We got special pepperoni pizza for the kids and everything on it for the adults! and before i say anything else pizza is pizza to me but there’s definitely 3-4dtsr and 5star pizzas!!! And, You can call me 5star Jefe because i honestly do not go to places i don’t already know they are FIRE or heard good things about! So lately, I feel like i give everyone 5 stars and maybe one day i will stop doing that, but im a genuine local born and raised at the Jacksonville Beaches and i mean i’ve lived from Ponte Vedra to Mayport and everything in between and even did a 6 month stay across the bridge with Scuba Steve on San Pablo, (but lived on a dock with a boat and Jacuzzi) so can’t complain about (town life) Back to the FOOD! The pizza is absolutely (different) i mean that by the taste from sauce to the crust and the fresh toppings (nothing frozen) It just feels like someone made their pizza with LOVE and cooked home grown vegetables straight of the farm to the table, again, My reviews are genuine and when something is wrong they will genuinely here it as well, but everything has been FIRE since i’ve started doin this review stuff more regularly and being a Local Tour Guide for Jacksonville for Surf, Skate and Supper! I was raised in Italy and lived there most of my life. To find what I feel is decent pizza in Florida is not easy. Lucky me, there's Da Vinci in Atlantic Beach, few minutes from my house. And I take advantage of that! They are the only ones around here that can make a pizza with pineapple and ham that can make my very Italian husband happy!

Ordered a pizza to go and it had no sauce. No biggie, just called up to let them know they forgot the sauce but Amanda claimed she’s makes all the pizzas and ours definitely had sauce. Then she told us to order extra sauce to make it better for our liking but never believed that she actually forgot to put sauce on our pizza. Well…. Here’s our pizza with no sauce Amanda. Might need to start putting more sauce on that thang. Also bring back the big pizzas.

This place was in front of our Air BnB place and wanted to try it. So glad my kids and I ordered from here. The pizzas we ordered were amazing! The photos look like they’re the same pizza but they taste deliciously different, only complaint was parts of the crust was a lil burnt. Glad to be able to try this place out. We literally just walked to pick up our order, glad we did because the place was packed. Highly recommend from a visitor.

Love the pizza here. Plenty of sauce, toppings, and a light thin crust that is substantial enough to hold all the goodies. It has several tables but is really more of a take out joint.

If you want pizza this is the place. For my folks from South FL this place is the northern cousin of Anthony's. 2024 Edit: Wow, just wow, and not in a good way. Only one size of pizza now, no more garlic knots, and an order for two of the medium pizzas would only be $20 more than my old X-large with three toppings. This place used to be my go to spot but not any more.

My wife and I come here every chance we can get. The staff is super awesome and the atmosphere is just like home 😊. You will meet awesome people here.

Disappointed. Did we get new management perhaps? Been ordering from DaVinci's regularly since 2018. The pizza we had tasted a bit off, almost like cardboard. One size only now, no medium, small, large, etc. They suggested I get two mediums, so I'd be spending $36 on two mediums instead of $25 on a large. Sure... I get it now. Some of my favorite pizzas are gone from the website. Looks like the menu was reduced significantly. Either the original owners took a turn for the worse, or I'm guessing new ownership, and their primary goal is to make money, not make a positive difference in the community. It's a shame, because we just decided we'll go with one of the other numerous pizza places around here. We prefer local places that aren't chains, and that's what we loved about this place. No more. The friendly young lady that used to know everyone by their phone number doesn't seem to work there anymore. I got a kid that sounded like I was ordering from Domino's. I don't get the feeling that whoever is running this knows or cares about the community - this is just $ to them. Doing to DaVinci's what Elon Musk did to Twitter...

Only selling 12" pies for $15.00 each. Another long time customer that will never return. Young lady said " we don't care go to domino's "

I love this place! I get the cheese bread every single time and it’s incredible…. every time! the pizza is really good too. they also have really good craft beer and it’s super friendly inside. gem of the beaches!!

So disappointed. We have been coming here since 2012 - and things slowly started changing - staff turn over, stopped delivering, open only 4 days, and now the final straw - only selling small pizzas - so disappointed. Not sure what the owner is thinking - but 3 of those slices equals one slice of their old large pizza. I don't know how they can say it feeds 2 people - and the price point is ridiculous!! So sad I used to love them, now I have to find another place because we are done!

