Worst food ever. Did anyone ever teach you to not microwave bread especially with the burger in and ketchup that was scalding hot. Pretzels were even microwave. Are you not intelligent enough to know microwaves turn bread products in to rubber. Needless to say I will never eat there again. Garbage

Hamburgers and cheese curds are great!

We had to repeat our order 3 times, we wanted 2 4 piece chicken strip baskets with honey barbecue. The lady asked “honey mustard” and we said NO honey bbq and they gave both of us honey mustard and we only got like 10 fries each. If you don’t wanna do your job right then you shouldn’t be allowed to have one.

I got a buffalo sauce that expired in February thank the gods I always check expiration dates.

Absolutely terrible waited in drive through 15 mins for a peanut buster parfait finally just left never got it

I came to get dinner for my dad and I. When I ordered, the worker asked to repeat almost everything I said, and kept incorrectly guessing what I ordered. There were three cars in front of me, which I assumed wouldn’t take too long. It took 30 minutes from the time I finished ordering to get to the window, long enough for my dad to call and ask if I was okay. The kid working the window was a bit rude, and didn’t say anything when he handed me my food. The blizzards were messy and dripped all over the car, and the food was cold. I also asked for my burger to be only ketchup, and the worker either didn’t hear me or forgot. At least the ice cream was good :/ If you have to respond to almost every review with the same copy and paste apology, that might be a sign you’re doing something wrong.

Dirty soda machine tastes like dirty water. Never fill door dash orders. Shut down hot food at 730. When you say something it is your fault.

The blizzard I got was good, on par with any other DQ I've been too. Drive thru service was a bit slow.

Hours says they close at 9. Everything was dark at 8:27pm called and was told they were closed. Seems every night their closing time changes. Even though we didn’t want to McDonald’s got our business.

Horrible customer service, always out of everything, filthy restaurant, often understaffed. Live nearby but will never give them our business after multiple disappointing experiences.

This place has gone down hill very fast. Go to another DQ that is clean and has faster service. The whole store and owners need rebuilt. Poor service, training, quality of the store as a whole. This place took about 30 minutes for 3 blizzards. 3 BLIZZARDS.and they were melted and not made correctly

Every. Single. Time. I come here they’re “out” of chocolate ice cream. Literally: summer—Dairy Queen… this isn’t hard. Then you have to repeat your order 50 times when you try to order.. get it together! AND, to top it off, it wasn’t even fudge in the turtle sundae..it was the chocolate coating that they use on dipped cones. Couldn’t even get the spoon through it because it was frozen. In the trash it went. Will not be back.

This Dairy Queen has been out of chocolate ice cream for 2 months. I mean come on!! When you think of Dairy Queen you think about ice cream not their food. Not to mention it always takes at least 15 minutes, even if we’re the only customer, to get 2 blizzards.

The only fast food place in town to get a real burger. And frankly, the best tasting, even compared to the other sit down restaurants in the area. Personal favorite. Highly recommend their A1 burgers.

Had to wait 30 minutes almost just to order and then another 20 just to get my food. Will never go back there.

Sitting here right now, ordered 2 double pattie deluxe burgers and 2 LG cheese curds to go and the cook commented to my order with a 'oh my god wow' right infront of me....won't be coming back with judgmental comments like that. That really made me feel awful when I heard that from her about my order for my son and me. I'd give my review -5 stars if I could to be honest. Cashier was awesome though FYI.

Got great food, if you can get it. No service whatsoever. Drive thru rarely offers lunch after 11a.m. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The drive-through speaker is difficult to use, they can't hear your order well. It has exposed wires. The service is usually pretty slow.

Service was good but the food not so much. I ordered a chili cheese dog and a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and the hot dog dog looked rotten and the chili was clearly old and VERY dry. Oh and where's the extra cookie dough in my blizzard? Nowhere to be found. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Went there, ordered a blizzard, malt, and 2 large cheese curds. The malt was completely melted, and when she turned the blizzard upside down, it almost fell out, but she saved it just in time, the cheese curds are good, though, what doesn't taste good after being deep fried.

