Guy who took my order was rude and not welcoming. Just don't think that the first person you see when entering a business should be a jerk.

The girls are so rude and take thirty minutes for a banana split and melted blizzards. When you get the banana split there is no toppings barely, just a banana and soft serve and the blizzards are melted. I love spending $50 on melted ice cream, not!

They do not serve expresso coffee

Would have ordered something, but lobby was closed at 6:30, wouldn’t let me order something to carry out. Was really looking forward to a blizzard.

I feel like the staff and customers were very nice. I would love if we were more like this, a small town everybody knows everybody and gets along vibe, the food industry would benefit if they hired more staff like these people. The food was good and the place was small but cozy and clean.

They Served Their Monthly Special Chocolate Cheesecake Blizzard and it Must Have Been Sitting Out for a While Before They Served it to Me Because it Was Liquid and Not Solid at All When They Handed it to Me.

Went to drive up window ordered a med blizzard waited for 15 minutes plus people came in behind me and ordered food and received it before I got my order when I went in and asked they wrapped a application around my order very bad service extremely bad management

The food is not too bad usually but the service is terrible and the dining room isnt too bad but the lobby is usually closed during the times that it would be the most convenient.

Food was good as usual and most of the employees are polite and helpful. That said, the young man working the register today was rude and snappy toward several customers. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. It was concerning to see him get an attitude with an older lady with a walker. The woman who brought me my ice cream was lovely and kind. I only took off one star because everyone is allowed to have an off day and all of the other employees were doing great. Just food for thought for thought

After finishing my banana milkshake, there was a bug in the bottom of my cup. Trashed it and walked out!

Unfortunately the service was slow and lackluster. The burgers were ok but fries and onion rings cold and the blizzards were runny and melted. Restaurant was dirty and bathrooms needed tending.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous. Ordered a bacon burger, cheese curds, and a shake. The shake came out pretty quick. After 15 minutes and three orders after mine coming out, I went up to inquire about the rest of my order. They were still waiting on bacon. Seriously it's the lunch rush and needing bacon came as a surprise to you? A couple minutes later the bacon was ready, but now they're waiting on cheese curds. Seriously it's the lunch rush and the need for cheese curds came as a surprise to you? If this place wasn't the only burger joint in town they would go out of business quickly.

Employes are rude half the time you don't get your full order went on Monday at1120 when they opened at 1100 they had no ice cream told me I'd have to wait till they made some don't you think they would check before the opened this place is a joke owner doesn't care what the employee does because she can't replace them .

We were the first order of the day and the employees were already confused, lol. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo or tomato (but with lettuce) and add cheese. It was correct, except the lettuce was also left off. The cashier read back my order correctly so this was on the kitchen. Then, a large fry was accidentally put on our tray and the employee picked it up after we had already started eating and put it on another customers tray. Even though I hadn’t touched the fries yet, the employee or customer doesn’t know that and don’t know what germs I may have had. This isn’t sanitary and the employees need to know this. We also got an extra fry we never ordered. Not bad for us, I guess! However, while the fries were good, the chicken patty was not. Just tasted strange..could be the company that makes them-who knows. My friend said his chili dog was rubbery. My sons chicken strips also looked a bit over cooked. Overall, a disappointing meal. Place was clean and the cashier was nice though.

People that work here in the heights, are the best. I usually have orders from 50 too 100 Blizzards. They work together and get them out fast

It's not to often I give a bad review, and this will definitely not be one. The service was amazing, staff was friendly. The only thing is I almost had to take my fries back, only because I'm not used to having hot freshly made fries and food. Great job to the staff. I will definitely be back. My job has me there every week.

There was no inside service. People were leaving, they did not want the drive through. We ate outside at the DQ after we got our food, but no bathrooms were available.

Understandably they were packed, inside and outside, due to it being tourist season. They ran out of ice in the lobby. My husband and I, and another couple were waiting forever for them to fix it. I asked to separate people if we could get ice from the back...I was ignored by both of them. I got fed up and asked the manager for some from the back. All 4 of us were given about 5 ice cubes a piece, which is fine as they had alot to spread out to many customers. What I can't tolerate is insolent customer service! I have been in customer service all my adult life, and that is not how you treat customers! I know it was busy and stressful, but you don't take it out on customers, ever. However, the food was delicious, as always.

