So normally this DQ takes years to get through the drive thru. Today there was nobody in line the girl on the speaker wasn’t friendly but that’s ok. Food was very quick (for the first time) but ice cream was melted AS ALWAYS. I don’t know how this always happens.. every time the ice cream melts almost immediately.

It was dirty. employees were disrespectful. They screwed up my order severely.

Great food, great service. They had loads of employees which made everything run smoothly.

They always have great iced cream.

Employees were professional and fast with my correct order. The person who took my order very sweet young lady. The other employees were hard at work making food, or cleaning lobby or station. Thank you all for awesome service and hard work!

No Air Conditioning, very uncomfortable inside for an ice cream shop

Worst Dairy Queen EVER! If I could give zero stars I would! This place is dirty and customer service is trash! All teenagers and lack of management smh! Don’t waste your money at this location! I ordered a chocolate cone and a blizzard. They got both orders wrong and made the blizzard with chocolate instead of vanilla ice cream. I told the employee he said it is vanilla the candy made it chocolate lol. He got mad and said fine I’ll remake it and threw it out! Comes back with same blizzard but this time it’s vanilla ice cream with same chocolate candy what do you know smh! No apology or nothing just rude and terrible treatment to customers! This place needs all new employees! I’ve been here 3 times with this time being the3rd I figured I’d give them another chance maybe they got better WRONG! Don’t go here people! All were terrible experiences!

Looks dirty, did not get what we ordered. Cook was hanging out back door smoking. Won't go there again

Terrible! I got a brownie batter blizzard and it was all melted! My friend also ordered a blizzard. It was halfway melted, But had a hair in it. Was expecting better, Usually I come here with no problems but not this time. The ice cream machine was also broken so everybody had to use the drive thru and it took me almost an hour.

i’ve never eaten inside before, so i’m not sure about that aspect. but the food is always ready quick and is hot. even with a long line at the drive through, you’re never in line for an unnecessarily long time.

Order was wrong. Gave us the wrong shake, my daughter is Celiac and she almost drank it. Then was rude about it, took the wrong shake, threw it on the garbage and didn’t apologize. I go to this location often and may never go back.

Decent food and treats, service can be hit or miss, but last time it was good. You do have to ask and be specific about any extras you want, like lids, cup carriers, etc.

Arriving at 9:01 PM, I couldn’t go through the drive through as I had my boat attached to my truck. I asked if we could just order at the door and the manager said “That’s a you problem. Unhook your boat then.” What kind of person says this, let alone is in any kind of managerial role? Way to go Dairy Queen.

Food is always good and ice cream is great. Would go a little more often but the drive through is long and a bit slow this time of year.

I'm really upset they don't have the chocolate cherry lovers anymore! So I might have to find somewhere else to go. Not happy! 😞

Place is always perfect for getting ice cream in a warm summer day. They have decent burgers too.

Every time we come to this location it's total bedlam. They get the orders wrong every time. Last time they had no ice cream.... 20 employees standing around and none of them had a clue what to do....absolutely awful. Never coming back. And sadly the other dairy queens in the area are no better.

I always love to purchase one of their chocolate covered dip cone 😋😋 my favorite,at three times a year, what a delicious 😋 treat to end the day after supper 🙂

Couldn't find a clean table anywhere. The freezer was dropping water all over the cakes and freezing. Seems to be a lack of management here. I realize the drive through stays busy but the inside needs attention.

The bread was stale and old, why is everyone heavy handed with salt on the fries? That is not good. Maybe it was an off day but it's a NO for me.

We hardly ever to go this location because the service is awful. Well today we went in for 3 blizzards and nothing has changed. I don't understand how a business can operate like this. The manager and staff need to be fired. Sweat pants, boxer like shorts and sagging pants to see more boxers seems like the uniform. The place is gross. Napkins and trash on the floor. Behind the counter there were toppings all over the floor and counter. An employee was wearing gloves, scratches her head and puts her finger in someone's blizzard. That same employee locks the door before 8pm. Customers could not come in or go out. This a poorly run establishment.

I love the Dairy Queen in Camden, Delaware. They serve the best food. The Double Cheeseburger Combo is delicious. The Butterfinger Blizzard is scrumptious 😋!

I came to get the grilled chicken salad, however I was informed they don't sell that item anymore. So I ordered a blizzard and the worker did not flip it over.

Mainly get ice cream. Always hits the spot

The chicken sandwich was narly. Did not enjoy. Fries were OK. Forgot my honey mustard sauce. Sprite was way to carbonated. Chocolate cone was great.

They got my wife's and I order wrong and there was a piece of hair in my chicken tender basket.

I'm a big Dairy Queen fan but this store is one of the worst. The last two times I have been here with my family our ice-cream was melting when we got it. There is 4-6 people walking around and very slow service. Either a manager needs fired or there needs to be better training. It's ice-cream how hard is it!

Stopped by here one evening just for some ice cream. It's Dairy Queen, so I already know what to expect in terms of food and ice cream. My complaint is the staffing. It wasn't a busy night and there were 10 young adults lounging around instead of helping the folks in line. It was a little aggregating waiting as long as we did because of side conversations amongst employees. Ice cream was good though.

Husband and I stopped in to order blizzards. It took 30 mins for 3 blizzards. Seems new owners have gotten a little cheap with the ingredients.

