Great watermelon drinks, will be trying items on menu. Authentic Mexican food. Also ice cream.

I took my family for Ice cream but to my surprise they also had a Mexican restaurant inside. We decided to give them a shot and boy am I glad we did. If you are looking for good Mexican food this is the spot. The food was amazing. They provided good portions, great seasoning, food came out in a timely manner and most of all decent prices. Their natural juices were so GOOD too!!! Of course we didn't leave without the ice cream. They had so many options for ice cream I couldn't decide what I wanted. I wanted to try everything! I would absolutely go back and recommend it to anyone.

The overall experience of Danny ice cream has fallen off from the past few years I’ve had it. The agua Fresca drinks taste well but they skimp you on the portion. Large cup was filled up with ice and with the flavored selection. Tacos were extremely small. I use to go to Danny’s ice cream with the feeling that I am taken care of well. My perception has changed to the feeling that they are heavily monitoring their sizes and that’s not fun for the customer experience.

Been going to Danny's for years & have taken notice he is constantly trying to make the place better which is appreciated & also the food & ice cream is legit. Thank you Danny for your service my man. 🫡💯

The restaurant was clean and there was a line. We waited about 15 minutes for our food. I ordered a couple of tacos and they were delicious. Overall, the size of the taco was big. Three tacos was very filling. I also ordered horchata and it was quite refreshing. Will be returning!

Best tacos anywhere. This is the real deal, authentic , tasty. It's all like home made by someone who knows their business. Aqua-frescas to die for. Home made frozen treats. Danny's is one of my favorite places to eat. It is a small place only about 6 tables or so. Well worth the stop. Wish I had taken pictures. I will next time we get over this way.

Flautas ended up in the trash. Chicken was overcooked inside and outside, and it had no flavor. Gave it two stars bc tacos were good.

Very nice place to grab some lunch. Me and my wife split an enormous burrito. Very tasty, and I liked that they toasted/grilled the burrito. My daughter and son in law likes it there as well. They've always tried to get us to go, and we went today and glad we did.

Finding a place where you can buy agua frescas that's not a flea market is just awesome! Great find! Tried the food today it was overall good. Didn't fancy the rice for some reason but all else was good. Come check them out for the frescas and fruit pops! No better way to beat the heat.

This place was recommended on the way back to Ocala from Daytona as a must stop for ice cream and it did NOT disappoint!! I LOVE fruity pebbles and they not only had fruity pebbles ice cream but different fruity pebbles ice cream pops and it is all homemade! I can't wait to go back and try their tacos. It is all really affordable. The space is very small with little to no seating.

This place has some of the best agua de horchata I have ever tasted. It goes head to head with the one from Taqueria Jalisciense in deltona. Loved the tacos and the icecream!

Best tacos in Deland! California burrito was also amazing. Carnitas came made with a delicious sauce- so good! Also loved the fresca. Anyone leaving 1 star is hilarious, crazy someone would complain about their Taco being messy (would u rather there not be much filling in it??) or having to wait 20 minutes when the restaurant is busy 🙄 lol

It is quaint inside... There are three booths and a couple of tables... Everything is made to order and it is fresh and delicious... My friend and I ordered a footlong burrito stuffed full of chorizo, cheese, lettuce, rice and beans... We split it and I could only eat a quarter of it... Everything is comfort food Mexican style... It is super clean and the folks there are awesome... They also have horchata one of my favorites... Different flavors, such as; strawberry, pina colada, cinnamon and a few other flavors... My two favorites are the cinnamon or strawberry (made with fresh strawberries) horchata... They also have homemade ice cream and cream pops... I would recommend Danny's to everyone ❤️❤️

The tacos!! I can not comment on the ice cream, but I had some amazing authentic street tacos here. I had spent the day diving at the springs, and this was a nice treat after expelling all that energy. I thought about this place days after. It's far from me, but I'll be back anytime I'm in the area.

Best place in town. Coming from Texas and this is the best place in Volusia county for creamy ice cream and the beverages are awesome. Lots of flavors to choose and staff is friendly.

We stopped at Danny's Ice Cream at the recommendation of a local and we were very pleasantly surprised at how good the ice cream was! Great flavors (we had sweet corn, coffee, Oreo, peanut butter, eggnog, and vanilla) and really fabulous service. On our next visit, we'll definitely try the food and horchata.

They are so friendly, family oriented. Food Is amazing and the drinks. Omg. I get the Pena colada one. It's water, ice and juices. Healthy and very yummy.

Customer service was superb. The attention to detail astounding . The food spot on delicious. Kept well the next day and I was satisfied with the portions. Thank you to the staff who took great care of us! We shall return!
