The ice cream was not the best.

Food isn’t my issue with this Dairy Queen my issue is that I’ve wasted so much money trying to get a decent drink from here! All pop is mixed wrong and tastes like they mix their pop with their feet! You barely get any ice in most drinks. This place is good for food but when it comes to any drink they just make them wrong.

No mix-ins in our blizzards and our “quick trip” took over 30 minutes. The drive thru is always so slow!

Ordered a large Reese's peanut butter cup Blizzard. There was absolutely no peanut butter cups in it whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Service was a little slow but other then that it was good.

The cake is gross just a blob of whipped cream and everything besides cake or ice cream.

Food is quality is consistent. The owner greets and visits with the customers. Always clean, employees are friendly.

Workers are always so nice and always know what they’re doing. Just ordered and it took them awhile, which I understand i work in fast food service myself, so i didn’t mind. Got a free blizzard coupon as a result of them taking awhile which was very generous. Shout out to them and they’re amazing hard work. The guy who helped me was very professional and knew what he was doing.

The food is always great at this Dairy Queen! I have eaten at other Dairy Queen's, and for some reason the food is much better at this one. The service is always good, and you get your food pretty quick even when it it busy.

Toast isn't buttered completely like other places, but the slushes 100% make up for it, the smaller ice is delicious

Best DQ ever! Friendly staff and delicious food! The only “complaint” I have is the parking lot. When you get busy it’s a mess. Just a suggestion, maybe the driveway closest to the building could be an exit only and the other one an entrance. Paint some big arrows to show where the drive through line should form? Just an idea, it’s a small area and I’ve seen many cars nearly get hit, or had cars nearly hit mine several times. Aside from that, keep doing what you’re doing! Thanks for the great food and ice cream! 😊

They are alright. Mess up orders sometimes and the drive through is incredibly slow (30-40 minutes) around 5 PM.

No butterscotch dilly bars but everything else was ok. Cleanest DQ I've seen and been in.

Went to Dairy Queen tonight in Madison, SD, and they went above and beyond with customer service tonight. Wanted to bring home a sunday for my husband and told them we would be driving for awhile, so if they could double bag it, that would be great. Well, not only did they double bag it they put ice in a waterproof bag and placed the double bagged sunday inside it. Needless to say, the sunday was in great condition by the time we arrived home 1/2 hour late. NICE JOB DAIRY QUEEN EMPLOYEES!!

The best and basically only place to get ice cream in Madison. There’s always a giant line so don’t expect very fast food. Often come here when I need to console my kids about the divorce. 5/5 will come again.

Lunch, dinner, or dessert, this Dairy Queen is simply the best! As a celiac I most appreciate that the staff is well trained on what food is gluten-free. They have a dedicated fryer for French fries, so the fries are not contaminated by their breaded food options. The food is delicious and the customer service is top shelf! I usually order a burger without the bun, along with fries and an ice cream sundae. Even during their busiest times, the staff is attentive and helpful. My husband and I both ordered ice cream sundaes with our dinner, and since we were dining at the restaurant, they waited to make our sundaes until we were done with our meal, and the ice cream desserts were then delivered to our table. It doesn’t get any better than that!

They need to listen better for drive up orders. Thank you.

Our local Diary Queen is the best! The owner is very community driven and our Dairy Queen is known for selling the most blizzards in the US in support of the Children's Miracle Network. That says a lot for a small midwest town. It is always very clean and the employees are very friendly.

Not only was did good and service fast but when one of our party needed extra help due to BB allergy, the mgr washed hands and even put on gloves to ensure no cross contamination. Wow. So grateful.

This Dairy Queen does everything right- it’s THE BEST! The food is always good. The seating area is always clean and comfortable. This restaurant is run efficiently while at the same time the staff is friendly and helpful. When it comes to finding gluten-free options, the staff is well trained and helpful. What makes this Dairy Queen very special is the fact that this business is community minded, as is evidenced by the photos that decorate the walls showing the sports teams they have sponsored. Then there is the Miracle Treat Day. The Madison Dairy Queen year after year sells the most Blizzards in the Nation.

The DQ in Madison SD is one of the best fast foods place that we have stopped with approximately 50 students and was treated very good and was in and out of there in a half hour. Highly recommended
