Phenomenal pizza. Phenomenal service.

This was great. The food was good. The server went above and beyond. He subbed out my salad greens in the strawberry salad for romaine for no charge. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He told me what each draft was compared to. The gluten free pizza was amazing. The only downfall was it was a little pricey and there was no bartender, so I couldn't sit at the bar. Amazing food. Highly recommended.

So we went on Saturday. Wife wanted to be treated for a good time. The only complaint we would have is they took a while to see us before we left.

We were a large group but we were accommodated well and treated so well. Very pleased.

Pizza was good. Very good service. I only complaint was the beer. It is so disappointing looking forward to a beer and pizza and the beer is not much more than room temperature.

The food is always outstanding. The service, not so much. Bring a sweater, it's so cold that it's difficult to get through a meal.

Visited Dewey's Pizza on a bustling Saturday night and were delighted by the short wait time. Started with a refreshing house salad before diving into a large pizza split between Bronx Bomber & Ryan’s Inferno – a perfect combination! Dewey's consistently delivers excellence, both in their pizzas and service. Their inventive pizza options and flexibility to split pizzas are unmatched. And let's not forget their salads! If I had to choose just one pizza place to frequent, Dewey's would undoubtedly be it. Highly recommend!"

This location is a little small and tight fit for seating or getting around (especially the bathrooms). Other than that, the food is delicious and the customer service is outstanding! Yes, Dewey's is a little pricier than other pizza joints, but it's because it's better quality ingredients.

My server forgot about me!!! Went to dine in by myself. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a loud “how can I help you?” Instead of “Welcome”.. my order did not take long to arrive. However, my server disappeared for the entire time. I was done with my food and waiting for the check and a box for a while. Eventually, another service noticed I was frustrated and came up to help me and bring me my check and a box. Definitely not coming back.

There was a wait but it wasn't too long. Once seated, our server quickly attended us and thoroughly went through the menu. We ordered the Bronx Bomber pizza, and it came out very quickly. I felt as if it it came out too quickly and could have used a bit more cooking time, as the veggies were barely cooked. The restaurant was busy and lively. So the other staff were helpful in refilling our drinks and helping with the check as our server got very busy. Nice team work!

The food was amazing! Had the Harvest Salad and a Socrates Revenge pizza. Both were fantastic! But the service left a lot to be desired. Waited 35 min for a table despite several tables sitting empty and unclean for most of that time. The tap water also had a strange taste, kind of plasticky. I've had much better experiences at other Dewey's locations.

Dewey's has never failed me! Their food it good, service is fast, and I intentionally order too much so that I can have leftovers! Our favorites are Porky Fig and Caprese. We like others, but these are our "current" favorites...

Probably the best pizza in the Cincinnati area. Never had a bad experience here.

We just ate here this evening and it was the best service that we've had in a long time! The servers all work together to give you a great experience! They were super busy but everyone works so well together they get you in and out quickly. We were greeted immediately upon entering and were told it would be a 5 minute wait. The wait was quick and then the server came and got us drinks and took our orders. As we drank our drinks, other servers would refill them as they were walking by so we always had something to drink. Our food came out correct and the pizza was hot and tasted fresh. My husband got a calzone which he loved and I got the pizza with non dairy cheese and it was really good. So happy that they have vegan options! We both loved their pizza dough and their red sauce but just fyi, the sauce is spicy but it's delicious. We also shared the seasonal strawberry poppyseed salad (minus the blue cheese) and it was so good! It is very cold in there with the AC so I recommend bringing a hoodie if you tend to get cold. The women's bathroom was clean and stocked. We would definitely eat here again. Would give 5 stars… but… the ceaser salads have been disappointing the past 3 times we’ve tried them. The lettuce is terrible, usually the hurt end of the head, and the dressing doesn’t have the same great taste.. something seems like it changed unfortunately. Wish I could give more stars!!!!! I was in there around 4pm on 3/16/23 with my 3 children. We are always looking for a new place to try. When I Googled pizza, Dewey's popped up, and I thought, why not. I didn't know what to expect. We ordered the green lantern and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The prices were a bit higher than I was expecting, but not at the point that I would walk out. I'm the type, when I walk into a restaurant, I'm pretty much committed. When they brought it the food, the waitress explained that they were sorry for the long wait time, and that the manager REMOVED the pizzas from the bill! I was NOT expecting that.
