I been wanting to try this pizza place, and it did not disappoint! It was hot and crispy. We got a large double stack, and it was LARGE. They have some delicious hot honey sauce for the chicken, which was also great on the pizza. Great prices for the amount of food we got. Customer service was exemplary 🤌🏽. Top notch service. We will definitely make that drive again.

Online ordered today for lunch. Pizza was delicious. Will definitely be back. Crust was crunchy and Chewy. Large portion size for the price. Easy and quick pick up.

My coworkers love Cup N Char and finally took me there for lunch one day. I ordered the 2 slices with wings. The lemon pepper wings are SOOOO good. The pizza was hot, crisp, and flavorful. I understand why my coworkers rave about the food. Service is also great! I highly recommended.

Nice place with good service. Food took awhile but came out rather fresh. The pizza and wings were just okay. The chicken finger sub was good but it just needed more sauce. If I were to come back, I'd probably just stick with the chicken fingers.

The smell of pizza filled the restaurant and was very good cheese n pepperoni crust ok..The wings zero flavor nearly over cooked barely sauced medium bland ate 2 and tossed . The buffalo chicken was just as basic as can be cheese was good The bread nor chicken had the sandwich mizz bad ,this tossed as well..

Quiet place, great food. We've been looking for a true NY pizza & wings place and finally found it! The owners are from Buffalo, NY, and it shows. I'd recommend trying the "half" pizzas because a full one is quite large. Their slices are enormous. I love their lunch combos - I got a slice + 5 wings and it was a lot of food for right around $12.

This place has great reviews, and since I was in the area, I decided to stop by and try the food. I ordered the pizza, fries, and sandwich. The sandwich was quite good, with very fresh bread that stood out. The pizza, however, didn't meet my expectations. I generally prefer a thinner crust, and this one was not thin. Additionally, it came out burnt, with black char on all the edges. I'm not sure if this is intentional or their specialty, but it didn't taste good on the edges. When I opened it, my friend also commented how burn the pizza looked. For the toppings, the pepperoni was smaller than usual, and the sausage was larger, which was a bit different but still fine. I got the food as takeout, so I didn't get a chance to mention the burnt issue to the staff. Overall, while the toppings were fine, the burnt crust detracted from the pizza experience.

Small little joint but pizza was delish. Alabama brisket pizza was the best. Fries were perfect seasoned. Kinda pricey but was worth trying.

I got the chicken wing pizza (large). It comes with 18 slices, pretty massive, good to feed 6 guys comfortably. Nick was kind enough to split it into a half medium/half hot spice level. Pizza was delicious, some of the best pizza in all of Houston. Outer crust pieces are crispy on the edges and the inner pieces are the perfect amount of chewy. Would recommend one hundred percent, can't fault these guys on quality or service.

I picked up a pizza from Cup N Char the place was empty that should have been a red flag. The pizza was over cooked the wings weren't fresh. When I got home I contacted the establishment and spoke with the owner. I told him the wings had a funny smell and they were tough, hard and weren't fresh. Now I've been to this establishment several times especially when it first opened. The owner was very argumentative told me the wings were fresh we just fry them hard. The chicken was fried hard but also old like it had been sitting a while tossed in hot sauce and served cold. The Manger wasn't interested in customer satisfaction only an argument. First I asked for another order but didnt trust him preparing anything else because of his nasty attitude. I asked for my money back. Needless to say he claimed he was going to credit my account. I'm still waiting to see a credit. Now I see why his establishment is empty. Next stop NEXTDOOR and Yelp!

This is the best pizza around!!!!

I visited this location yesterday for the first time .. I got a 10 piece wing and the smallest sized pizza they have which is 4 really good sized slices… definitely shareable. The pizza was great.. but the wings were amazing! I got the lemon pepper and hot honey.. they were crispy/cooked perfect and super flavorful! The gentleman working was very nice/friendly as well. I spend about 34 dollars on myself but it was easily two meals.. I ate half there and took the other half home.. so well worth the price. I’ll definitely be back!

We tried this place out for the very first time Saturday night. It is now my favorite pizza place for pizza and wings in the Houston area that my wife and I had. The wings were a good size and they sauced my wings very heavily which is a must for us. Usually wings soak up the sauce if they sit for a little while. So having them heavily sauced and hot as we received them was a very pleasant surprise. Then the pizza comes out piping hot. The cup and char pepperonis and the breading they use for the pizza was out of this world. The pizza looks burnt on some slices but once you eat the slice you get a slight crisp and soft slice. They baked our pizza just right. The staff were very pleasant and informative. The worker who took our order asked us multiple times if we were happy with the food. Thanks for the great experience for my wife and I. We will definitely be a regular customer when we have a craving for pizza and wings.

Legit beyond legit. Had the lunch special, time to visit another ten times to try the rest. 5 Hot BBQ Wings, big slice of pepperoni and drink for under $15. Incredible deal for the quality.

Great pizza, very fresh ingredients! The crust is crispy and crunchy without being hard or burnt, the flavor and cheese pull is excellent! The atmosphere is cozy but modern without a super try hard artisanal feel! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!

