Cugino's was a great experience, the service food and atmosphere. The Arancini was delicious and a must try, and the pizza was amazing.

We came in and a waitress went to sit us then the table wasn't empty so then she said as soon as the others leave we would b sat there but they took someone else that were all white I feel race was involved because we were here 10 min before the other group I like the food but the workers seem to have their favorites..

Family owned and operated - authentic and Great food. Nice portions you’d expect from an Italian run food establishment. The calzones and Calabrese pizza are incredible. You could travel to several upscale Italian restaurants in larger cities and still not find food this good. Large menu to choose from. Pizzas, pastas, salads - Nothing too crazy - sticks to the basics. Their attention to detail on their sauces is worth mentioning. If you like Italian food - this is worth the stop. It gets crowded so plan ahead.

The food and service were excellent! Alyssa was very attentive and courteous.

We got the battered mushrooms, fettuccine Alfredo, and chicken Marsala. They were all amazing. Big portions. Cost less than I expected given the amount we got on each plate. Definitely recommend.

Nice downtown location. Quaint outdoor seating in the back (less street noise). Great bar service and waitstaff at tables. Food was excellent. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the menu. Parking in the back when street parking is difficult.

3rd visit for dinner. Waitress handled crowds well. She covered the entire outside, solo. Instant turn over of tables, constant flow of orders. Kudos to her. I ordered the Italian sausage pasta dish: spaghetti sauce was, well, just red, lacking true italian touch. The pizza we will note, was quite a show stopper. Leftover pasta was really still bland 2 days later.

A+ Delicious food once again! We sat at the bar and decided to eat right there. Megan was awesome! A+ ♥️

Busy as usual. We actually got sat were we had our first date..brought back some memories. Keep up the good work Cuginos.

We arrived at 5:12 pm and told there was a 30 minute wait. We waited 55 minutes and when we asked for an update they spoke among themselves, then seated us. Twenty minutes later someone greeted us and took our drink order. We ordered a specialty pizza from their menu, minus one item. The pizza was served, including the item we asked them to remove. We were told we could reorder it, (and get it in 30 minutes), or keep the one we had. We kept it. No one apolizeged or acknowledged it. We will not return.

Food is amazing. Huge portions! Nice patio seating. Quick friendly service. Big selection on the menu. The best Caesar salad. Very fair prices! Located in a nice downtown area.

Cuginos is a small local town joint with really great food. Their drinks are on point and the portions huge. Would highly recommend!

I am always so happy when I am able to get lunch and dinner here. My recommendations list is crazy long. The breadsticks with or without cheese you can’t go wrong! They are LARGE! Pizza is amazing. Both thin crust and thick crust is cooked to perfection. Lasagna is in huge portion but never fails. I would recommend getting a half size if you want less leftovers. Spicy chicken penne is a favorite of mine. Penna alla vodka is also very good. They make their own ranch for the house salads that come with entrees. It does get busy here but it is a large restaurant and usually is not too crazy of a wait.

Awesome Italian joint. Veery fair prices. Huge, kind of doughy breadsticks, the Fettuccine Florentino was great, and the Pasta Roma was fabulous. I put my name on the wait list and by the time I showed up I hardly had to wait at all.

I have been eating at Cugino's on a regular basis for years and can honestly say I have never had a bad meal or poor service. The pizza is of course out of this world and I love their spinach calzone! Portions are huge so you get a lot for your money.

Bar closing atmosphere , rude people waiting to long to be served, ok food, but not worth the circus side show to get it, never again

We had a long wait for a table, though it was the day before a holiday. The marinara that came with the fried mozzarella tasted homemade and quite good. The margherita pizza was delicious.

Very nice place with great food and services

Came in from Grand Rapids and had a very enjoyable meal on a very busy saturday night. Menu was extensive, and everyone in our group was pleased (ranged from calzones, to grilled chicken salad, to veal parmigian). All meals were large and more than reasonably priced. The service was excellent. As noted, it was very busy, but it was clear the staff was well organized into roles that they fulfilled in a timely and courteous manner. Definitely a loud setting during the busy peak time and potentially a long wait...but what do I expect when giving a restaurant high marks. Thank you Cugino's.

Grand Ledge has what all of the Lansing people have been missing since DeLuca’s closed! The pizza was delicious! I’d have posted a picture, but it didn’t last that long. We ordered to go and sat at the bar for about 30min waiting for our order. The bartenders were amazing. When I asked for a mixed drink and expressed that I would be driving home, she offered to under pour my drink so I could have flavor yet still be safe. I’d never thought about that before. When it was time to go, I was offered a to go cup for my cocktail. They put a sticker over the straw hole to show tamper evidence. It’s a long drive that I will be making regularly every time I want pizza.

