Their turkey and bacon sandwich with pesto Mayo might be a top 5 sandwich in the city for me. The family that runs the place are awesome. I’m happy this place exists for quick weekday lunch.

The friendliest, tastiest, and most reasonably priced spot for breakfast and lunch downtown.

Super fresh and yummy bread plus a light touch on the cheese and dressing made for the freshest, tastiest tuna melt I have had in years. My fairly picky kid complimented his off-menu chicken/bacon/cheese sub. The folks here clearly care about their work! The sweet tea was legit homemade rot your teeth sweet tea, the fruit salad was fresh, the selection of chips, candy, and cooler drinks was thorough, and the place was clean and spacious. It's a bit awkward to find and park, but completely worth it. Shared bathroom down the hall was also very clean. Highly recommend!

Terrific sandwiches made blindingly fast, friendly people working the counter. My go to for a quick sandwich I know will be good.

Love this place! When I walk into there business, they know my name. The cook is very nice and he will fix your meal exactly how you order it, he's the right guy for that grill. The cashier is very pleasant. Tortilla rap!

Shaq makes a great sub sandwich and breakfast burrito. The bread and ingredients are fresh. No need to say more.

They were soo convenient with everything they offered for being a deli shop in the passport building. Had to take a last min photo for my passport application due to the i had being older than 6 months. It was a little pricey but WORTH IT for same day qualifying photo in a min. Went back later to grab something to eat & the sandwiches were delicious! The 6inch southwestern chicken with provolone lightly toasted was so delicious! The cashier was so hands on with being me with eventing i needed plus recommended the type of sandwich. Normality i am picky, but i trusted the recommendation blindly and is was BOMB! You can definitely tell the staffing team is all on the same page of great teamwork. Thank you!

Nice family runs this spot. It’s connected to the office building where you go for in person passport services. They also do passport photos and notary services. Limited but perfect menu. Chicken breast sandwich was tasty! And I HIGHLY recommend the banana bread sold by the register. So. Good. Would love to try their breakfast.

Stopped in here after getting my new passport. Was served a DELICIOUS sandwich accompanied by some of their homemade banana chocolate chip bread. And oof! It was all fantastic. Great service. Great food. If you're in the area and feeling the hungry tummy rumbles... this is the place to go! :)

While this deli is very unassuming in appearance, it's actually a hidden gem. I had one of the most delicious deli subs (I highly recommend the whole grain roll) and best cup of chai tea (with cardamom) that I've had in years. And it's quick friendly service with beautiful smiles.

Best subs in town and they sometimes make Indian soups as well. They make a traditional Indian Chai Latte that is to die for. Overall, I’m a huge foodie but somehow their turkey bacon sub with homemade sourdough bread wins the cake….

Bread is amazingly fresh and tasty. We had breakfast sandwiches to go since we were headed to King Street Station and we will definitely visit again on our next trips to Seattle.

Visiting Seattle from Vancouver and needed breakfast before going home. Stopped in based on the great reviews and it did not disappoint! We ordered the #20 and it was delicious, the egg was cooked fresh, the bacon was perfectly crispy and the English muffin was super fresh. The best part was the friendly service, the woman at the till was so sweet, along with the chef who greeted us. Definitely recommend!

I love this deli and the family who owns it! I have been coming here for the past year that I have worked up the street from them. While Columbia Tower has many other options, I will choose Deli Cut Subs every time. The family is always so welcoming and so kind and that is why I keep coming back. The sandwiches (both breakfast and lunch) are always made to order with fresh ingredients and fresh baked bread with reasonable prices!

The Fijian family who runs it is friendly and hospitable, which made me very happy as my family was under pressure to have a passport fixed. This is my favorite deli in Seattle. The sandwiches, soups, and salads are fantastic. Wide range of drinks, chips, and candy. Breakfast sandwiches are also great! And the staff are very kind and helpful.

We had to stop into the passport office upstairs twice in a 5 day span, an hour and a half from home. This spot made that drive less painful. The sandwiches are so tasty, drink and snack variety is huge, they have painkillers, phone chargers and even a photo station for passport pictures. Most of all…everyone working here is SO kind. A wonderful stop for two stressful days.

