Been here twice in two weeks. Still out of the same thing. Ice cream shop that never has the most popular ice cream.

Pleasant place to eat inside and outside. The little picnic area is always clean

The patio at this location is so lovely. We like to eat our blizzards overlooking the Nanticoke River. Always nicely landscaped and clean. Thank you! ✨️

They had a lot of employees working but still waited 15 min for 2 small blizzards and wouldn't give usthe right lid for them

Website says the inside closes at 10 pm and drive thru at 10:30. Tell me why I go there at9:15 pm and the inside was closed

Door was locked to pickup mobile order then the order wasn’t even ready to begin with when it said to pick it up.

The restaurant was humid and had an odor, like a musty smell. We were going to sit and enjoy our Blizzards, but it was miserable in the business.

Staff was super friendly and so was the manager and the food was delicious highly recommend going there best fast food in Seaford 100%

Order was wrong, non courteous staff , establishment dirty,, kitchen and behind counter had stuff dripping from counter and food on floor, no hair nets worn by food preparing staff (all,had long hair)

it's fast food so your expectations must be appropriate. the cheeseburger and dairy items are exactly what you would expect. the ice milk (nowhere on their menu are the words ice cream) is a bargain and tasty.

Zane is such a great employee! The service was excellent! The food was too!

Drive thru moved quickly and order was served correctly including there required flip upside down lol. Staff was very friendly.

My wife and I like to call this the DQ with a view, since there's a beautiful body of water right behind the building. Great for a quick date spot. Service was quick, food was great.

Terrible experience, employees too busy messing around, won't go back. Didn't get our order and had to go back up to the counter and they couldn't have cared less.

Typical drive through. Ordered the blizzard. It was a nice treat, and service was prompt.

Went to the Seaford, Delaware location. The young lady taking the orders was slow, but she got the orders correct. The ladies making the order messed up each item. We asked for our cones to be placed in cup & we got the cup without the cone. We asked for a peanut buster parfait with no peanuts, due to an allergy, and it was loaded with peanuts! We won't be going back to this location.

Dairy Queen in Seaford De is horrible People may consider it to be just job but it’s still a JOB and so no matter what you should keep a level of professionalism. The way they go about their business to me is unacceptable. Just went there yesterday and the girl at the register seemed to be trainingso she was slow taking our order no problem there at all I understand completely. UNTIL the entire order disappears so we have to do it all over again and that’s not what I even had a problem with. It was the fact that the girl next to her stood there waiting to clock out for her break and interrupted us in the middle of us ordering saying “ I know you guys are about to keep ordering so can I just clock out?” instead of even putting forth of trying to help the girl out and then taking her break mind you there was a entire line behind us at this point. That wasn’t even what really upset me. The girl eventually finished ringing us up and so we went to sit down while the workers are yelling everywhere, it was very chaotic our blizzards came out and was wrong, and then 30 minutes go by and people that came in after us got there food and I had told them multiple times what we were missing. Nobody took the initiative to complete our order. They continued to take other people orders while we sat there. Then what looked to be the manager didn’t do her job she didn’t say anything to us and Then when I asked for a refund after the fact that our food and other blizzard was still not made going on 35 minutes, the one girl that came back from break got a attitude and told me she didn’t know how to do it but then she did it. Just made me feel like she was being smart. Very unprofessional and it’s been that way everytime I’ve been. I really do not like complaining but it is getting out of pocket.

Workers were very sweet and the light skinned girl working that evening was very sweet as well was in love with my daughter's dark eyes. Kept saying how tiny and cute she was. Haha 😂

Cashier was confused. Food was ordered wrong. Bathrooms were dirty. All the tables were dirty. Won't be coming back here.

I love their blizzards but never have the same kind prepared the same way twice! They need more instruction on portion sizes.

They always get my ice cream right it was good our meals right they could be a little more friendly. And their drive-thru angle is weird

They are short staffed but are friendly and gets your orders in a timely manner.

We had a large, late lunch, so weren't in the mood for a full meal. Decided to get blizzards, before the Summer is gone and we want hot foods. We both got the Reese's Take 5 medium blizzards. Shanya waited on us. She was very pleasant and friendly and efficient in taking our order. These are terrific blizzards with Reese's Pieces, pretzels, peanuts and chocolate. Just a great combination of flavors. probably pour second favorite blizzard of all time (Chocolate Covered Pretzel being #1). Great dinner!

Gave me the ice cream blizzard before the food and it's melted then my order was wrong.

Normal Dairy Queen quality in taste and food. The parking lot and drive thru lane are atrociously bad to navigate. Drive thru lane is super narrow. The dine in area closes much earlier than the drive thru.

I moved to Seaford, DE, last April and this particular Dairy Queen was a Godsend on many occasions. Especially after the many long days of getting my new house prepared the way I had envisioned it. The crew at this Dairy Queen has never faltered in their kindness and superb service. Kudos to all of you! All that I can say is…I hope you are being well compensated for your hard work because it’s difficult to find such a good crew. Thank you for your excellent service! By the way, the food is always delicious!

The burgers were so yummy. We enjoyed the food. We also had ice cream after our meal which was equally delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We noticed they did carryout ice cream cakes, the staff wrote on them too, which was awesome!

I eat here All the time and love it...but please adjust the time area so people don't think u close at 10 and it's actually nine...it's frustrating to drive there only to find all the lights off and the door locked

Well, usually they are good. This day however the older woman taking orders from the drive-thru was rude and impatient. Not just to us but to the people in front and behind us. Dairy Queen would get 5 stars and she would get 1 so we meet in the middle at 3

Slow service. It seemed to be understaffed

I am very appreciative of the young lady who brought my mobile order out to my car. I didn't realize that the inside closed an hour and 1/2 before the drive thru and when I got there to pick it up, there were at LEAST 20 cars in the drive thru and I was there at 9:05 and the lobby had just closed. I waited in the line for a few minutes and I was nowhere near even the order speaker! Anyway, my daughter called to find out where I was because I had my grandson's medication, so I called into the store and asked if I could cancel the order. The young lady, I believe she may have been a manager (?), offered to bring it out to me, even though she was busy inside. It was Saturday night June 20th, if her manager can figure out who she is, I appreciate her!

It's Dairy Queen! Love the ice-cream. My wife got a chocolate and nut thing. She said "it's to die for". BTW, Seaford Dairy Queen is nice and roomy for dine-in. I'm going back at lunch time for a hamburger or something. Besides it was clean and the staff seemed friendly. This is one of the nicest Dairy Queens I've been to.