GONE DOWNHILL! This place used to have some of the best pizza but let me give you the reasons why I wIll NO LONGER spend my money here. 1. ONE SIZE PIZZA - Have you ever heard a pizza parlor tell you they're no longer going to make a small or a large? That is such a scam of taking people's money. Now a family with four children would have to buy three medium pizzas which literally takes all of the money out of their wallet. 2. EVERYTHING IS SMALLER - another way to take people's money is by scrimping on everything. TheIr salads were a joke and they don't even offer garlic knots anymore. And yet you have to spend the same amount of money? 3. SERVICE - people that work here don't even know how to value a customer. The owner never comes out to meet his customers and the front desk girl is aloof to everything. When we told her how everything got small and we barely got any onion she said that would be a $2 up charge. For a slice of onion? 4. CLEANLINESS - THE WORST OF ALL IS THAT WE WATCHED THE GIRL WORKING AS A WAITRESS AND COUNTER GIRL GO INTO THE BATHROOM AND SPEND ENOUGH TIME TO DO NUMBER TWO, BUT THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM. THAT IS DISGUSTING! Really think twice About spending your hard earned money here. There are better restaurants who care about their customers! Owners who change their business like this, have lost their way ..

Came here because on the one bite app it had a 7.9. I’m from the Philadelphia area where we have amazing pizza. This pizza was shockingly good. It’s crispy, no flop, the sauce is delicious- and actually a little bit spicy (it works). The girls in the store were friendly. If Dave Portnoy came to Jacksonville, I hope to god her comes to this spot. Delicious… 10/10 will come back again.

Been coming here for years since we moved to Atlantic Beach. No longer my go to spot their pizzas have shrunk dramatically. Oh, well, back to the drawing board. There are plenty of places to get a $20 pizza that will actually feed us. Of the same quality Or better

Have been coming to DaVinci Pizza in Atlantic beach since moving to the beaches 4 years ago from OS. Have tried other places but from my POV this is the best Pizza by far at the beach. Great food, great craft beers, awesome service and atmosphere that caters to families, the young, the old, and the in between. To me Jen and Amanda are the face of DaVinci’s, absolute rock stars, that sum up all that’s great about this hidden gem. You have to go check it out.

What in the world happened to my favorite AB pizza place? I am SO bummed out! The problem began as soon as I called to order. What happened to the previous cheery and friendly young lady who recognized me as a return customer? The surly voice that took my call should have clued me in immediately, but I tried to ignore the lack of courtesy. The pizza I brought home obviously came from a totally different recipe or maybe it was just some leftover ingredients. It even smelled different on my way home in the car. The crust was bland and leathery and tasted like a cheap, frozen pie from a grocery store. I ordered sun dried tomatoes as one of my toppings and got perhaps half a dozen tiny pieces of tomato scattered over a large pizza. It was supposed to be an olive oil pie but there was clearly no olive oil and the normally tangy and delicious cheese from previous pies has been substituted by some melty beige substance that was tasteless and overabundant. This pie was not just a small misstep, it was terrible. After one slice each for us, the remainder of this pie will probably end up in the trash and at their new and terribly inflated price point, this is no small sacrifice. To add insult to injury, this establishment has decided to become rudely political with a large and divisive sign in the window that has nothing to do with either food or dining. What?! We will certainly not return again, and I am sad about that. This place used to be the best.

The bubble team of pizza. Might sneak into the tournament and battle, but will ultimately come up short. Not going to win any titles but will always come clean with the true meaning of dough and sauce

If you are looking for a welcoming small town vibe and service with big city flavors, this is your pizza joint. No crust left behind! Honestly some of the best pizza, salad, and beer I’ve ever had. I look forward to dining in weekly

Best pizza in Jacksonville Beaches IMHO.

We ordered 10 pizzas (5 different types) for a beach bonfire the day before NYE. They were a big hit and so delish. The staff was very helpful when placing the order in getting the count and size right and even offered to slice them a little smaller so everyone could try them all. Customer service was a spot on and such a delight on every level from place the order by phone to the pick up. Thank you all for providing great pizzas and incredible customer service.

Ordered takeout for the first time tonight - the slice o heaven was amazing!!! And their garlic bread is delicious. Very impressed.

Luckily I didn’t order from this place due to not being recognized at the counter with a menu in my hand and two kids playing. It certainly felt like I wasn’t welcome as black man so take heed to anyone reading this and save yourselves

Used to be our absolute go to. Only reason I didn’t give it five stars is we’ve been asking for a number of years to provide a gluten-free crust and for years they’ve just told us it’s not available… and so it’s been several years since we enjoyed it. Otherwise, if glutens not a problem it would be a five star recommendation!