Absolutely horrible DQ. I have been to this location 3x. WILL NOT GO BACK. Had to repeat my order 4 times. After i paid, i sat in the drive through 27 minutes waiting on my order. Then i had to ask for my French fries. They were cold and soggy. My burger wasn't right, missing gravy for the chicken strip basket. The only thing they got right was the coke.

I visit this DQ 5 or 6 times a year and most visits I would give them 2 stars. However, I have been here twice in the last two weeks and things seem to be better. Service was great and the blizzards were spot on. The servers name was Taryn and she was great! Keep it up!

I was just in their location today and it was a joke. One boy working ran outside to mess around with friends then those kids came in and he went to the back and gave them free ice cream. I ordered a misty freeze. Paid for it and when I said there was no slushy in it. He said it tastes the same. That would have been nice to know before I paid.

This location is horrible, enough so that corporate should intervene and shut it down. The management is so terrible that they can't keep on enough employees to stay open for reasonable lengths of time on the days they're even open, the interior is hardly ever open because they don't have the manpower to clean and serve it as well as the drive-through, the few employees they can get are primarily 14-year-olds who care so little about the job that they often screw up orders, including putting allergens in food that could kill someone. The local high schoolers warn each other not to work here, and rightfully so. It amazes me that this place is still running at all.

Honestly if want food or ice cream dairy queen is not for you if you visit Blair. I have been there multiple times throughout this last couple weeks and every time I come in I either have something wrong with my order or I will have to go inside to fix the order and many times I am not even offered the receipt of the messed up order. The only people working there are undertrained teenager with no one with experience or knowledge of how to do the job properly.

I don't know who's bright idea it is to leave a bunch of kids running the place but wow. Pulled up to order at 715pm, they told me to come to the window cause it was raining and they couldn't hear me. I FINALLY get to the window to order at 756pm and the kid tells me a total... I never ordered, I told him that, he started laughing and told another kid to take it. He came to the window asked what my order was and I tell him a number 9 and he tells me the grill is closed for the night. He said it closed at 730, so cause I had to sit in line for SOOOOOOO long, we had to miss out on why we were there to begin with. Everytime I have gone to this location it's always a half an hour to 45 minute wait for anything! How yall are still open is beyond me. It's not like blair has many places to choose from when it comes to drive through food so when you do choose to go there you expect service, not some overgrown daycare.

Hit the drive thru for a peanut buster parfait. Asked for marshmallow to be added to each layer. Charged me regular price so I'm not too disappointed but there was maybe 1 Tbls of topping on the top. And it was missing the bottom layer of fudge and peanuts. No biggy, just train your people how to make your treats please. Especially at 6 bucks. Usually always great service. Thanks

This place is a joke after ordering my food and getting the wrong thing and being charges 20$ for not my order it took 20 minutes for the manager to show her face. This place sucks...bottom line!..i would not eat here ever again!

Went here for a sweet treat and left disappointed. Husband and I ordered blizzards and when we finally got to the window they did the blizzard test with the first blizzard and half of the blizzard poured out. For the second blizzard they didn’t even bother to do the blizzard test. It was completely melted. We had to wait until we got home and put it in our deep freeze to firm up the blizzards. We didn’t want to wait even longer for them to redo the blizzards. This isn’t the first time we were served soupy blizzards. We won’t be returning unfortunately. We will be supporting Cherry Hill in fort Calhoun from now on. They always serve high quality ice cream.

The Only reason I gave this review one star is I can't post a review without doing so. This DQ does not even deserve one star. We were there in the middle of the afternoon about one month ago. Not busy when we arrived, maybe one other table with customers. First of all the service at the counter was horrible. Even though we were given a number to take to our table, no one ever delivered our order Or called out our order so it sat up at the counter melting. We had to go up and ask if it was ours. The place was FILTHY! The floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and that is Not an exaggeration! All tables were disgusting and we had to go get napkins and wet them with water to clean off a table so we felt half-ways comfortable sitting at one. It was an awful experience and I will never go back. This was Not our first bad experience there and felt it needed to be mentioned this time.

