8/28/24 Quick update: Stopped in for a Blizzard - the gentleman working the counter was so pleasant and friendly. The store was clean and neat. I chose the Peach Cobbler. It was good, but definitely needs MORE peaches. I'm sure there is a company recipe for items. That being the case, please pass along to corporate. Stopped in for a sweet treat at this DQ location. Was greeted quicky by the server. The place is incredibly CLEAN, neat and organized. One negative is that if you choose hard hand-dipped ice cream for your sundae instead of soft-serve, it costs extra, not sure why. Even so, I will return as it is nearby.

I love Dairy Queen and this place has always been my go-to. I know I previously rated this place five stars but I want to do an in depth review of how I actually feel about it. The service is overall pretty good, sometimes I don’t enjoy my food but that’s okay. The place is relatively clean, and it follows code. The prices are okay, but I don’t think I will be returning to this location for personal reasons. I don’t wanna say anything bad about employees to compromise their jobs or get them in trouble as I was previously a shift leader and cashier at this location. Thank you for hiring me to be apart of the DQ team and I hope all the employees do good and I wish the best of luck to the new employees. Megan is the best employee btw.

It's Dairy Queen! They also serve food. Small area to sit down inside. No outdoor seating.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! so I used to stop coming here because of the simple fact that the place was dirty I have recently visited this Dairy Queen and I came in to it smelling absolutely wonderful. I mean I literally walked into one of the owners cleaning. I was so happy everything was spotless and my Sunday was absolutely perfect so happy they decided to take over. Everything was so damn clean!!!!!!!

I enjoy this Dairy Queen. All of the employees who work here are personable and professional, providing friendly, efficient and consistently good service with quality products. I like the 80s music that seems to always be playing, along with the memorabilia on the wall. Prices are a bit high. Parking is always available.

People that work here are efficient and pleasant.

Asked for a dip cone, the lovely cashier asked “come or cup”. I said cup, the put cup, my receipt said cup. The older man making it got me a cone and I politely said “I’m sorry I asked for a cup” and he gave me a look and sighed, and asked if he could put the cone in the cup, when I said no he throws the cone into the sink and sighs and makes what I’d ordered, but put barely any cherry on it and all around so rude :( it was also way too hot in the shop for some reason

I went to order a coke and was told their ice machine was broken. Then I wanted to look at ice cream cakes but couldn’t as the cake fridge didn’t work. Order ice cream but couldn’t see all the toppings as it was hidden in a corner. Someone came in for something and the blender wasn’t working. I was there when it first opened and the floors were dirty. Who ever cleaned didn’t pull the chairs out to clean. The rugs are so old and dirty. The store is so I inviting. The paint is old and not appealing. Scuff marks on the wall and the walls were so dinged up. The windows and door hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Very disappointed in taking my grandson there as everything looks like it’s from when that Dairy Queen first opened. It also looks like the manager and the owners don’t care about this store. A coat of paint can go a long way to making it look inviting. This store is the worst one I have ever been to. It’s a shame that the manager and the owners don’t care. I’ll be calling corporate as this is not up to Dairy Queen’s standards. I’ll be going to another Dairy Queen the next time

Went there on Mother's day. Horrible Blizzards (super liquidity and barely any taste) and the person working seemed like they didn't care. Restaurant was also super dirty. Definitely has gone down hill in the past month Whoever the new manager is should get replaced ASAP

We arrived moments before closing there were two young men working on closing cleaning tasks. Both were happy to stop serving us the ice cream.

Me and my family went in there and spent 40$ on 6 blizzards and 2 of them were super watery. Those presented were not blizzards, the worker had flipped me and my sisters blizzard’z Over and spilled everywhere including the table and the workers hands. Both the worker were really slow when we would ask questions and answered in a rude manner but when I asked for another one he said when did you get the blizzard and I had just gotten it less than two minutes prior. The way they responded when we both politely asked for an exchange they responded rather hostile that was not appropriate for a work environment. Both the employees were trying to prove a point the whole time I was there. HORRIBLE STAFF and worst blizzard me and my family ever had do not recommend AT ALL.

It took awhile for us to be greeted but when the gentleman came over to assist us he was a little nice. I really wanted a slushy and what I got was half melted & was more like juice. My husband got a cookie dough blizzard but tasted like peanut butter.

Was craving banana splits and so were the people in front of us ! They step aside to think and the wife said let’s just go to Winn-Dixie and make our own ! We did and other people thought good idea ! So they lost 4 sales ! But I don’t think the crack head behind the counter really cared ! Will not go back to this location

Great service and if you like ice cream this is the place to go Jennifer was working she did a awesome job I had a couple questions about how the products were made and she told me exactly how to do it she knew all the details very knowledgeable extremely friendly service good place to go hang out and have a nice dessert soft serves the best.

I tried the mint moosetracks and didn't care fie it. It had a chemical taste. I couldn’t really taste the chocolate I’m accustomed to with moosetracks. Best frappe ever!

