The food was amazing and the owner was wonderfully kind. I made it to the parking lot when he realized he forgot my eggs and he chased me out to the car to bring them to me. It was very thoughtful. I would definitely go again.

Amazing Authentic Peruvian Food!

I ordered a salchipapa elegant, came with my family, ordered a lomo elegant, we ordered a chaufa absolutely stunning, we ordered a pollo broaster with all the sauces amazing 100/10.

Excellent service, owner was about to close but took care of us at the last min food was delicious as expected will definitely recommend this place and will come back on my next visit.

We had a good vacation and stopped at Delicias Peruvian Food Truck. Everything was incredible and delicious, I ordered my good chicken saltado and Chaufa rice and I was very satisfied and full, which I recommend it

the salchipapas were soooooooooooo good!!!!!! and you get a lot with it! can definitely serve 2 people. we also ordered chaufa with lomo and it was delicious as well! even the side salad with the salchipapas was so yummy i could have eaten a whole tub of it. it was a liiiitttttle expensive but i was super satisfied with the quality of the food! would definitely recommend

Totally horrible, for 2 orders of chicken and sautéed meat with chaufa rice 43 dollars, without a drink! The food was horrendous, salty rice and the salted had no Peruvian flavor! I was really very disappointed since I am fascinated by Peruvian food and this Peruvian food had nothing! I don't recommend it at all 👎

Tried for the first time last night. Ordered a half Lomo half Arroz chaufa plate and the nice gentleman gave me Huacatay sauce. It was delicious & and must try!

My coworker is from Peru so when we heard about this food truck we had to go. My coworker we so happy with how authentic the food was. There was so many sauces to choose from and they gave us so many. The food came out fast, hot and it looked so good. And it was a reasonable price. If I could come here tomorrow and not look weird I totally would. The men working in the truck were so friendly and made sure we enjoyed the food. If I could give them more stars I would.