Wow. What a wonderful, friendly, and delicious shop! I've lived a short walk away for years and sadly never knew it was there. It's squeaky clean, quick, coffee is fantastic, and the breakfast sandwich is great. 12/10, definitely pop in and support local.

Spotted this place during my lunch break while reminiscing about the corner stores I frequented back in NYC that I used to grab a sandwich and coffee/tea from. There's no bodega cats in Seattle, unfortunately, but you get the same friendly vibe here with great prices, tasty food options, plus awesome service from hardworking employees. Annnnd if you want some REAL chai tea that tastes almost like home, you can definitely count on the one from here to fulfill that craving 😋

I’ve been having some issues with my passport each time I come into this place! They keep saying they don’t have my passport and instead offer me some delicious, fresh made, breakfast or yummy sandwiches and melts? 🧐 Just joking, haha! This place rocks. They are a polite, nice, and very clean! I came here 3-4 times now and always leave happier than when i show up. If i could give 10 stars, i would! Try this quaint place!

I used to live in New York and was privileged to have a corner deli on...every corner. Woke up this morning after a bit too much wine and thought to myself, "I need a bodega bacon, egg, and cheese," and turned to Google maps in desperation. Until this morning, I had yet to even see another true deli in my neighborhood, but when I saw this place was less than 500ft from my apartment, with so many 5-star ratings, I knew I had to try it. Long story short, you will not find a better breakfast sandwich for $5 in Seattle. Such a great amount of food for the price; fresh bread, a healthy portion of cheese & eggs, and thicker-than-expected bacon. As I'm writing this review, I'm sad to see my sandwich end. Lots of options, fast and down-to-earth service. I'm already planning on making this a daily routine, and I'm already planning on going back for lunch.

Stopped by today and was served a piping hot bowl of perfectly spiced Chicken Tortilla soup and a cold crisp Cesar salad. My husband had his favorite sub sandwich on homemade bread with a delicious tangy mustard sauce. Andy and his crew serve their wonderful food with the warm hospitality of a family-run neighborhood deli. What a treat!

Back open! After a 6-month hiatus, Andy and his family are back serving up tasty breakfast and lunch options to-go. Great deals on freshly-made sandwiches, salads, soups and breakfast. Also sell hot/cold beverages, snacks, toiletries, passport photos, notary services. One-stop shop..support this local business as they get back on their feet. Hours for now M-F 6-3.

They offer instant passport photos ($23 cash, $26 card) and notary services! Absolutely amazing services, along with a wide variety of food, drinks, pastries, etc. I needed to expedite my passport and needed a photo asap. The staff were very friendly and informative as well!

Fantastic homemade sandwiches and soups

Ig you ask for it they have a really spice ghost peper sauce best one i have ever had super spice,they are super friendly and all sandwiches are great flavor.

Andy and his family are beyond delightful. They use fresh, high end ingredients. Their sandwiches and soups are the best in the area, and they're very fairly priced. About $6 for a 6" sub and $8 for a 12" sub. Tons of snacks and goodies, too. Oh btw, their espresso beverages are GREAT!! They're my coffee destination weekdays in Pioneer Square.

Incredibly friendly staff and incredible sandwich. I can't forget to mention the chocolate chip banana bread was awesome too. Many options to choose from. Walked close to 8 blocks to try this place out on my lunch break and I can't wait to do it again!!! This family-run sandwich place has it all! There is a weekly sandwich special, fresh soups (different every day), fresh vegetables and small and sundry items.

Came here on the recommendation of a co-worker and my only regret is that I didn't find it earlier! I had a cup of beef & barley soup and the special which was a chicken & bacon sub. The (house made) sourdough hoagie was fantastic (crispy but soft, great flavor, doesn't tear up your mouth), bacon was great, an awesome sandwich. The beef and barley soup was killer. Big chunks of beef and veggies, great flavor. I will definitely be a regular here now!

Very friendly service. They make their rotating variety of soups fresh daily and bake their own bread for their sandwiches. Coffee, and breakfast food options as well. Lots of mini mart items including snacks, drinks, fruits, and small containers of medicine.

Incredibly friendly staff. I came in to get my passport picture taken, and the woman helping me was the most friendliest person I've encountered in customer service in awhile. She was helpful, patient, and also multitasking the front at the same time. She also cared if my picture looked good, and retook it when my ear was slightly too far. Highly recommend this place!!!