Last time was at Blair and got the Caramel drumstick blizzard!

For the love of anything holy or otherwise underwordly stay as far away from this location as possible.

They need to get the speaker fixed we practically had to yell at them and then the train came and made it even worse and we had to get pulled over for 1 burger

Very tasty and quick and speedy service or as speedy as possible when it's busy. Many teens are on staff and they provide great service.

How has the health department not done anything about this place. Just so surprised. Always out of stuff which means you don’t get what you order. I’ve cream is always melted within a few minutes of driving off. Inside is so dirty always and a bunch of teeny boppers work there and no adult to supervise. Blair needs to open another ice cream place. Someone help this town out and make us all happy! No need to respond with your auto response since it’s not an actual real person response.

I never leave reviews- used to work in the food industry for years and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But after giving this DQ chance after chance as it’s the only one within 40 minutes from my house… I give up. This time I ordered a small cookie dough blizzard (I get the same every time). I usually only get 2-5 pieces of cookie dough, rest is liquid , milkshake. But obviously, I’m ordering it for the cookie dough. If I wanted vanilla soft serve- I’d order that. So, this time around I got the same thing, but decided to outwardly say I wanted to order it with extra cookie dough, pretty sure I got charged for the extra cookie dough but never got my receipt; just know it was more than normal. Same thing, milkshake. But this time I had about 4 pieces of cookie dough, a piece of Oreo, and something that tasted like peanut butter candy? Wouldn’t care too much because I don’t expect much - but I specifically asked for extra cookie dough, not a mix of every topping but what I paid extra for lol. It’s honestly comical at this point. I’ll just save my money and go to get ice cream out of town from now on.

Honestly, don’t expect much and don’t expect any hospitality from the 14 year olds working there and the 16 year old babysitting them. You work in the service industry, try to tuck in your privilege.

I ordered a blizzard on Sunday and the window person skipped the DQ blizzard test. I did the DQ blizzard test and it poured out of the cup. I watched them remake it and they added milk to it. Blizzards don't have milk added... that's a shake. Also, they mixed up the orders at the window and I ended up over paying. To solve this the Tiller person provided change instead of putting it back on my card which is against their bank terms. They need a manager to train that team on DQ policy.

We went through drive though for 3 large blizards. 1 cotton candy and 2 chocolate chip cookie dough. The cotton candy was maybe 3/4 full and the bottom 2 inches were still vanilla. The first cookie dough was full and fine but the second was also 3/4 full. After the last one the shut the window and didn’t give a chance to say much.

Over 15 minutes from ordering to completion with no one in line in front of us. My chicken strips were not smothered as ordered, but otherwise our food was fine.

Ordered a burger and it was delicious.

We were driving through Blair stopped for a treat. We used the drive through. Icecream was good, chocolate and carmel sundie. Service was unbelievably SLOW! Server was polite cheerful, but SLOW.

When we picked up an ordered ice cream cake the writing was missing letters, so we had to go back thru the line to get it corrected.

Considering it was a 23 minute wait the order was prepared as ordered

It has a very small town feel, with locals chatting and hanging out. It's just your average small Dairy Queen.

The best chocolate malts my wife and I have had in a long time. Due to covid they were only doing drive thru and carry out. Nice friendly service. Yum!!!

went through blair DQ drive-thru ordered a large cone for almost $3 drove to pick it up, paid person at window received my change and was presented with a small cone..... I stated this isn't a large and they slammed the window in my face. RUDENESS overload. Will never be back as I've had issues before but believe it has to be management issue

The food is ok but service is kind of poor. Went in to get some soft serve ice cream and they we out of ice cream! Asked to get a blizzard and the waiter didn't know how to make one and someone else behind the counter said to put a little of this and a little of that in but not not too much of anything.

