Ordered Ice cream cake for my daughter. It was her 10th birthday. They put 12th birthday on it. The slip sheet that was filled out for the making of the cake said 10th. It was ordered on a Tuesday and picked up on a Saturday. I understand things happen. I didn’t notice it until we were heading home with the cake. I had to quickly try to figure out how to fix that. I called the manager but she didn’t seem to really care. I got no sorry or anything. Double check the notes before printing out whatever is supposed to be on the cake. Thank you.

This DQ is clearly superior to the DQ in my hometown of Albion. For one thing, we received our food {for 4 of us} before I was even done filling up my drink! This location is consistly great at everything and it's clean. All which our Albion is not.

Went there and ordered a shake and cheese curds. Waited and then they brought my order out and was given my cheese curds but no shake and was told that the ice cream machine was going down and that it would take a while to get it back up. They refunded my money but I really wanted my shake.

I wanted a small vanilla cone and some guy was messing with the machine and could'nt get it to work.So I told the girl who waited on me could I just get an ice cream bar and she asked the guy and he told her I had to wait a few minutes for the vanilla to work.I already waited 10 minutes for a 10 second job to fill a cone.He said they only had chocolate,but never offered it.He kept putting his ear up to the machine.There was now about 7 people behind me now watching what was going on.I was about to explode,so I told the girl forget it,and I left with no refund,or ice cream.I will never step foot in this place again.

I waited at the drive thru for 20+ mins to be told that they aren't doing ice cream.

I think we have the best Dairy Queen around!! The food is great and so is the service!!!

This place was busy full drive Thur full inside we went inside we was helped right away and surprisingly we got order promptly. Everyone worked together well.

In the past we have veen very disappointed at this dairy queen. The bun was hot and it was clear things had been microwaved. The fries were soggy instead of crispy and it just wasn't very quality. Although customer service was good it didn't make us want to go back. But the kids wanted to go today and we were pleasantly surprised and loved every bite of our food! The fries were fresh and crisp and not soggy. The hamburgers we had were clearly fresh and not microwaved. Everything was top tier! I would recommend them now and look forward to returning in the future. Whatever changes they've made to make these changes, keep it up!

dont use drive up unless you want something extra, dont think you should get sick 5 minutes after drinking a milkshake never go again

I ordered the combo with the chicken tenders, fries, and onion rings, but when I got my order out, it didn't have the onion rings. I didn't have time to go back, so I ate what they gave me. The food was pretty good for fast food, and the drive-thru was pretty quick, and they were polite, so hopefully, this was just a rare mistake.

Their patties changed!! The patties are soggy and seem boiled instead of grilled. Unfortunately, paying the same for obviously lower quality burger 🍔

What can you say it's DQ icecream, the restaurant is newly remodeled so it's looking good. I would have to say I really the new backyard burger.

I spend almost 25 dollars on 2 meals. The 4 piece basket: The fries were not done, i could tell they were taken out of the fryer before the timer was up. The chicken was old and hard, it was not burnt but you could tell they it had been sitting under a heater for awhile. Lastly, the gravy was brown and burnt. The burger meal: On the burger there was so much mustard on the burger it was horrid. The fires were just the same as the chicken basket undercooked. I have worked at a Dairy Queen and I know the cook times and the food protocols, and I suggest that you guys take a good look at this store and put it under new management and weed out the employees. Since obviously they do not care about customers nor your business. Best of luck.

Hours online are false. Both, dine in and drive through closed at 9:00.

Its alright 👍 only issue I've had lately is last night especially is never knowing if its opened or not! 845 last night drive thur had cone out couldn't order nothing! While 3 employees were outside smoking cigarettes! Welcome to Columbia city dairy queen

Stopped in for some quick snacks on a road trip. Blizzards, cheese curds and pretzels were all a hit. Nice clean bathrooms too.

Had three meals from drive thru recently, Got home and no meat on any of the three sandwiches.

Did drive through so can't take comment on atmosphere but so the rating didn't get affected. The man at the drive through was very patient and friendly, the food tasted hot and fresh, although the fries tasted like half was reheated in old oil over all the meal was pretty good for fast food

im from out of town .when we ordered our food I told them NO bun for my chili cheese dog.didnt happen. Then my friend told them to add salt when we get our food. NO SALT. Then for 3rd time going back to counter to counter we didn't get drinks. Your young workers are not making your store look very good . They don't give customer there FULL attention the first time.i am employed at a Very well know culvers its very strick about customer service service .

