The Washington DQ is the absolute best... Always clean, fresh made food!!🙂

This happened on the evening of 7/31/23. I don't normally leave reviews but today I am. I will start by saying my order was correct and hot but i think there is lack of training. NIC (receipt said this name) in drive thru, it takes zero effort to be nice to your customers who are nice to you. Period! I paid $40 for my family to have dinner not for your snotty comments or your eye rolls buddy. You wouldn't have a job if the customer wasn't there for you to serve. Jerk face!

I asked for extra hot fudge they charged me.79 cents and barely put anything on it

Thank you Washington DQ for my beautiful cake. My husband loves ice cream cake so I wanted to surprise him for our first anniversary. They did an amazing job with the decoration. Very polite and easy to work with.

Food is still amazing. Drive thru took about forever, but it was super busy and the staff was still very friendly, despite the pressure they must have been under

I would drive miles to order a Blizzard.

Horrible rude employees. Ordered using the app. Get to restaurant and the lobby is closed. Drive thru line was completely wrapped around the building. Tried calling three times. Someone finely answers and tell me I can cancel my order, yet I cannot because it says the order is ready. Horrible service with rude employees.

Food was excellent... Unfortunately the service could be improved on. The drive thru was only open due to the lack of help. The atmosphere would be next to none..

I won't be back to the Washington dairy queen. Multiple times now either dine in is closed, opens late, or closes early. Due to "short staff" either get enough people to run your business properly or shut it down. It's very frustrating and poor customer service. The workers can be very rude about it also.

I visit the Washington location frequently and honestly have to say this is my favorite location by far. I wish I could remember the gentlemen name working the counter and the lobby as his dedication to his job truly shows. This gentlemen time and time again has absolutely made every visit beyond enjoyable. Always polite, professional, and prompt. The food is always piping hot and delicious. Restaurant is always clean. Cant say enough.

Lobby not open, had to call to go in for an ice cream cake. They did let me in.

I've been here at least 100 times, and that's no joke. There's a reason for that as they are the best fast food place in all of Washington! Always fresh, fast, and friendly. Very rarely do I ever run into any issues, and if I so happen to its something small, and they always make it right. The rewards program is awesome and easy to use as well!

Shame on me for suggesting that our blizzards shouldn't be runny. "Ma'am, I'm just gonna let you know that I'll remake this, but it's gonna be runny because of the ingredients. And you didn't see chocolate chips because it's blended." Same thing I order every single time. Every single Dairy Queen. Not cool to try to make me feel wrong for expecting you to do right. Also, the item you told me was mine was not. It had nuts in it and belonged to another person in my party. Good thing I'm not allergic I suppose.

Short staffed and has an attitude with doordash drivers. Edit: Had to pick up order in busy drive through due to lobby being closed/understaffed. Employee on speaker accused me of not being with doordash because the customer had their name hidden from the order. Then they ignored my explanation as to why and asked me for the exact price of the order to prove my employment with doordash even though that information isnt given to drivers, they did that after I had already told the employee the exact description of the order. She then told me, "Every driver that comes through has all of this information why dont you?" 1. You can hide your name from the order, about 1 in 10 orders do this and, 2. Drivers cant see the total paid, only the items, 3. Implying that Im not with doordash because you dont know how to talk to people or listen and/or look at my phone to see the app when I get to the window to confirm that I am in fact picking up an order to get paid $5 in a busy drive thru at an understaffed store while dealing with an irate employee who very clearly is only holding down the job because there isnt anyone else to replace them. My solution ~Unassigned Delivery~ and immediately make 15$ somewhere else without any of the added stress. If your lobby is closed and you're understaffed and your crew decides to treat Doordash orders like they arent a priority then maybe the management team should TURN OFF DOORDASH orders for the day instead of wasting peoples time.

Good onion rings and chocolate shakes.

The gentleman helping us tonight was so sweet & quickly got our missing food to us...however, the brunette helping at the registr (I think her name is Abby) was extremely rude & full of unnecessary comments, slamming straws on the counter instead of putting them into my reaching hand. We come after every sporting event or band event, we loved Josie & miss her this season! As for Abby, she needs an attitude adjustment when working with the public.

