This place is such a cute little food truck. The food was delicious and homemade, like I was at a family members house visiting, and they prepared all this yummy food. As a filipina and growing up with filipino food. I can say it's as authentic and not commercialized cooking. The people were so nice and made you feel like family serving you. Will definitely come back again.

i missed filipino foods. Very much satisfied, all the food really tastes good. We’re a bit far, we live in New Caney and working in Conroe, but we really make our way here, just for the food.

First time here.Owners seem nice and friendly. Only tried Empanadas and lumpia, they were good. Empanadas are small, but for me that was good.(I Need smaller portions anyway,🤷🏾‍♀️). Overall, family and friends enjoyed it.

The nicest people, a warm welcoming environment and aaaammmmazing food! It was our first time here but I have seen their posts and wanted to try it. We tried a little bit of everything. We had Pansit, empanadas, pork and chicken skewers, Lumpia and fresh squeezed lemonade. It was all wonderful! There is nothing I would not order next time. This will be a regular place for us from now on! So so good!

When they don't have the food you specifically came for, what is the point in a return visit, that's twice for me and I an done with them! The most aggravating part! I waited 10 minutes in line to find out they are out of my preference...couldn't they have covered up the items with blank paper stating it is not available!

I'm a long time supporter of this food truck all the way back when they were at the old location with the little truck. First Filipino food I found after moving from LA . Everything has always been good but I ordered the chicken and pork adobo which the meats were delicious but I did not get any adobo sauce to use on my rice.it was a tray full of oil and I was very disappointed. I think I just got a bad plate because I know this place make better food than this. I am going to give them another try and check before I leave.

Food was good and service was top notch. Made to order so please be patient. Lumpia and ukoy were delicious. We will be back

Food is always excellent. My daughter-in-law is Filipino and I love treating her, my son and the grandchildren to authentic Filipino meals.

Loved the food so delicious!It was mine and my husband first time going and definitely did not disappoint. We loved the atmosphere the Bible verses that were all around Christian music playing. Thank you for being you and spreading the love of GOD!

This is a response to one of the reviews here in regards to overtly Christian decorations and bible verses all over the food truck and their social media. I’m glad this establishment is proud to show their love for God. Society now these days need to understand and know that God is not creepy like this lady said. Dad’s Best Filipino Cuisine is bless for a reason. Keep at it. Kung ayaw nyo Wag Nyo!

Very nice and authentic. Don’t expect anything fancy since it’s a glorified food truck stop, but the tables are well put together and under a tent. We went there when the weather was nice so it might feel different in the summer

Food is wonderful and so is the service. My issue is with the overt indoctrination of Christianity from this establishment. Super creepy. It’s all over the food truck and on their social media. This is a turn off to me and many others I know.

The best Filipino cuisine food truck I have ever dined at (both in the states and in the Philippines :) The portions are huge, the chefs are Filipino couple, so the food is authentic, tastes like home, they have Toron, Lumpia, Adobo, Shopao, BBQ... you name it, and the atmosphere was so cute. They have encouraging Christian decor, texts, and also lots of games. Great brunch spot! Even has great neighboring options.

The most AUTHENTIC, and BEST Filipino food in the area. Take it from a Filipina herself. Recently moving to Texas, I thought I would miss all of my childhood favorites. Then I discovered this amazing food truck area. They say Filipino hospitality is the best, and that also goes for here. There is a variety of board games, condiments to go with your food, and the overall atmosphere and comfortability of the outdoor seating is lovely. I recommend the Lechon Combo. Salamat, Dad’s Best!

Ordered party platter and add ons (pancit, lumpia, empanadas, ukoy and bbq) for NYE dinner. Portions were generous and food was fresh and delicious! Thank you!

This was my first time trying Filipino food. I got dad’s combo 2 and it tasted great. I don’t eat a lot of noodles but the pansit was so good and the lumpia was great.

Great food and friendly service. They announce hours and menu specials on their social media. They really made an effort to make the food truck park location feel like home, with covered picnic tables with games, music, free water, and positive decor. The owners are local and very friendly - if you have any questions about the food they are more than happy to tell you about it! Can't wait to go back and try more!

I've picked up talong, ginisang, pansit, and more several times now, and it's fantastic. Just remember people, it's a family run business, things can come up that need to be done. You can't Star rate a place objectively until you've tried it out.