Always a great experience. The ice cream is always a pleasant treat. Update: Went today on a Beautiful Sunny 70° Day and there was no one in line. The ice cream was slightly melted after receiving it but still delicious. Just found it odd as we received the order immediately.

Ordered the daily special. Double cheese burger, onion rings and drink. Onion rings were hot and crispy. Cheese burger was good.

I have always gone to DQ but I won't again. Stopped in one day and got 2 double cheeseburgers for 5.35. Bun was hard and stale and cheese wasn't even melted. Got the same thing next day and they wanted over 8.00. Canceled my order. Won't go back. That's ripping the customer. And now no longer have tenderloins. Decided today to try Dairy Queen again. Should of learned my lesson. Ordered 4 piece chicken strip basket. Never asked if I wanted dipping sauce. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and only received one. It's not that hard to pay attention to orders. Training is badly needed. And never a thank you. Has courtesy gone away. Wont ever go back

Door signs say dining room open but they are not. Drive up line is rediculous. Who the hell wants to eat ice cream in a hot car? Open the f up!

This is my favorite DQ, even though I have to drive a little farther to get to it. They have specials Monday through Friday for combo meals and $1.99 treat specials. Wednesday is the Turtle Mudslide, my fave! Thursday is Peanut Buster Parfait, the next best. I don't know what it is, but somehow their ice cream just tastes better than the other DQs. It's nice to be able to use the app for points too. I do wish the reward options when redeeming points had more choices.

I went to this location today for lunch. I was very impressed by the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant. I would be proud to bring my family and friends their. Clean and attention to detail was very evident. I met a young man named Tyler who brought us our food at the table. A pure joy to speak to. Very present and humble in conversation. A gem this place is. Salute to the owners and staff.

Foods always properly cooked. Oil gets changed regularly. Front staff are friendly. The checkout counter, card reader and tables are always clean. They now have a vegan dilly bar which is delicious...but pricey!!!!

The new Stackburgers are awfull, did not like the bun, burgers were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. With the higher price burgers they should be better than the DQ brazier burgers but they are not. Are the brazier burgers still available to buy?

The dessert came quickly then the hamberger and the finally the coffee...somewhat backwards.

As of now I will give this location 3 ⭐️s. The food is good. When the lobby is open (never know when that will be as it changes daily) it is clean inside. Unfortunately they don't always have enough help so the drive thru can get busy creating long lines. If they had more help and Covid wasn't a thing...I'd rate it a little higher.

Columbia City has a gem who takes drive thru orders. Very sweet and knowledgeable.

Due to COVID-19, the economy, worker "shortage", etc., this place did not have the dining room open. The workers were still very friendly and helpful through this. Ordered to pick up inside but couldn't, then called the number on their signs and it was a wrong number. Went through drive through to get mobile order then and they were very accommodating.

This location is probably the most under-staffed restaurant in town, but they work their butts off to make up for it. They're always friendly, even though the stress levels are high. I appreciate you guys, keep up your hard work ❤

Everything look nice they were polite we even had them laughing because we were probably being silly or they left their speaker on and something got said that was funny only thing wrong was when I asked for a Sunday in a cup I didn't get that besides that everything was good

This DQ is the best. I was worried when the old owners retired it might go down hill. Boy was I wrong. I dont know the new owners personally but they seem to be doing a great job1! Highly recommend the chili dogs.

This is the place to go if you want a burger and ice cream. Its absolutely delicious and the ice cream options are plentiful. Also, their ice cream cakes are crazy good. I highly recommend.

This DQ is the best DQ I have ever been too and their service is consistent. Employees are polite (several are young teenagers), clean, food and icecream is well cooked. They have been keeping customers safe during the pandemic. They also move people fast through the long drive through lines.

One of my favorite blizzards is the tropical blizzard. Unfortunately, every single other Dairy queen I visit doesn't do that blizzard anymore. This one does. And the blizzards are always ice cold. Fantastic service and exactly what you expect out of a dairy queen experience

Ordered vanilla shake. Got to my car when noticed stuff floating in shake. Took it back, it was replaced and free card given for next visit. Suggest nozzles be cleaned before serving to customers.
