From Cuenca's extensive selection, I chose 5 sticks of Padron 1964 Anniversary and 5 of Casa Cuba. Though far apart in flavors and strengths, I love keeping these diverse cigars in the humidor for when the desire for one is aroused. Both are exceptional! And, as usual, Cuenca delivered promptly with ample shipping updates. Always a pleasure dealing with Ana!

I received my last order and box was damaged, not my first time, but ignored it, hope this is not a trend. I know some people don't care about that, but I collect my empty cigar boxes and make craft items out of them.

Ordered these Casa Fuentes a few weeks ago. They were packed with great care, and shipped the next day. I'm only across the state from the shop, but they got here in 3 days- that's something I appreciate considering the big online shops are typically a week+ getting to SWFL. I’ve witnessed this business flourish in Downtown Hollywood. I saw the expansion from a small corner shop to a full blown lounge. The owners, husband and wife, are readily available to answer any cigar related questions and offer their expertise. It offers a dual opportunity: if you like to people watch, you can sit outside; if you prefer watching TV, you can remain in the lounge area. Enjoy either option with your cigar and beverage of choice. Great place to hang out with friends or entertain clients.

Cuenca sets the bar very high for any competition. I'm in north Texas and local brick and mortar stores don't touch this customer service, selection, pricing and quality. (We have some big names here too) Not only does Cuenca offer premium, hard to get cigars, they offer very fair pricing. I received the box and a nice cutter to compliment my order too. It's hard to find businesses that check all the boxes, but they do just that.

The owner is so nasty spent 20 dollars a day here and 40 dollars at night went to use the restroom before I purchased a cigar owner started flipping out and yelling at me the restroom is for members only do not go here the owner thinks her customers are garbage

Firstly, the location is incredibly convenient, with the added bonus of having a parking lot right next to it. When it comes to variety, not only do they have an extensive selection, but they also house some rare and exclusive cigars that are hard to find elsewhere. It's clear they take great care in preserving their products, ensuring every cigar remains in peak condition. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to guide and share insights. But what truly stood out for me was the adjacent smoking lounge. It's a space fitted with comfortable armchairs, TVs broadcasting sports events, and strategically placed ashtrays, all designed for a complete and relaxing experience. I'm giving Cuenca Cigars 4 stars. My only suggestion would be to incorporate a bar to enhance the experience even further. Definitely a must-visit for aficionados and connoisseurs alike. I'll be back soon!

Nice place. They have a very good selection of cigars. They also have an addition humidor with some higher end cigars. Staff is very nice. I like to sit outside at the tables on the sidewalk on Harrison.

It's one of my favorite places the staff is very knowledgeable it's a very relaxed place and I even bought a great ashtray last time I was there

You have to stop if you are around the area the employee are very knowledgeable on all types of cigars. And they have a large selection of all brands of cigars. You can set outside at a table and enjoy your stick and on those hot and humid nights sit inside the lounge and smoke inside the cold A/C.

Had never purchased or heard of them before, had some oddballs that I was looking for, fair prices and excellent shipping and communication

The seal was missing on the cellophane that the cigar comes in and was sticky from glue which makes me question the authenticity of the cigar! It took two weeks to receive my order which reduces the freshness of the cigars as well
