. We had to get up and leave. Seems like this was done on purpose, the manager needs to pay more attention and focus on customer service.

I have visited pizza crust plenty of times different locations. I have always been happy with the food and service until today. We arrive around 11:40ish (at the latest) , at this time there were barely anyone. We our placed our order with Ryley; something very basic.. pizza and wings. After waiting for an hour and after 3 tables were served our order was never made. Mind you, my husband did went to the front to inquire about our order and we were told that they were working. We waited, but it was clear that our order was not being made, but other tables were served even though we were the first table to arrive. There was no apology or any action to make it better. We were told no manager was present. My husband politely asked for a refund. They try to charge him for wings that he never ate. We finally obtain a full refund and left. I am sadden by the treatment we received. My husband is a generous person so they lost a good customer.

Calzone was tasty. Good quick option for decent pizza. Beer and wine only.

I love Crust Pizza so much that when my local Crust (Alden Bridge) was super busy, I headed over to Panther Creek. The pizzas are always scrumptious, HOT, exceptionally generous with toppings and cheese and a great price. Their salads are HUGE, with fresh, super crunchy green, never any brown edges. The staff is very friendly helpful and work so efficiently. Great place all around (both locations). P.S. My husband always wants to use coupons for some of the national chain pizzas places. I tell him Nope! You can do that when I’m not home, but you get what you pay for! It should be called Top Crust!

Pizza was great! I really appreciated the staff accommodating us, we were really indecisive and several pizzas sounded great so we got 2 XL pizzas with the intention to take home and be our lunches for a few days. They let us do 50/50 on both pizzas so we got to try 4 total. We had the Margherita, Pepperoni Supreme, Wyatt’s BBQ Chicken & Big Buffalo Chicken. All pizzas were delicious. My only 2 “complaints” are that I didn’t realize the pizza would be cut into squares so that threw me off & the buffalo chicken wasn’t spicy. But those 2 things aren’t enough to deem the restaurant lower than 5 stars. We will definitely be back again!

Delicious, flavorful crust and pizza.i guess that’s why they call it crust! Super yummy Homemade ranch, my son ikes it with a slice of cheese. I’ve only been in for pickup orders, but the Panther creek location is awesome. I’d love to dine in with my family next time. I wasnt expecting the square cut, which is actually pretty cool since most cut in triangles and my kid won’t eat the crusts. So there a slice style for every type of pizza-eater. But you can still get triangles at request when you order. Anyways, yea needless to say, this is now my family’s top pick when craving pizza shop. Check it out

I don’t usually rant or rave but my daughter went out with friends tonight to crust pizza in Panther Creek and as a group they ordered a few pizzas. One was a Hawaiian pizza. Little did my daughter know that it had cashews on it which she is highly allergic to and now she is in hospital and being kept overnight for observations due to her anaphylactic allergic reaction. Who in their right mind puts cashews on pizzas and doesn’t have any allergy information or warnings on their menu😡🤬 I wish servers and menus had more allergy knowledge and information for the consumer.

Even they are busy the quality doesn't change. My kids love their pizza

Lovely place delicious food best staff

Looking for a place for our granddaughter to be able to run around and get a good meal! Lots of friendly people eating outside with their kids, enjoying the nice weather and shady trees!

Pizza, pasta, and wine, combined with a kid-friendly playground, make Crust a family favorite. The pasta is good, the pizza is solid, the sandwiches are forgettable, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is good enough. My kids regularly request take-out from here, and I see just as many people picking up pizzas. The outdoor seating at this location is a big draw as it's heated and cooled (with fans and misters) and has a wooded play area in line with the Panther Creek Shopping Center. It gives you an old The Woodlands vibe; we are regulars.

I love this place so much!! What started as just trying a new pizza place has turned into a weekly indulgence that I refuse to miss!

I've been coming to this location for the past 3 years and never had any issues until my last visit on the 4th of July. We ordered our usual Big Buffalo Chicken Pizza without red onions, but the taste was off this time. When we asked for a side of ranch, an employee curtly responded with "50 cents" instead of politely explaining the charge. We felt uncomfortable as the same employee kept hovering around our table without checking in to see if we needed anything. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning from the pizza. I won't be returning, and I hope the staff receives better training in customer service.

Really delicious food. At this location, there's a nice play area outside for the kids. Small, but good. We love the Gelato they serve. The smores one tastes just like marshmallows.

Spent $41 on a 14” pizza and a salad on UberEats’s. Ordered it crispy. If you’ve had crust before you know their pizza is thin and when it’s crispy it’s the bomb. It got here and it was literally hand tossed sized and dough was raw. Zero crisp. They also didn’t include any cheese or pepper packets like I requested. Garbage attention to detail, never ordering from this location again.