This is the best NY style pizza in Jacksonville and it’s not even close. Perfect crust. Nice bake on it. The sauce tastes fresh and vibrant. I had a pepperoni, sausage, and feta pizza and it was great. Also got a small cheese pizza as we all know you judge a pizza place on its cheese pizza alone. It passed with flying colors.I eat a low carbohydrate diet so I don’t eat pizza often despite it being my favorite food. When I do have “cheat” meal and want some high quality NY style pizza, i know where I’m going from now on.

Have not had DaVinci pizza in a year or more. Just ordered a Mona Lisa Medium, I have to say I don't like ground up meat on my pizza. Couldn't find pepperoni at all ,and salty. OMG WHAT HAPPENED!!

Enjoyed the pizza, but on this night our pizza was over cooked and a bit dry. Plan a rerun in the future. Our kids love the place. Nice beers too.

I ordered Slice o’Heaven large pizza takeout and waited roughly 15 minutes. Just enough time to have one of their beers on tap. Pizza was very good. There could have been more ricotta on it. Swirl was very thin. Crust was crisp and tasty.

Amazing pizza and cool atmosphere! The pizza here is always delicious and consistent. I love that the crust is nice and crispy, no soggy crust in sight. Davinci's is absolutely our go-to pizza place.

Solid pizza and cheese bread. Staff very friendly. Very clean inside. There are others I prefer in the area however the crust was very good. A little high for a large pep but this is expected in the beach area. I would recommend this place.

Nice and clean with friendly people working there. I had a beer and shared a cheese pizza with my son. They have a decent craft selection (mostly IPA's, a few lagers, and a milk stout). The pizza was great.

We had seen Davincis’s for years whenever we would go to Ohana’s. We finally tried their pizza and it was great! I think it’s the best in Jacksonville area!

For years I didn't know about this place. Someone mentioned it to us, we tried it, and it is without doubt my favorite pizza at the beach. I recommend the "paid vacation."

the pizza was delicious. We were 'allowed' to order a 'combo pizza' and add another topping. Very creative pizza. Asked for crust al dente...no problem. Went to pick it up . It was ready within 20 minutes of ordering. Gentleman serving me insisted on opening the box to be sure everything was correct. It was. Probably order again this weekend. As this was first time I had ordered from here, did not realize there was no tomato sauce. No big thing but next time I will order it on.

This was our second time here. Made it a mandatory stop on our way through JAX. The pizza is the best in town, and one of the best we’ve ever had. Great service, too. We’ll be back.

From the moment I walked in the door my experience was amazing. Mouthwatering smells, smiling customers, a graciously welcoming staff all bombarded my senses. I was greated by my server, offered an array of local beer and carefully selected wine, and guidance on selecting my perfect pizza...that was just the beginning...when I took my first bite I was hooked, or should I say addicted. Perfect crisp crust topped with garlic oil, cheese, basil, fresh tomatoes finished off with a unbelievable ricotta swirl. My second visit I was greeted with recognition, offered my wine of choice and questioned aboyt my last order. I felt as if I just walked into Cheers, but they not only knew my name but my preferences! You will not be dissapointed with the Davinci Experience in fact I am willing to bet hou too will be hooked!

Great friendly staff, I went in looking for a good pizza it was average but better the the main 3 that deliver. would I go back probably not, is it a good value? In my opinion a medium pizza for $20 is a little bit pricey.

Little neighborhood pizza place, family run offers what I consider the best Pizza in town. The variety is great, from the type of crust( hand tossed, extra thin), to the base (red sauce or olive oil) to the toppings. If you can’t decide just order one of their specialties. The have some very nice beers on tap. The salad with their lemon dressing is out of this world! And then you get the garlic rolls, just delicious. Only thing I’d wouldn't go in a hurry. During peak times it can take over an hour to get your order. Since it is a small place, just one oven

This place is amazing! The owners are friendly helpful and genuinely care if the food is good and the experience is worth it! I lived in Jax for years and moved away, and just came back for vacation and found this gem. They didn't rush us out at the end of the night and gave us tips on other good restaurants. We got the South Pacific pizza and Greek salad and the dressing was to die for!

Hole in the wall atmosphere, which is a total compliment! Love the small vibe. Mostly take out. I like to order our pizza have a beer while waiting. There are a few bar seats and a few tables inside. Always a pleasant atmosphere. Great draft beer selections. We order every time we are in town. It’s our go to place after being on the beach all day.
