I’ve been a fan of the original CVI.CHE 105 in Downtown Miami since they first opened, and it’s been amazing to see them grow and open more locations. My recent visit was as outstanding as ever. The ceviche is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the ambiance is always inviting. Special shoutout to our waiter, Jorge, who was fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and added to the overall great experience. CVI.CHE 105 continues to be a go-to spot for incredible Peruvian cuisine.

Victor was an incredible waiter for our large party. He was patient, got all of our orders right, and split the check as many ways needed. He deserves a promotion!!!!

Awesome as usual, the food is from another world, and the service from Tesla was outstanding, looking forward to see you at the dealership soon! Ask for Rene at Potamkin Hyundai!

To start off we had such a wonderful waitress, Tesla. she was very kind, gave great recommendations and customer service as well! The food came out quite quickly and the taste was impeccable. My favourite item on the menu was the acevichado!! Best sushi i’ve ever had my life! the tuna immediately melts in your mouth and a flavour you will never forget!

Great place!! The food is awesome and the service fantastic!! Definitely a place to go with your family and friends. Nathalie was taking care of me and my family today and I have to say that she make our experience unforgettable, was really awesome... highly recommended 👌 and I'm sure that this is going to be my favorite restaurant for now on 😁

Second time visiting this place and we totally love it. Customer service is really amazing, as we walked in we were greeted by at least 4 people. Our waitress was Natalie, she was very knowledgeable and recommended some delicious dishes. Everything very fresh and clean. Music and environment was great as well.

It’s the second time in month that we dine here and we got disappointed both times. The ceviche clasico was tasteless, and the pasta with seafood was a little better , it had more flavor but it came out cold. Never again.

The place has a very good atmosphere, the food is delicious and the attention from Estefani was exceptional. I would return a thousand times.

Liz was amazing!! Her recommendations and service were phenomenal.. I highly recommend coming here to try all the ceviches and drinks. The pico sour and lychee martini were very yummy!!

Excellent food as always, great service by Yusnier Have to try the causa traviesa, great combo of ceviche, fried calamari and causa. Also the best lomo Salteado with huacaina risotto that we’ve ever had. Never disappoints Only complain is with the host staff, if you don’t speak in Spanish they hang up the phone on you (has happend to me, twice) and once you are there, they always have an attitude. Still the food and the servers hospitality makes it worth it.

We have been here about three times and always very good service, Natalie was our waitress and she was amazing.

I was visiting that restaurant, it was wonderful, the food was very delicious and the treatment from the waiters was special, especially the waiter Harol, a very nice and very professional boy. Through this writing I want to congratulate him and his group, but especially him.

First time in this place and everything was incredible Yusnier was a very attentive, friendly and very professional waiter who guided us step by step in this experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. Walking in we could already feel the exciting atmosphere. Carlos was exceptional and recommended the best things that worked well for our palate. The ceviche and rolls were spectacular and their version of the paella was delicious. We never had to wait long for our food and we were greeted by Carlos’s warm smile each time he visited our table. We will definitely be back!

Carlos gave my family & I exceptional service for my mom’s birthday. He was so attentive and quick, giving us the best recommendations. All of our drinks arrived quickly, as well as the food. The food was delicious, the ambiance was wonderful we loved the music they played. We noticed the teamwork between the servers - it was never just Carlos bringing us our food and clearing our plates before our entrees arrived, it was great seeing everyone work together: We will come back and would highly recommend for good service and food

Today I had an incredible experience at this restaurant all thanks to the server Estefani! She is the best at giving recommendations, she knows the entire menu and its splendid flavors! She finds out the taste of your palate and recommends exactly what you want!! She is friendly, 100% attentive, we have never been treated like this in another restaurant! That woman is worth gold, I attach the photo so you can search or request it! PS: leave tips! She deserves it a thousand times

Rolando was an amazing server. My only negative feedback is that the tables were too close and I felt a little uncomfortable not having as much personal space unexpectedly. But the service was excellent and they were willing to provide me with another table to help me feel more comfortable. Thank you CVI.CHE!!

I got a lychee martini and the traditional ceviche with seafood (I don’t remember the name unfortunately) and both were pretty tasty and satisfying! I think the atmosphere itself was pretty nice as well. Unfortunately I wasn’t overly pleased with the service which did taint my experience a bit. In my opinion, the hostess wasn’t overly friendly or welcoming to our group. Then I feel like our waiter tried extremely hard to upsell our entire table, which our party really didn’t appreciate.