Great place to eat! Their pizzas are pretty unique. Good selection of wined and beer as well. Very familiar and comfortable space to eat and have a good date/diner.

Costs much more than other Crust locations, and the “play area” for kids is laughable

The cheese was stretchy and thick. The sauce was flavorful and lots of it and the crust was warm and crispy just wow. Best pizza in this neighborhood.

This is our favorite local pizza place! We usually order takeout and it’s ready in about 20 minutes. The Blanco pizza in particular is incredible (I wish I had a photo but unfortunately it’s already been devoured) and I have to give a shout-out to the delicious ranch dressing which is made in-house 🤤

The variety and taste of the food is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor play area for kids which makes it a great place for families to eat.

Now this was the 1st back at Crust Pizza after such a horrible experience at the Kingwood location I was absolutely skeptical. This location changed my mind about Crust Pizza hit or miss on some locations but it sent me into a Crust Vibe. I had the Chicken Alfredo Pasta here substituted some things for other things I would prefer and the front Cashier/Server helped me out on this to get the best bang for my buck. Not to mention I was one of the last customers that night as they were coming very close to closing. I was super glad they still assisted me as if it was 1pm in the afternoon. Soo the food and staff were great great I appreciated it. The only and only issue with this location is the environment it's definitely time to renovate and be innovative with the look and tone of this location. Other than that the perfect restaurant visit in my eyes.

My family and I love the pizzas at Crust, my children really enjoy when we eat on the terrace.

I am from Iowa visiting Houston for 6 months and Crust Pizza has opened a whole new taste experience for me. Pizza 🍕 had become hum-drum and all about the same look and flavor. Crust Pizza is the finest in all aspects.

On my way home, I place an online order for pick up and it is ready, hot and fresh by the time I arrive. The Tuscany is my favorite! Dining in, the service is awesome and comfortable especially since I often dine alone. Thanks Crust!

The pizza here is delicious! And my mom enjoyed her chicken fettuccine alfredo. It's just very tight inside with a few too many tables, making it very difficult for my mom to maneuver around with her walker.

Great food and great atmosphere

Excellent Pizza place in the Woodlands, arguably one of the best. Has a great variety of pizza choices plus a build your own if you want. Also has other pastas and wings. They give good deals if you buy multiple pizzas, so make sure you look at the board above the ordering counter. Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, and it doesn’t take long to get your pizza. Their chicken Alfredo and Margarita pizzas were great, as was the garlic bread. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area and craving pizza, and could easily be a regular spot.

What I like the most is that even I cannot eat wheat, I can still eat at Pizza Crust…a delicious cauliflower crust pizza!!!

Great menu that includes pizzas, salads and much more… and the quality is outstanding. I do mostly takeout or delivery and can’t speak to the atmosphere.

My sister and I dined with our 4 kids this afternoon and were met with the most rude service I have encountered in awhile. I have been to this location frequently and I don’t know if there is new ownership or management, but it went downhill fast. Between our two orders, we had SIX pizzas. When the pizzas were brought to the table I asked if we could have some ranch dressing. They brought two ranches and I enquired if we could get 2 more as there were 6 of us and 6 pizzas. I was told that per the owner, only 1 free ranch per order and if I wanted one per pizza I should’ve ordered each pizza separately. I asked how much extra ranch was and he said 50 cents. He told me I would need to go back in to the line (which obviously at lunch time is quite long), to order my additional ranch. When my sister went in to ask about this ranch debacle, she was told “you know, we don’t even HAVE to give you ANY ranch.” To which she asked to speak to the manager. Turns out, this was the general manager (Baldemar Benitez) who thought he should talk to customers this way! And all over 50 cents of ranch dressing. Well, Baldemar handed her his card with what he stated was the owners phone number and email address (even though the email address is his name?) and told her she could call. She called, the number was not in service. She went back in to ask if there was a different number as this one is not in service. He said “yes it is. It would ring right here if you called it.” (So he gave her the number to the pizza place we were at?) anyway she called about to show him and it did not work again. And he said “oh. Well. It should work. Guess something is wrong.” Obviously, this was not about the ranch dressing after about the first minute of this conversation. But I could not believe the attitude and how we were treated by the general manager of the restaurant… over a simple request of ranch for the SIX pizzas we ordered. Long story short, if you want to come here and you like ranch dressing, make all your orders separate. Or you will be spoken to rudely. Or just don’t come here at all because I’m fairly confident all the other pizza places in the woodlands would be happy to give you a ranch dressing for your pizza in exchange for your business.

From the quality of food to the attentive service, Crust never disappoints! Will always be one of my family’s very favorite restaurants!
