Great experience with all staff and service. Walked in to get some dinner and everyone was very nice and inviting, felt right at home. Food was very well priced with great portions. Owners takes time to meet and talk to patrons. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Best fish fry in NE Wisconsin! I was hesitant to write this as I’d like to keep it a secret so it doesn’t get busier that they already are. But this place has great burgers, wings, broasted chicken & the best fish fry. Best frog legs I’ve ever had! Plus more than just fried fish with seared scallops & salmon.

WOW took a ride on the Harley and found DeGreef's. There are plenty of menu items to please everyone and the service was by far outstanding. I don't recall the name of the two ladies but they were fantastic. Also met the cook as he was passing through and he took the time to chat for a bit. Overall, wonderful experience from this small town treasure

Classic local bar with great food and friendly staff. Great bar burgers with crusty buns. Deep fried mushrooms were delicious. When time seems to stop when you walk in, you know you are in a great spot.

My friends took me there to celebrate my birthday. It was the quintessential home town bar restaurant! We had the boasted chicken & boasted potatoes which were amazing!! The old fashioned were amazing & just like the old fashioneds I remembered of up north goodnes!! Soooo good!! Highly recommended the trip to Wayside. Just remember they only take cash & that's just fine w/me!! Hope the new owners keep the great food quality. I will be back even if it's a carry out.

I've been going to De Greefs since I was a kid. Food is excellent service is even better. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for perch. They have that perfect small town bar ambience. If you leave here feeling unsatisfied it's because your significant other made you leave early.

For it being a small bar and grill it's got some great food. Their soups are great and the steak sandwich is my favorite. And their prices are nice.

Typical bar food. They have chicken in buckets but no chicken dinner plates. Limited menu. Everything deep fried or fried on grill. Cheese ham soup was so thick was like eating a box of melted Velveeta. Way too rich and thick. Great staff.

we We picked up our meal curbside because of the Covid-19 rules. The retaurant was not open only the kitchen. Both the perch and the baked haddock were very good!! So was the baked potato and the tater tots!! Great service! Great price!

Food is good. Fast service on Friday night. Only wish they have 1 or 2 more choices of NON fried fish. Steamed haddock or cold boiled shrimp.

Krolls hamburgers at 1/2 the cost. Lots to choose from than just burgers. Very friendly people with just a glad to see you attitude.

Great bar and great food. Had a cheeseburger and fries and a healthy amount of cold tasty Coors Light, which was served to me in a glass pitcher. I love a bar that has nice, hefty, clean pitchers. The food prices are so ridiculously low that it's confusing and frankly a little disconcerting.

No matter what you get from the burgers to the fish everything is perfect. The grilled chicken sandwich I don't think can be beat. When you order fries you get fries. Best in price too. 20$ will get to people grossly feed and leave a decent tip. Don't forget to get a big cookie baked daily. The service is the best around I call up and they know my tone voice. Root beer in a copper mug.

Only bummer is they don't take credit cards

Got here by snowmobile, and the burger was great. You may see that on the menu burgers don't come with fries, but you can add them. 1 order of their fries could feed a family of starving lions. I'm talking a huge amount of fries. Overall food was great, and the lady at the bar was running her butt off.

Jessies Chili is the best chili I've had that wasn't homemade. Not too spicy but just the right amount to cure the head cold I walked in with.

My daughter and I stopped in around 2:30 for a late lunch. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was attentive and friendly. The person behind the bar also took our order and cooked our lunch. My daughter had a fish sandwich. I had a cheeseburger and onion rings. We both agreed our meals were delicious. The tab for both meals and drinks was more than reasonable. If you're looking for fancy, go someplace else. If you're looking for excellent food at a great price, go to De Greef's.

OK, I didn't really make it to De Greef..... but our family had an "Fish Fry" catered by De Greef for a reunion last weekend. The fish was great. I sampled to Potato salad and enjoyed my onion rings. Enjoyed it enough to remember to post about it when I got home. Keep up the good work.

This small town bar/restaurant was recommended to us by some friends. The Friday fish was excellent! The drinks were also excellent. The staff was friendly and their prices were economical. I will be recommending De Greef to others as well.

De Greef was our favorite stop several years ago on the POWWOW bicycle tour. Couldn’t wait to arrive on Wednesday for their delicious Chicken Booyah soap.

Awesome Friday night fish fry, the best in Wisconsin. The broasted chicken is great. Cheeseburgers made to order on the grill with a pat of Wisconsin butter, can’t get it any better!

Word of mouth brought us here for the first time. The bar is small with a few pub tables and a small back dining room. We got here at 4:30, that was a good time. Great Bar Tender and fast with our drinks. We both ordered Perch Dinners and by far the best Perch we had at a very reasonable price. We left at 6:00, it was standing room only. That tells the whole story.👍👍

Stopped in on a whim on my way home. THE friendliest staff ever, incredible food, and amazing prices. Had the best steak sandwich with fried onions, fries (a FULL basket, not a small side), and 3 Miller Lites and still left a $4 tip from my $20 bill. Don't take my word for it, go in and experience it for yourself. Very impressed.