Going to this Dairy Queen is not worth your trouble. I ordered a blizzard and all it is is a cup of vanilla ice cream with toppings on top. There are no mix ins whatsoever throughout the blizzard. For a place that charges $6+ for ice cream, you would think that they would be able to mix it properly. And this is not the first time this has happened. (this is a Oreo and snickers blizzard)

The food and treats are usually good here. The service today, June 18th at 4:25pm is horrible. No one greeted me at the Drive through. No hello. No thank you. Your welcome at any of the windows. I was handed my food in silence. Doesn't matter your age, in this instance seems like a lot of teens working this shift, employees should be trained in friendly and professional customer service.

Got a couple ice cream cones and they were good there was a really long line but wortit

I ordered a chill dog with cheese and I didn't get the cheese, also the hot dog was hard to bite and dry out.

Bananas were not ripe they were frozen solid and not chopped up. Just three big chunks shoved into the cup of ice cream. I ordered a banana split blizzard. They had no vanilla ice cream. This banana split blizzard was nasty tasting due to the banana chunks just nasty

0 stars walked in standing at counter no other customers several employees walked past me said nothing stood there for 10 min. I just left....

3 different people serviced me, for just a small cone. The guy that took my money didn't give it to me a stern looking woman did. I usually go to the one on Rt 1 by Chicken Man, this DQ in Camden charged 10 cents more.

I can not speak for everyone, but with my own experience; the service was exceptional! 👌 I ordered a blizzard(s) (my goodness I can always see why they are a fan favorite, depending on which one you like of course) and it was good! Granted this was a busy Sunday night, I felt the staff was taking care of business as usual and making sure cars were steadily moving! The staff was kind and professional. I will gladly go back hopefully soon. If the regional or district manager sees this, I hope they at least acknowledge their staff on a job well done. (Typed on 26 Feb '23 @8:34 PM)

It was almost closing they weren't listening to anything I asked for my whole order was wrong

Noticed when I place a big order (more than 3 hot food items) its sloppily made. Chili cheesedogs put in the bag standing straight up, causing all toppings to fall off and become very messy. When I order less than 3 hot food items it's made to look just as it is displayed via advertisements, and treated with care. Inconsistent effort.

Great sugar cookie blizzard on a very cold night with my daughter and granddaughter. Clean, festive with friendly staff. Parking limited.

On Wednesday, 12/7/22 @ 8:30pm while in the drive thru line my family witnessed a worker let a DOG lick her hands and she went right back to work. We didn't buy ANYTHING!! Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 and this needed posting.

The meal was overpriced for the quantity and quality. The employees seemed irritated by waiting on customers.

Ordered a meal here once and the fries tasted like fish. I do not eat fish and I do not like anything that remotely taste like fish. So I asked if the fries were cooked with the fish and the girl said yes. So I reached out to a manger or someone and asked if that was normal. They said someone would get back ro me but noone ever did..

The people there are so nice and fast at the drive thru I was impressed

i asked for a six piece chicken stripes basket and they gave me three chicken stripes... i went back in line and told the cashier that my order was messed up and she took my order, dumped my chicken stripes, and came back to deliberately give me the same three chicken stripes meal again. never am I EVER coming back to waste money at this god forsaking place again.

We never dined into a DQ before but we will be back! We stopped for a quick lunch and treat. I didn’t know their burgers came with all the toppings and my son ordered a cheeseburger. We sat down to eat and when he opened his wrapper he was disappointed. I went to order him a new one as it was my fault for not asking for it plain.. the lady that took our order, Daniyah P. had a new one made right away and didn’t charge me. Great customer service and we will be back for sure! The little things like that matter.

OK, so.... maybe a pet peeve but, do you HAVE to ask "is that it?" After every item? The car in front of me ordered about 7 things at it was IS THAT IT? Each time. EACH. TIME. It felt cold, unprofessional and frankly impatient. What about oh, say, perhaps... "will that complete your order?" Or even "Any other cool treats for you today?" or "Anything from our savory menu? I don't know.... I ordered a large blizzard and not only was there no flip, but good grief, it was over $8 and I'm at a loss as to why IS THAT IT is the way corporate expects customers to be served. I'll take my happy $8 to Chick Fil A and snap up goodies served with a welcoming attitude instead!

I placed my order on the mobile app to be picked up in the drive thru. And when I went to pick it up, there was a long line. It took 35 minutes to get to the window which put me way past my pick up time. They redid my cone, but the 2 Blizzards I ordered were melted.

Everything was ok, but when I ordered a hamburger and made sure that they understood "no cheese"! And when I get home I see I got a cheeseburger instead! Not happy

Ice cream and shakes are awesome and tasty the price is not but is very understandable due to increase of ingredients definitely did do away with a lot of stuff though like the Blueberry shake so unset with that

Dairy Queen line is usually long in the summer and around lunch 12pm and dinner time 5pm but other than that the line is not long and the food is always amazing my personal favorite the $7 meal which is not listed on the menu chicken tenders and sundae fries and ranch dressing yummy.

This Dairy Queen almost never has chocolate ice cream. Then tonight they say they only accept cash. After being stuck in the line for 25min and no way back out. They need to really get it together at this place

Stopped here today for quick lunch and no one in the Drive Thru. I had to repeat my order four times to the girl and they still messed it up. Should of checked the bag before I pulled way. Also when I went to pay I showed my military ID for a discount and my order went from $13 something to $ 14.84. I got her to correct it. Going to be a long summer for these employees, that is if they last that long.

Line is always super long. Like wrap around the building wait 25 min long and you are stuck once you get in it.

Did not get what we ordered. Son had a hair in his French fries, and the fries were hard. Got a cherry dip cone and it was so messy ice cream was sideways half the cone had cherry dip on it. Employees were more worried about their cell phones. Will not eat here again.

Dairy Queen has been around 60 plus years, still has the best ice cream cones