Was up there for a week from Texas and had a huge van. I could not go through the drive thru and it's what my girlfriend and I wanted for lunch so I called and was surprised someone answered the phone so fast, was an older lady working the front counter and she came and unlocked the door for me( inside was locked up and closed because an employee called out so they didn't have enough employees) but she came and unlocked it anyways and helped me out and I was out of there fast. Best experience I've ever had at a DQ.

I’m visiting from Florida.. DQ’s in Florida are a joke… one reason I’ve avoided this one but then kept seeing the great reviews so decided to try this one and I am glad I did! It is very good.. food service… cleanliness.. great management and employees! I’ll be back more often..

It's a good Dairy Queen. My favorite is the flamethrower burger.

The employees make the restaurant! They are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I so much appreciate all of them. They honestly care about the quality of your food and that is by no means the norm and we who partake in fast food know this.

Old hand dryer in girls restroom, otherwise decent experience.

Stopped in for their banana splits, they where the best we've ever gotten! Fresh, nicely made and great size for a reasonable price too. The cashier there was nice hade a smile and was very friendly nice to see work's that are like her thank you. Will be seeing you soon.

I had a great experience, honestly the best fast food experience I've had in a long time. The cashier who took my order was kind and patient with me while I figured out what I needed to order. I never asked her name, but my receipt says Tracy! The store was very clean and Tracy was quick to tidy up when customers left the dining room to keep it that way. I'll definitely be coming back a lot!

My Carmel shake was a little thin but tasted good

The kid at the cashier was amazing however the manager kept yelling at him in front of everyone because they were backed up. Very unprofessional! I felt bad for the kid working hard still with a smile while she is yelling.

Staff was great except the older manager or acted like she was she constantly yelled and was mean to employees especially kid at register it isn't his fault for companies ice cream getting soft... accused that kid of everything....she is definitely a POS

Just left so frustrated, ran to Dairy Queen for others and had two orders. A small blizzard for one, and the other two medium blizzard with a coupon. When ordering I informed the person taking the order that I had a coupon for the two mediums, and he said we'll take care of it at the window. When I got to the window I told the girl exactly what I told the boy through the speaker, she acknowledged understanding, took the coupon scanned it, she give me the total and I knew I was screwed. The store combined the orders and applied the buy one get one for .99 to the small, leaving me to pay for the extra cost. When I asked her to correct it she said too late, I asked for a manager and she said " I am the Manager and this is how it is" and told me to leave. I asked if she could cancel and ring it up again to make it right and she said "No". I asked if they could remove the small as it should have not been with the two mediums and nothing but a searing look came back. I asked for a refund and they can have to blizzards and was told "No, we are not refunding". This store not busy because of great service but lack of choice in the area.

Asked for a blizzard got a milkshake instead

The hambergers were dry and no flavor. I've had them before and they were very good. I spend 21.00 dollars there today. Just a waste.

Staff are great and the food is good.

It was mediocre. The chicken strips aren't meaty. I do love the gravy and Texas toast. I don't eat dairy so I cannot comment about that.

Food and service always good here for me. Very nice ladies at the window who do a great job.

When we pulled up there were 4 vehicles ahead of us in line, 2 still ordering. We ordered a large shakes & 2 meals w/ cokes then expected a little bit of a wait. It was dinnertime & kinda busy...but nope! They were super quick! Got our order (which was correct, hot, & delicious) in just 3-4mins. Great job guys! We'll definitely be back.

Even though they are extremely busy, that line moves. I am very pleased with their service.

Really good customer service and good food. However, one of the crew members (middle aged dark haired woman with a limp) went through the lobby spot sweeping and singing like she was in concert. It was awful and annoying. This isn't the Dixie Stampede.

I have Celiac disease and the woman who waited on us was so careful to make sure there was no cross contamination!

Always really fresh, and for as long as the line gets they get it out very quick! I’m not sure what her name is but me and my boyfriend go almost every Sunday and she’s ALWAYS the sweetest to us. She’s part of the reason we come back :) No complaints, at all!

Love love love Dairy Queen. They have some of the best ice cream.. I always get the brownie and Oreo Cupfection which is practically to die for. My own complaint is they're a little bit pricier than most fast food locationsm

This place is ALWAYS busy. But that's not a bad thing! It's busy because the employees there rock and as far as fast food goes, this place is the go to in town.

Your workers and food is delightful, but your ranch makes me sad.