We had stopped to grab supper between Billings, MT and Dickinson, ND. There was a pickup in front, a car in the drive through and 4 people walking up from a camper on the other side. People were inside with ice cream. We parked, walked up to the doors and they were locked. We watched an employee unlock the other door to let people out and re-lock the door. Summer hours on big sign 10-9. ???? Not sure what the deal was. It was a Friday. Both us, 4 people, and the camper people, also 4, had to walk away and go elsewhere. Drive through still seemed to be open.

Food is always hot and service is always friendly. I do wish they had later hours after winter.

While the company is for sale, the building looks clean, but portions shrank. Edited: I will be back, because I think you have good tasting food!

Had $6 meal. 1/3 double cheese combo, upgraded to onion rings for an additional. .69 cents. A coke and a cherry sunday,!! Was delicious!! Cherry sunday was superb!!

Good experience with good food and friendly staff

Stopped by to get a meal while on a long, hot trip through Montana. Good prices, and fairly good food. Served pretty quickly too. They did mess up my order (asked for a root beer float with very little ice cream, and it came loaded to the top with ice cream. No matter though, I just sat near the drink machine and kept it topped off with root beer), but I had good experience there and look forward to stopping in again.

I was traveling down the highway when I had to stop for the night. This was almost 2 years ago. I spent the night here and i went to this Dairy Queen. Being from Texas, they could not understand my accent at the drive thru. They had me pull to the window. They were real nice to me and gave me a reduced rate for the food. I never forgot this experience. The folks were real nice to me and the food was great. I bet that the winters are very cold there. A cold front came in that night and was the kind of cold that I dont see until November. It was only the middle of September.

My husband and I were on the road to Miles City and needed a quick snack. He ordered a cookie dough Blizzard and I had the BLT salad with dijon dressing. I had never had a DQ salad before and found it to be very good.

Food was good, close to the highway. I found them to a bit pricy on the menu items.

Eat here once in July 2018. Didn’t really care for it. Is a tiny Dairy Queen to start with and they messed up my order. Has outdoor seating.

Food is always good staff ia always friendly wonderful place people and food all around! They make sure your food is hot and ready or frozen and ready to go always more then willing to fix any order mistakes and they make sure you're happy with your visit they tend to stay pretty busy but always tend to their customers right away love seeing the friendly smiling staff the food is never a disappointment and i love the outside seating area!

If you find yourself traveling I-90 through Montana and need a bite to eat feel comfortable stopping here. It is dairy queen, same as any dairy queen but in a neat little town that you can only find in one place.

This was a gas stop on our way to Cody WY. Saw the DQ sign and decided to stop for lunch. The cheeseburgers were great. My wife had some kind of chicken wrap that she really liked.

Just down the road from our motel. Not too busy. Service was very good. The guy who took our order figured out how to get us a better deal by getting a meal instead of just chicken fingers and a drink. That was nice of him but the fingers didn't have much flavor. The cheeseburger we purchased was excellent and the fries were good too. It was clean and inviting.

On a 4 hour drive to Billings, pulled over to rest and here was DQ. The service was friendly, the facilities were clean and the hamburger and fries were good. Who could ask for more? Going westbound it's an easy off and easy on to I-90. A good place to stop

Came in to grab the flamethrower Burger. Staff was friendly quickly got my order ready to go Burger was hot. No issues

Food was good, wait wasn't long but the man at the register was very rude. Didn't make eye contact, shook his head when I asked for an alteration to my order and carried on a fake tone in his voice. Very rude. Everyone else was kind.

Very good DQ for fast food. Stopped in for ice cream cones during a trip to Billings, MT but you can also order hot food. Meal deals are good and should be considered by families with children. Service was good as order was taken promptly and served up fast. Appear to have a good operation.
