One of our favorite places to eat here in Waycross !!!! Sweetest staff ,Have been going all my life and will continue 🙏❤️🙏 until the good lord calls us home. Great Bbq sandwich,and ribs ,great fries and the sweet potatoes pie 🥧 is out of this world .We 💕 our DKS. We eat there almost once a week. Oh and the sauce ,tha sauce ❤️❤️❤️grab a bottle of that original for sure to take home.😁

My wife and I were driving between Savannah and Bainbridge and stopped here for lunch as it was on the way and had good reviews! Thank goodness they were opened on July 4th as we got a genuine taste of that great southern hospitality. The two ladies were lovely and welcomed us with open arms, greeting us with enthusiastic smiles. They know they can cook, and they can surely back it up! If you're ever in this area, definitely stop by as it's worth the stop! We ordered the #1 Jumbo and a 1/2 slab of ribs, and both were absolutely amazing! I loved the fact that the Jumbo BBQ Sandwich gets smashed (it's a BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich) which is generally a messy ordeal but because it's smashed everything is super neatly tucked together and nothing falls out of the sandwich!! The ribs had just the right amount of bite but also easily fell off the bone, which you can eat using any of the 4 homemade sauces (original, sweet, and hot bbq or mustard)!! They make their lemonade and sweet tea in-house, and we tried their sweet tea, and that was equally as great! We could see the locals love this place cause there was a constant flow of customers and phone orders coming in as we sat at the restaurant. Again, 10/10 if you're in the area and want some good ol' southern BBQ, this is the spot!

Souths oldest BBQ. Very small building with limited seating if you opt to sit down to eat. Great BBQ and I personal enjoy the fried bologna and cheese sandwich. Sandwiches are pressed flat and when you unwrap the sandwich everyone will know you got it from DK's. Everyone should try a DK BBQ ...... At least once

Barbecue here is amazing! They have a pretty extensive menu anything from ribs to wings. They offer hamburgers and cheeseburgers too. Food is prepared when you order it so it's always fresh and hot. Service was great ladies behind the counter we're super nice. Restaurant is small but most people get it to go anyway. This place has been a local staple for as long as I can remember so you know they got to be good.

Excellent cut of ribs. Meaty, tender, fall off the bone! I be damned if they weren’t parboiled‼️ That is a killer for me. Won’t go back. Would have given them a 10!

Historically fantastic!!! This place was serving good food when my mother was growing up. It was known as Clark's and was located on the corner of Thomas and McDonald Streets. The food is still good and the prices are affordable:,-)

Hands down this place is the best!! Been enjoying it for years. I absolutely LOVE the bologna and cheese and most favorite BBQ sauce ever is the mustard bbq on the bbq sandwiches. Sadly I don't live in town so don't get to enjoy as much as I would like. I think it's about time for a road trip!!

Best flat BBQ around, just my opinion. If you find a BBQ house that's been in the same place for over 50 years, they must be doing something right. When in Waycross and looking for a quick pick me up stop in . you'll be glad you did

I love the place. I bought 5 bbq sandwiches and picked up some for my friends. They said the sauce was a little strong but the flavor of the food was great for me. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

grew up on dk's and every time i come back through Waycross I have to have some dk's to bring back home! For over 35 years its the best BBQ anywhere!

My purchase was made to order overall good and meal came under 10 dollars pretty good at today's meal costs for one person.

Since I was a kid DK's have been in this location serving some good Bar-B-Q and still is. For over 30 years I have been eating there. If you have never been there stop by, you want be disappointed.

I'm 64 y/o, and been eating D J's since I was 16. The staff is friendly as heck. The BBQ is great and a huge amount of big ol fluffy crinkle cut fries.why you there try their mustard barbecue it's phenomenal

OMG!! The ribs are great! The baked beans are without a doubt the best I've ever had. We ordered it to go, so I can't say about the dining in experience, but I can't say enough about the food. Simply fantastic. Way to go guys.

I grew up in Waycross and my family always ate at DKs. I moved away and am in KY now, I’ve brought my kids there on trips South and they are big fans too! I order sauce a few times a year and they are so nice and send it to me here in KY. It is sooo good, if you find yourself traveling through Waycross, Ga, you should treat yourself and go-it’s seriously good!!

Just found our best barbeque place to go eat. Had the ribs which was fantastic. The baked beans and Cole slaw was good as well. The staff is friendly and courteous. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu. If you want great food this is the place to visit. You will not be disappointed.

We have been coming here 33 plus years and I don't think I've ever had a bad sandwich, french fry, or anything else here. It's a family tradition and I've always been treated well, their pies are out of this world my children loved it just as much as me so maybe it'll continue be a family tradition. It's a landmark to me in Ware County and I'm so glad it's still open for me to share with my family and children.

Old time tradition that has been around for years! First time though for me and I had a Hot and a regular flat BBQ sandwich and they were really good! Next time I plan on trying the fried Bologna and cheese sandwich. Highly recommend! Enjoy the experience!

Super casual, bare bones place where you can get one of the best bbq sandwiches I've ever had and that's coming from someone that's been hitting up bbq festivals around Georgia all month long! The jumbo pulled pork sandwich (we ordered extra mild sauce) was so flavorful. What's unique about this place is that the sandwiches are pressed; so you get a loaded bbq sandwich with sauce that's compressed, every single bite of that sandwich was overflowing with sauce and pork. HEAVEN.

My fist time their the food was very tasty and the young lady was very friendly.