Our Sundays are complete with Dad’s best for lunch! We check the times actively to make sure they are open before we make the trip out. The service and food are worth the wait and makeup for the days they may be closed. Small family businesses (who do a lot of our community and areas in different countries) require more effort and unpredictable days of closure.

Ordered some really yummy empanadas from them. I wish I had tried their other stuff but will definitely be going back. They are so nice and hospitable and cook the food fresh on site. Even if its hot, their new location was very convenient in the shade and kept cool with fans and available refreshments.

The food was absolutely delicious, they exceeded my expectations. I had the grilled pork belly with white rice. The meat was so tender, juicy and flavorful.

Since moving here from CA many years ago one of the things I have missed is great filipino food. I usually wait until I'm back in Ca to indulge but today I caught them open and let me tell you, it hit the spot. Great service, too.

Wow! What a great experience! I've been waiting what seems like forever to see when they are open. Right now it's just the weekends and when they announce on their Facebook page. I saw them by chance on this Thursday getting set up to open around 4:30. I ordered the chicken and the beef empanadas and the lumpia. It didn't take long to cook. They were super hot so I couldn't eat them right away. When I got down the road and finally tried them, I was surprised that the outer bread of the empanadas was sweat and nice texture which really complimented the savory filling. The lumpia was new to us but is very similar to a Chinese spring roll. They were so crispy and delicious! While waiting for our snack, the other food being prepared smelled amazing! Can't wait to come again and try something new!

Hands down one of THE BEST food around, anything on the menu is absolutely worth trying and the customer service is always warm and welcoming. These people exude kindness and excellence in everything they do and their food is just delicious, which keeps me coming back again and again.

Food is delicious and cooked fresh when you order. We usually get the combo #1 or #2 which gives you pancit, lumpia and BBQ skewer. And we always get extra lumpia. Food portions are large and we always have leftovers. Owners are always friendly and care about their customers.

This place is a must for your Filipino food cravings! On top of their delicious food, they are educators. They also give back to the Philippines to grow people’s love for Jesus! ❤️ remember that they give free water bottles when you are waiting.

I went there to try their #1meal. It was very good. I really liked all the different vegetables they had in it. The taste of the food was awesome. The servings was so much that I couldn't eat it all in one sitting.

Pansit and lumpia are amazingly good. Be prepared for a bit of a wait since everything is cooked fresh. The food truck itself is super cute and you can tell the owners take great pride in their business in addition to their food.

It was good. I had to wait an hour for 2 dozen lumpia. Its just a small mom and pop trailer and they certainly need more help to keep up with there demand because the food is delicious. However the trailer is so small i dont think any extra hands would help. If you dont mind waiting then this place will be great for you. Keep in mind its a food trailer. Only outdoor pic nic table seating.

Is it possible to improve on a five star product? These guys have. BBQ cuts a little thicker. Everything is amazing. Sells out quickly and they are busy! Get you some!

Delicious authentic filipino food

My family loves this place! Small mom and pop place with delicious food! We were at at Asian food festival this week and the Filipino food could not begin to measure up. Go early! It's so good they run out fast!

Fantastic food and the nicest people! Love the pansit and chicken BBQ skewers, but my absolute favorite is the lumpia. Cannot recommend Dad’s Best Filipino Cuisine more. So worth waiting for the weekend to get such delicious food. Keep up the good work!

The Food was very good, The owners are pretty nice. It’s one of the things i looked forward too on the weekend. Seems like i’m back home ( Philippines ) when i eat their food. The bbq, lumpia, pancit, siopao are the best!! I always ordered big meal for my family to enjoy ♥️

So glad to have supported this Filipino food truck 💙 We had a combo: pansit, 2 long lumpias, and a bbq chicken skewer. We also had a side of rice and calamansi juice. Everything was so flavorful that we ended up purchasing a dozen of frozen lumpia! We will definitely come back!

I've had Dad's Best Filipino a few times and each time it has been amazing! The food is always fresh and so flavorful. I actually had some Filipino food from another food truck this weekend and it made me wish I was at Dad's Best instead. Much better bang for your buck by amount and taste! Love this local family-owned/run business!

Dad’s best is simply the best Filipino food around! Delicious and authentic! My father and I often plan a visit at least once a month to get our fix! The husband and wife who run it along with their son when he is home from college are some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

I have tried their food and it was amazing! They are amazing people and service was great.