The evening we went to DQ was on a hot summer night. DQ Blair was out of chocolate ice cream. It is high demand on a hot summer night and disappointing when you go for ice cream and they only have vanilla. We did use the drive through. The website says closes at 8pm but we called and it was open until 10pm but the person answering said to come prepared to wait as they were short staff. We did have the orange dipped vanilla cone. It was alright. I do have to say DQ is still the best ice cream in Blair. They also accept coupons.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would. On the evening of Monday July 8th my husband and I picked up my grandma on her 75th birthday and asked her where she'd like to go. Her first choice was Dairy Queen! We walked in and were the only people in the store. While we were ordering and my grandma was trying to get to her cash I looked at the cashier with my card in my hand and said "It's her birthday she won't be paying." So he took my card for payment. While we were waiting for our food a young lady who I took to be the shift lead that night came to our table and said "I heard we have a birthday over here! Can I offer you a sample size Blizzard of your choice?" My grandma is a huge fan of the cupcake size ice cream cakes so she declined the small Blizzard offer and asked if she'd be able to buy 3 of the those instead. At this point our food was coming to the table fresh and looking delicious and the young lady excitedly asked if we have any frosting color preferences, but we aren't picky when it comes to ice cream! The store was getting pretty busy by the time we were eating, but the young lady made sure to come to our table and ask how our meals were tasting to which we replied "Great!" She got back to work helping her coworkers make it through the rush. When we were ready to go we made our way to the register and she brought out 3 adorable cupcake size ice cream cakes decorated as cute flowers! We brought them back to my grandma's house to enjoy while we chatted for a few hours. When my husband and I left her house we passed by the Dairy Queen and saw the young lady hard at work closing down the store and mopping. Now I'm sure this is much longer than anyone cared to read, but I just wanted to say how appreciative I am that your employees showed so much care, teamwork, and hard work that evening. I never thought I could have such a welcoming experience in a fast food restaurant, but I am so happy that's where my grandma chose for dinner on her 75th birthday. It warms my heart that the young lady went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I truly apologize I didn't catch her name. I hope with the details from this review you're able to praise her as well as the rest of the staff that evening for their amazing work ethic and attention to the small things. Thank you all so much for making my grandma's birthday dinner so wonderful!!!

Dairy Queen is always good for a mint dilly bar. Convenient location across from the Casey's station. Try one of their seasonal flavors, pretty tasty!

Small town America, so pick ups and families at this Dairy Queen. But friendly staff and I really love the mint dilly bars. There is a Burger King and McDonalds at this same intersection, but I would much rather come here. I'm not the only one, either. This place always stays busy, but the competitors are like ghosttowns.

Slow service and over priced for what you get.

The restaurant is filthy and the staff is arguing constantly with each other. There is food and trash on the kitchen floor and the bathrooms are equally disgusting. The ice cream was soupy soft like the equipment not running properly. We’ll be lucky if we don’t get sick. We’re big fans of DQ but skip this one.

DQ is an average ice cream store/restraunt. Service was ok but they need to spend less time on there phones or playing grab ass and more time assisting customers.

Employees complaining about being ask to help out with customers waiting to order. Then forgot part of our order when food was delivered to table when ask about it she rolled her eyes (same employee that was complaining about being ask to help... She said I came in an hour early I need a break) we then had to go back up to get our sundaes we had ordered. We've been here before has always been fast, hot good food order has always been correct. Ms. Rolling eyes needs to find a new job.

Tonight went through the window, although is was very slow. If someone orders an item at the drive through that will take some time, they should be instructed to move to a parking space and have the food brought out to them. When orders are made fresh, or specific, it is annoying for others to wait so long if they are in a rush.

A vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate? Ever had that craving? This satisfies that craving every single time. Oh, yeah, now they serve Orange Julius too. What a way to go.