I've had numerous pizza, different wings, a couple of salads, sandwiches and cookies. As far as pizza goes this is one of the best spots in houston, as for all the other food, great portions and is just as good as the pizza. Treat yourself! Eat here!

Visited several days ago & had to place another take out order this evening cuz their pizza is THAT PHENOMENAL!!! Definitely a hidden gem in Sugar Land/Richmond area, I drive past the shopping center practically every day and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out.. they deserve all the hype! I believe it was the owner working when I visited and you can tell Cup & Char really values their customers with the exceptional service & delicious food. I can’t wait to try more items next visit. 10/10 🤩

Cup n char F&@! Up my life it’s so addictive that it’s unacceptable!! The price is right the service is right the food is not from this world! I drive over two hours just to get a taste of home once you have a taste you would want no other pizza!! Try it all !! Especially the fry dough I moved to Houston five years ago and searched everywhere for fry dough and couldn’t find none now that I found Cup n Char it’s a wrap!!

The pizza was authentic - slightly sweet sauce, crust just right, cupped and charred pepperoni, etc. Staff were nice and it was like old home week, several patrons from the Buffalo area.

2nd visit:They got all 5 stars on the next visit. Tried the bbq pizza it was different and lovely. 1st visit: will definitely try it again. The star of the show was the fried dough. It was amazing, and I kind of wish I'd never tasted it. It will be a new addiction. The wings were okay. I enjoyed the flavor of the hot honey sauce. We ordered a small Greek Salad and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I appreciated that the toppings weren't just on top, but were incorporated thoroughly Got the grass chicken (the chicken was dry and lacked flavor). The dough was crispy and perfect, the other ingredients almost made up for the flavorless, dry chicken. I'll try a different pizza next time. Guy at the counter answered my questions and was nice.

Best buffalo style pizza I've had in Texas. Thicker crust then NYC Pizza but a fluffy , puffy crust. Great pizza and good prices , would highly recommend.

This is my second time here. Warning… pizza is BIG!! A large can feed 6 hungry adults! I forgot this when returning to order pizza and ordered two large and they will feed me for the rest of the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Get a medium for two people and expect leftovers. On to the good part! It’s crispy (on point with “char”), loaded with the toppings, and I’m guessing “cup” is for the pepperoni that turns into a little cup once baked? Well, it’s true. The pepperoni turns into a delicious little crispy cup. This time I ordered the Hawaiian pizza and added jalapeño. I also got the meat lovers and added olives and onions… I LOVE crispy onions on my pizza! Everything was great. I’m not sure if it’s the owner but it’s one man running the front of the restaurant (at least when I’ve gone) and he’s very attentive and checks up on you. I haven’t tried anything else on their menu but pizza because I keep ordering too much pizza, but next time I’ll see if I can try some appetizers. I am pregnant and have major cravings. I had been day dreaming about returning here for weeks now… about 25 minutes from home. It’s worth the drive!!!

Good pizza. It's thick crust. Reminded me of BJs but this taster better. More cheesy and the sauce was better. Cheese pizza is burnt on purpose. Tasted good but I think I'd like to eat it at the restaurant instead of taking it home next time.

We drive 45 minutes across town for these pizza and wings. Cup N Char is an homage to western New York pizza and it’s something worth trying specifically here. The wings are the best in the Houston area hands down without a doubt. Ownership is just genuine great people! This is a menu that is ok to be adventurous with because literally everything is good! Love love love Cup N Char!

My family and I visited Cup N Char a few weeks ago and we are addicted! I would post pics but the food goes too quickly to get a pic lol! The pizza, pizza logs, cookies, fried dough, and lemon pepper wings are deeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious!! However, the honey hot wings are the holy grail of wings!! GET HERE NOW!! I promise, you will not be disappointed and you will be hooked! The restaurant is always nice and clean, service is fast, orders are accurate, and the staff is such a group of friendly people!

I grew up in WNY and lived in Buffalo for 17 years. All I can say is OMG, they nailed it!! I feel like I just had dinner at Picasso’s!! Guys, you have to figure out how to make a Beef on Weck!!

This place is a hidden gem. The pizza is incredibly good. The dough is so soft and fluffy but with a great crisp on the outside, the sauce and ingredients are so delicious. The staff is wonder, friendly and helpful. We love coming here.

First time coming here about a week ago and damn did it get exceed my expectations! wings are actually meaty and crispy , pizza is even better . Guy upfront on register is welcoming as well , a must try for sure

Ordered a half cheese half pepperoni for pick up tonight. Food was ready quicker than they quoted, luckily I live down the street. Didn’t know what to expect but the pizza is like pizza hut in its prime. The cheese is fluffy but melty and the crust is crispy and thick. I went inside and it was pretty busy but not cramped. Great neighborhood pizza spot and for the 17 dollars for a pizza to split with my wife I’d say this is a cheap option for a lazy dinner! I will definitely be eating here over the other close options for the quality and price value.