This is the third time I've ordered take out and received the wrong order. The food is great but check your take out order before you get home. This time we got a cheese pizza and ordered the Cugino pizza. Pretty disappointing.

We waited way longer than I usually do when out to dinner last night with my husband which definitely was frustrating. An hour and a half wait to be exact. However finally 2 spots opened at the bar and we were able to get them. The food here is delicious and best part for me is they have gluten free pasta options which is very rare to find. Can't wait to return and hopefully not have to wait so long to get seated.

Chicago style deep dish had way too much bread/crust. Was more like a hybrid between Chicago and Detroit styles. Mozzarella sticks were about what I would expect from an arbys and are in need of improvement. The Chicken Alfredo was strange in that the chicken was actually very flavorful but the Alfredo sauce was pretty much bland cream. Potato soup was alright but definitely needed more seasoning as it was also somewhat bland. I would be very hesitant to come here again.

The best pizza in the area by far. We started going here after DeLuca's closed, and their pizza is even better. We live in Lansing and it's always worth the 15-20 minute drive over to Grand Ledge. If you haven't tried Cugino's you are missing out. First rate!

Really good food, but very noisy. They're extremely busy. There were as many people waiting for seating when we left as when we arrived.

Arrived at 4:00 pm on a Friday. By 4:30pm, it was full. The food was great. Service was top-notch. The restaurant looked clean. I come here once a year from Florida. It's a must go when in the area.

We had a group of 10 that met on December 29th at Cugino's. We understood that the wait was going to be long. But, we waited almost 2 hours, I called ahead and continued to check while we waited in the bar area. The worst part was that they had no bussers to clear the tables and we waited an extra half hour while we watched 2 empty tables that would accommodate us, sit there and wait to be cleared. We did speak with our awesome waitress about this, her service was outstanding, and she let us know that they did not have bussers on weekends and the wait staff was expected to clear the tables and she had been swamped. The interesting part is that there were three hostesses that were doing nothing during this time. Once it got past 6:30-7:00 there wasn't much for the hostesses to do. They could have saved us a half hour by clearing the table and helping out the wait staff. We did speak to the manager who really didn't offer much. We did ask for some appetizers to be comped since we were starving when we finally got seated. No help there. While the food was good and our waitress was outstanding, we were quite disappointed with the long wait time due to the fact that there was nobody to clear the table. We hope this feedback will help you improve.

Went there for my wife's birthday. Was told the wait would be 30 min. After an hour of waiting, the manager said it was going to be another hour!! I told him, all 12 of us have been waiting for over an hour. It's too bad cause their food is amazing. I guess if you're gonna go there... don't take a big group.

There is a negative review of this server here on Google, but what that reviewer didn't realize is another reviewer was having their first experience at this establishment at the the table directly adjacent. Sophie was and is an incredibly polite and attentive server. The patron(B) that left this server a one star review declined to mention that she left a $0 tip for the server after she had served their table for over an hour based on not being able to remove a $4 item from a bill. Sometimes we need to weigh the weight of our reviews against the people trying to make a living and the establishment trying to make money. Sometimes we as humans need to realize items aren't available or maybe at 7pm a restaurant can run out of ice tea. Be kind, tip well, and remember each day is never promised.

Can't rate the food we were never seated called ahead at 630 to 7 due to there being 9 of us to be placed on the wait list received the text but when I showed up they at 745 due to the hour plus wait we were told there would be a additional 1 hour and 40 min wait when they close at 9 I have heard great things about the food but terrible customer service will not be trying to go here again for this reason

This was my first time trying this restaurant! I ordered pick up for my husband and I. The food was amazing and tasted vary fresh. There are not many good Italian restaurants around, but this one has to be the best. The portions are huge, so be prepared to eat off your dish for two days!!🤣

Great food! Was very busy, called ahead and still had to wait, waitress was definitely busy so service was slow but the food came out fast. We got mostaccioli and stuffed shells, wish I would have gotten the melted cheese on the mostaccioli but it was still good. It would have been nice to be warned that everything came with very large breadsticks before we ordered a side of breadsticks but will know that for next time!

Tasty Italian food , reminded me of the Old DeLuca restaurant. I was visiting with family from out of town and this place came highly recommend. I had a pizza that was delicious. My Brother and his wife had spaghetti and meatballs with a ceasar salad that was huge. You will not leave hungry from this place. The staff was very nice and attentive. Place gets busy after 5

Wings were good. Salad ok. Fresh baked bread very good. We both had veal parmigiana. The veal was overdone. The marinara sauce was heavy - perhaps the type favored in Sicily. Many people would like this sauce, but we prefer a lighter sauce, with fresh tomatoes. Service was prompt, and the wait staff, though young, were capable and friendly. Prices were reasonable.
