Extremely slow line in the drive through.

I’ve had way too many bad experiences in here now. I’ve had my orders messed up atleast 6 times in 2 months. I’ve been here about 10-15 times in that period. So odds of food being off is high. Today was my final straw. I ordered a medium ultimate cookie, get a small and this happens often. Be ready to get ripped off

Very quick and service was great...my puppies sure love their puppy cups of ice cream they get for free their....thanks guys keep up the good work

We ordered Reese's Blizards. I like the fact that I can get mine with chocolate ice cream. Always a lovely experience, friendly staff & my food is ready quickly and correctly.

The food was good and the people were friendly. My mom got a banana split and she said it was the best one she's ever had. We both had Fries and they were hot and fresh and delicious.

The $6 meal is 7 now and the blizzard upgrade is 2 . I had the $6 cheeseburger meal deal and added a $1 for the blizzard instead of the Sunday. My cheeseburger was great. The burger was grilled hot and juicy with fresh toppings, the fries were hot and crispy but the star of the show was the turtle blizzard chocolaty ice cream with tiny pieces of chocolate, carmel and salty pecans . I want another one. The $6 deal is now $7 and $2 for a blizzard.

I ordered the Chicken Strips Basket but I found the Tenders and onion rings to be dry and overcooked while the Texas toast was barely toasted. I rarely eat out so I was disappointed.

Restaurant is clean and food was cooked fresh. Definitely worth a pit stop if driving through town.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday in early July. It's no where near as good as Carvel store in Connecticut (Newington). The crunchies come in van. And/or choc. there... These crunchies were like a fudge. Not good The ice cream wasn't tasty either. I think they use ice milk, yuck.

Just a phenomenal place to eat. Catherine, Zykera, Kendra, and the rest of them do an outstanding job. When my wife wants to go somewhere really expensive, I say NO, we are going to Clifton Forge’s finest. She understands. Keep up the great service and quality food!

I travel all over for work and I stop in here almost every Friday and I haven't had a bad meal yet!! The fries are absolutely delicious and the hot dogs and cheeseburgers are great too!! The store is very clean and you couldn't ask for any better or friendlier service!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Went thru the drive thru to grab 2 blizzards! The ice cream is always the best and the people working did a great job on the blizzards.

The fish sandwich was outstanding, so I went back and bought more!

Ate there 2 days ago and it will be awhile before going back. The food is very expensive. And the hamburgers were cold. Was not happy at all. Ate there again a few days ago ordered to Hamburgers and fries the food was okay asked for honey mustard you have to pay for it now 29 cents per pack. And like everything else prices were high. Make use if you eat there you better have plenty of money with you.

I got off i-64 and visited this dairy Queen to get a blizzard. I was in the mood for chocolate so I decided to try the Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard® Treat. It was the first time I had tried it. I usually get a Reese's or a banana split blizzard. I have to say that this is now my favorite Dairy Queen Blizzard. I was in a pure sweet chocolate heaven when I got back on I-64. The person working there appear to be working by themselves. She was very efficient and friendly at the window. This is about 1 mile off the interstate and has an unusual drive-through entrance, but I recommended to anyone who is in the mood or some ice cream or a sandwich when they are in this area.

I was under the impression a spicy chicken sandwich was a patty, not individual chicken strips with flamethrower sauce. Do better!

We enjoy taking our Grandson there for a meal and ice-cream. Quite and peaceful place.

5 of us went in at 7:45 pm for ice cream only. they already had the section blocked off for large parties so we had to sit at multiple tables. the cashier was asked why and we were told that section had already been cleaned for the last time that night. Other customers came in as we were ordering and had to do the same and then there was no room to sit down so another customer went over and sat down at the "cleaned section". When they left one of the employees came around and slammed the chairs into the table. I had two of my younger grandchildren with me that night and I'm not happy with the way this employee was acting. Why would you close off a section 2 hours before you close? If your going to do so then at least be curtious if you have to reopen it because a lot of customers come in at one time and there's no place to sit but there. This is the second time this has happened here and when we asked at the previous visit if we could sit there anyway we were told I guess so even though it's already been cleaned. The person that owns this DQ in Clifton Forge, VA needs to have some customer service training with their employees or if you have cameras in the facility look in the vacinity of 7:45 pm on 10/8/22. you will see how your employees act in front of PAYING customers.

Road trip tradition- any time we are more than 100 miles from home DQ for a Blizzard!!!

Slow getting order taken..1 person placed an ordered..then were had to wait over 5mins to to be waited on. Fries were not fresh..gravy warm but lumpy. No tea out for customers.. They have not returned to normal business..no condiments or napkins on tables. Only fast food place we've been to that is like this.. Paid $27 for 2 regular combo meals..insane! Never again!

Very good food and very sweet and polite people and I would recommend this place to any one with or without kids but your kids are going to love the ice cream there it's awesome I love it thank you for your kindness

Stopped in for a hot fudge sundae and it was good. Service was good, friendly staff, clean dining area, quick service. Remember, if you're getting a hot fudge sundae always go large.

Sometimes the food is not as fresh as it should be !!

Drive thru was very slow & was there during an off hour....prices were high but if u have coupons they aren't too awfully bad

Great food and friendly service. Serving sizes are small considering the cost but that's not the employees fault.

The workers were nice & the food was cooked to order. Burgers were juicy & flavorful. They were full & big, not squished down like other fast food places. The plain hot dog tasted great, good quality. The tables were all kind of dirty though.

Great place to get a sweet treat. Friendly staff and good food. Try a Dilly bar.

We were there for ice cream and it is always good clean and quick.

Drive-thru was backed up but moved fairly quickly. Could have been faster if the cashier would have LISTENED so I wouldn't have had to repeat my order 3 times!!

Came back to the area and was very pleased to find that the DQ here was open and when we got the food it was nice and hot. The dipped cone I received seemed to have been double dipped or perhaps single dipped but done very well as to have kept most of the dip on it. The wife's blizzard was great flipped upside-down and mixed to perfection. The staff were friendly and so I have to recommend this place to anyone around this small town.

The food is delicious! They have fast service and always smiling faces when I go and I go often! The chicken strip basket is the best and the shrimp basket is great too! And they have CHEESE CURDS! You HAVE to try them!

This was a small quaint DQ with a drive thru. My dad and I both ordered and enjoyed the Combo #1 Bacon Cheese Grillburger. It was excellent, and service was great too.

Their meals are delicious but it happened with me My car is was leaking suddenly which make it high heat on the restaurant parking’ It was a black girl and I don't knowIf she’s new or not And asked her if I can refill my bottle water! She answered and was disgusted to go to the bathroom! My bottle it was very clean and new The bottle was very big on the bathroom washbasin In finally she said I can’t with more disgusting ! I went to hardees and they refill it with big smile . Thanks DQ

We had a wonderful breakfast at the dairy Queen this morning we enjoyed it I'll give it I had my favorite bacon egg and cheese combo everyone else has their favorite stew no complaints