110% worth every penny! The pizza was charred on the edges, which is unique for our area and delicious. The ranch and blue cheese were homemade and hit perfectly. Even moreso, this is all made by a family business. Try the fried dough!

Some of the absolute best pizza I have ever had. I like thin crust but I make an exception for this pizza because even though it’s deep dish the crust is still nicely crispy. The flavors are great. Got a medium meat lovers and everyone loved it! Also got the lemon pepper wings with blue cheese and they were equally good. The pizza is more expensive than your Dominos, Pizza Hut or Marcos but when you taste it you will easily see why! Restaurant also super clean. Try it!

Delicious pizza, perfectly fluffy crust, fresh ingredients. Wings are also solid, and the staff is friendly and appreciative. We live twenty minutes away but end up visiting there a few times a month. Go try it. Vegetarian pizza is great, but the family loves the pepperoni.

Finally. After nearly a decade of trying to find great pizza anywhere in the Houston area, Cup N Char opened down the street and it was fantastic!! We got our personal favorite: pepperoni, jalapeño and pineapple. They use good quality ingredients, great flavor, crispy delicious crust, good prices! I prefer slightly thinner crust but this is seriously some of the best pizza you’re going to find. The wings were excellent too!! Nice and crispy with classic Buffalo flavor! If you’re looking for your next pizza night spot…Don’t skip on Cup N Char!

The food here is sooooooo good! 9/10! We ordered three different pizzas, cheesy bread, pizza egg rolls (not pictured), and lemon pepper/ honey hot wings. Please ask for their Parmesan seasoning and add to everything! It’s soooooo good. I def will be back for more.

Located on a strip mall, there is plenty of parking available in front of the restaurant. The restaurant has clean and simple decor. The staff were friendly and patient. The menu is extensive, thus it took a while to decide. I like it that they offer pizza by the slice. That way we could try different flavors without over-indulging. I had the garlic bread, Hawaiian slice, and meat lover slice. Each pizza slice comes in two pizza triangles. That’s plenty. Both the garlic bread and pizzas were very fragrant. The garlic bread was crispy and cheesy. Garlic amount was on point too. The pizza slices were super delicious. The crusts were soft and crispy too. The pizzas were cheesy, and toppings were all cooked right. There were right amount of toppings on both slices. I would definitely come back for more! Yum yum!

I did a pick up order. Everyone working there was super accommodating. The pizza was ready as soon as I arrived. Speaking of the pizza it's great and a large is big enough to feed the whole family. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Food is delicious its my favorite go to their all meats pizza is so good 👍🏻, it's a bit of a small place and I gave it 4 stars for service he's damn good but it's just him that's taking orders and seving you your food along side taking orders over the phone and running the drive thru which I think is just to pick your order up I don't think it's to place an order.

DELICIOUS! one of the best pizza places in the Houston area. We got them last week and my mouth is still watering. Their pizzas are huge and a great value. One large feed our family of four and we still had leftovers. They called me when my pizza was ready to let me know. No one else has ever done that

These guys are doing it right! Very clean, straight forward pizza spot with fresh, tasty food, great value and an owner and employees who care about their product. This is the type of small business that genuinely deserves their 5 star reviews because they earned it, and continue to do so. They even have a drive-thru! After a very long week of traveling my wife suggested Cup N Char pizza because she had heard that it paid homage to Western New York's famous pizza and wings. The place was a gem. The Owners' are authentic....I know because I'm very familiar with the areas near Buffalo where they grew up. The food far exceeded my expectations and they are very high for WNY pizza and wings. This isn't low quality stuff we are talking here nor is it stone or wood fired pizza. This is authentic Western New York style pizza, wings, and apps. You cannot find this anywhere else in Houston I promise you....and it's likely that you won't find it elsewhere in Texas. Give these guys a chance it's worth the drive. P.S...get the fried dough...you're welcome. And no it's not the rodeo carny elephant ear that your Grandma used to buy you.

Decided to drive out and finally try Cup N Char. It was delicious and had a coffee cafe vibe. The food was hot, tasty, and will Definetly be back to try more options on their menu. Thier sandwich was outstanding and we really loved the bread and overall flavors.

My son's favorite pizza place. We rarely eat out, let alone going to pizzeria, but since we found this place, we come here once a month now. My son loves the ham pineapple pizza here with thick, crispy yet juicy crust. I'm writing this review while eating the usual delicious pizza at this very moment. Update: I'm sorry! I lie! Not over sauced perfect amount. It was busy, and several folks from the NY-Buffalo region moved here and frequent the place, and we were talking about it on how much they love it (I can see why). We both had the 1 slice each, and it's a big square piece (almost like a personal pizza size). Also ordered a small ceaser salad, which was enough for both of us. We were not overly hungry, so it was the perfect dinner amount for us; it would make a great snack, too. They have lots of different size pizzas and toppings. Plus, other items - wings, french fries, etc. Check out pic of menu. I had jalapenos and crispy potatoes. The other slice was jalapenos, sausage, and pepperoni. I've never had this style before, but we were not disappointed. The place is really cute, clean, I believe the owner took our order, and he also cleaned the tables. He was busy but very polite.
