this was a wonderful experience for the first time i try this place it is very nice clean the staffs are very nice definitely coming back

Friendly welcoming and warm environment, they’re very open to accommodating to seating and foods.

They were really really sweet, they showed a lot kind souls, and they gave my friend who didn’t get anything free hash browns because they felt bad. Great and fast service and they were not rude 😁!

They done burnt one side of my toast... But overall, amazing food, good service, and very nice atmosphere.

I came in with friends. The tall girl with big back, took my order for club sandwich, when I got my sandwich it was cold and could only see the piece of let's, it looked disgusting, I took my plate and told her it doesn't look like the Pic, no avocado and less lettuce, asked her to switch to tbone, the gal kept arguing that her sheff is very good cook, and that it was not her fault, very disappointing and disrespectful, I would not keep such a server on duty.

I didn't feel like cooking, so I took the family to Denny's, I mainly went for the slamburger, a version of a breakfast burger. Service was friendly and everything looked very clean, you can find wheelchair seating no problem.

Grand slam in that particular area does not come with all the extras . no orange juice you pick from orange juice or coffee not both, same goes with the pancakes pick bread or pancakes

I recently stopped by Denny's for a late-night meal, and I was blown away by the service. The young woman who served me was amazing. She was super quick with my order and kept everything running smoothly. Plus, she was constantly cleaning and making sure everything was spotless, even during the busy night hours. Her efficiency and friendly attitude made my visit really enjoyable. If you're out late and need a bite, the night shift at Denny's is the place to go!

I ordered a club sandwich and paid $17.00 bucks. And when i got the sandwich looked something I could of made at home. Loosy presentation. Friendly service, foods horable.

The server brought me a T Bone Steak and instead of the regular steak and eggs that i asked for.

My review is mainly directed to the hostess that “helped” us at the front with paying our bill. So I ordered pancakes for my son and they only come with 3. He didn’t want the side that the menu says it comes with so instead, we ordered another 3 pancakes and again, no side. So our waitress was nice enough to make it like the pancakes were each others sides, if that makes sense. Basically, she didn’t charge us for one of the pancakes and told me “don’t worry about it because you didn’t get sides.” I ordered nachos and fries as well, for me. The food was good, as usual. Our waitress was nice, and so was the manager. However, when we were leaving, I went to the front and handed her my receipt and $40 in cash. My total was 23 and some change, so I’m supposed to get 16 something back. She hands me $2 dollars and I give it back to her and tell her she made a mistake. She double checks and tries to explain to me that her system is counting both orders of pancakes and I tell her what the waitress did, but she insist I go around to view her screen. At this point, I’m just getting agitated and want to leave. My son, who is 5 and autistic, is just standing there confused as to what’s happening and he’s trying to wander off, so I tell her “can I please just pay and leave?” She goes “well I want to show you what I see on my screen when I enter the food.” I’m like “I don’t care, I just wanna pay and go.” So she proceeds to hand me the 2 dollars and I’m like “that’s wrong. The waitress gave me the bill, it says 23, so that’s what I’m paying. Can you call the waitress here please? And the manager?” She was GLAD to. She was snickering, thinking they would “get through to me.” The fact was, she had zero customer service. For 16 dollars, you’re being rude with me and telling me I’m wrong when you have no clue what the waitress and I discussed? Luckily, the manager came and handed me the correct change and I was so upset, I walked out before realizing I didn’t tip my waitress. Back in my day, we didn’t have all these computers and tablets, we codes, …etc. I looked at my bill and calculated my change within seconds with her. Like I don’t care about the individual items. Just enter the amount shown at the bottom and give me my change. The waitress is being nice with me and you’re not approving at that? You need to find another position. This clearly isn’t for you.

One of the best Denny’s in So Cal. Dinner was served hot and the food fresh. Service was good and friendly. The dining area was inviting.

First time coming to this Dennys, and it was great! My kids loved the design of the place with huge windows that wrapper around the business and seeing all the cars drive by. All staff greeted us when we walked in, food came out fast and was hot and delicious. Great place.

I had a great time at this dennys! i always order the salmon with rice and veggies because its my favorite! the food was excellent and so was my server mae. She was very attentive and brought me refills when needed and checked in on me. my food was fresh and hot like always! i will keep coming back to this location for sure!

Me and my boyfriend, accompanied by his father and my mother, came after a beautiful morning walk of volunteering. We were amazingly greeted and treated well by Natividad. She was so attentive and was constantly checking on us to make sure everything was okay and good. We always come in as a family outing but she made our day even better. Our wishes are her to receive a raise for such amazing work she does. Will come again always.

We always enjoy our favorite server, Lorena and she has been great with us for the past couple years we have been coming to this location (san fernando, fletcher) She is great with us and is always in a great mood. She is easy to talk to and makes us feel very comfortable. Though other serves have amazing costumer service as well and all around the atmosphere in the restaurant is always very pleasant. I’d give it 10 stars if i could!