Too crowded, not enough workers, never get my order right and incredibly overpriced

The kid was out back getting high. As a pot smoker I think I know. I waited 15 minutes for him to arrive. He then decided to argue with me about weather i said chocolate which i did. Zero respect

Wow, two younger guys just busting out orders! Super quick, no hassles, just getting it done. They were out of several items so the owner probably needs to reassess their par numbers, but otherwise great experience.

Opened at 12, closed at 3:30. Dairy Queen. Saw the employee lock the door as we were getting out of our car then run to the back. Can’t trust the hours.

I went to this DQ because I wanted the chicken tender combo meal and was told by one of the employees that this DQ only served thing that can be microwaved. My kids and I were really disappointed. This DQ is losing money by not serving the combo meals. Ended up going to Buds instead.

****BREAKING NEWS**** BLIZZARDS ARE NOW SERVED IN LIDS : / Purchased a small strawberry cheesecake BLIZZARD. Received a scoop of ice cream with strawberry sauce poured on top…. -The ice cream was not mixed -Consistency was RUNNY, not thick -Served in a LID lol wow….

I worked at this location for almost 2 years and nothing has changed since I started working there. The store may look clean at times but we use rags till they’re fully stained and mops till they make they make clean mop water dirty. The food is mid the ice cream is okay the best thing there are the pretzel sticks. Things are always running out. They pay minimum wage but expect you to run the store. They’re always looking to hire but fire over petty things and if the owner doesn’t like you she doesn’t like you the grudge will be held. She’s very disrespectful and doesn’t care about your time outside of work. The cakes there are made often but there’s some that sit there for a while and sometimes they’re marked down to 50% off if they’ve been there for like a month maybe more. The back of the store smells disgusting and there’s always gnats and flies, there’s also lots of sugar ants there’s not as many right now but there was a lot a couple months ago. The employees look miserable because they are.

I walked in and bought a cookie dough blizzard cake. Got it home and sliced it for the family. First off, there was no fudge in the center. That's one of the best parts about their ice cream cakes. The fudge and cookie crumbles. Then you bite in to it and the top layer was horrible. It tasted like it had completely melted then refroze. Couldn't even finish it. Complete waste of money.

I went there yesterday and it was the worst service ever I will never go to that Dairy Queen ever again the workers don’t even care what they’re serving and there using there phone while they make it I had to walk out. And one working was sagging his pants to the point where I could see his underwear. Very unprofessional! That place should be under investigation.

Purely ice-cream and no meal options with this particular location. It was extremely dark and uninviting. Staff didn't knew what they offer and just "walked away" when I asked a question. Been to other DQ locations before but this was defiently a step bellow the rest

my mother and I went in here today and got two things, I tried the royal fudge brownie blizzard and she had a coffee drink. Both were delicious and made extremely well. I also would like to give a shout out to service clerk 11, a young girl who took care of us. She was kind, answered questions, and had a great knowledge of the menu and was paitent as my mom figured out what she wanted, she was a pleasure as a worker and customer service. Thank You :)

The desserts are great. The only thing that I miss is the quantity of the special servings. They used to give more for less of a price. Still a good outing with family or friends. Just miss the old dairy queen.

The girl scout thin mint blizzard was fantastic. Best frappe ever. Glad I got the large. Beat frappe I’ve ever had. I tried the mint moosetracks and didn't care fie it. It had a chemical taste. I couldn’t really taste the chocolate I’m accustomed to with moosetracks. Staff needs to be better trained in customer service, or hire friendly people who care and have pride in their work.

Our ice cream treats were delicious! Shop was busy for 9:30 pm on a Friday night. Staff are teenagers- was unable to accept my Groupon code off my phone- training need.

This place is great, ice cream is so good. The different speciality ice cream treats are amazing. The only thing that can improve is faster serving times

Service was good, food not so much... I got a meal deal when I went. 2 chili dogs, chips, a small blizzard, and Sprite. The blizzard and chili dogs were acceptable and what I expected, but I was disappointed in the rest of the order. The chips were expired, and there were ants in my soda. I didn't open the chips or drink the soda. Not that you'd go to DQ for chips and soda, anyways.. Given everything that was good, it was a fine enough experience, even if it could've been much better.

I'm so upset that I forgot her name but the young woman that helped us was AMAZING! This was on 6/24/2019 at approximately 9:30 PM. I don't know what her partner was doing but he was in the back when he was obviously needed in the front. There were at least 10 other customers in the store, and she was taking care of us all very efficiently. She was practically running the store by herself and deserves to be rewarded for her great attitude and hard work.

Night time supervisor is awesome. She keeps the staff moving and motivated to keep customers coming back.

Best vanilla soft serve around. Took off 1 star because the floor and counter were sticky.

Tonight they had 2 staff members working. Many times there is just 1 person around. So wait time was short. Blizzards were tasty. Owners need to work on scheduling appropriate amount of help.
