Go to 3 Springs Drive or Wellsburg, you'll be happier!!!! Worst pizza served ever, crust was burnt and so old, felt like eating glass. Tried to exchange and was told only 4 pieces, because the the other 4 slices were all the burnt, hard, sat for hours crust. Only dicarlos pizza where pizza sucked and service was even worse. Come on hire people who know how to cook a pizza & smile!!

The best pizza in the valley!!! The crust is crunchy perfection. The sauce makes the crust and cheese come together so wonderfully. I will eat other pizza places but this has always remained my favorite. I highly recommend trying it, if you never have.

A staple of my childhood pizza! Hands down the best pizza around the valley.

For whatever reason it's not as good as the downtown store. To bad it closed.

The customer service was good. Only had to wait 20 minutes for a tray and a half. Had chairs to sit and wait.

My wife and I ate at Mario DiCarlo's Italian restaurant in Weirton, WV in June 2024. It is one of the few places that you can eat their Ohio Valley style pizza indoors. We were seated promptly on a Friday evening. The restaurant service was good and the pizza was very good! I highly recommend this restaurant!

We drive 1hr. & 45 min each way once a month to have this pizza. From Sarver Pa. Great taste , love the pile of cheese 🧀 on top

Best Hometown pizza hands down!!!!

I have to say that I definitely knocked it before I tried it. The crust was super crispy and the sauce was on the sweeter side. The cold toppings really don’t add anything to the taste. All in all a decent slice!

I'll definitely be back we may be moving to the area ,stopped in after seeing a YouTube video of a college kid from weirton and had to stop and try it when we came down to look around ,next time we will try something different, the pizza 🍕 was superb 👌 crispy crust ,cheese and pepperoni mmm so good

The server was friendly, but when she brought out cold pizza, I was done. She didn't check back with our table to see if we needed anything so I wasn't able to send the food back. Definitely will not be revisiting.

Exactly what do you have to do when you pay $61 for a tray of pizza to actually get it cooked. I would be ashamed to hand a pizza to someone like that. You have to cook it to eat it. Dicarlo' s your a complete joke. I guess when you go out of business it won't be a surprise. Total slop. It used to be good. I would give no stars if I could.

we went for pizza yesterday& dinner today.... pizza was right on & my steak tips arabbiata(hot& spicy)over angel hair were delicious and ample...an above average dining place for us👍.... l also got a piece of lemoncella cake with an espresso--- felt like l was in some big city 'Little Italy'

One of the best tastiest pizzas around. Unique and delicious. It also tastes good heated back up in your own oven so order more than you can eat. Trust me you need to try this pie. We get it whenever we are in wheeling or weirton.

Great pizza and cold beer. Popcorn is always nice and salty. Wings not that great though. Not a fan of breaded wings or their buffalo sauce

Some of the best Italian food in the area... The Steak Arribiata is one of my favorites not to mention the pizza. That being said the last time I was there it was pretty busy. I wanted to have a couple drinks and pizza and get some food to go and even thought there were plenty of servers coming in and out of the bar area none of them seemed to want to own the bar area. I'll definitely be back.

The person who took my order was very nice and friendly. I was at the pizza shop.

I personally don’t love the pizza, but everything else is great.

Is Ohio Valley styled pizza the best style of pizza? I think so and I’ve had pizza all over the world from Italy to Qingdao, from Chicago to Mexico City. DiCarlos is my favorite pizza. The Weirton location isn’t the best, for the best DiCarlos you have to go to the Wheeling location. The Steubenville one was the best but I believe it’s closed now. Anytime I’m in Pittsburgh, I always make sure to drive an hour away to whichever DiCarlos is closest. Betos is good but nothing compared to DiCarlos.

Very hit and miss at the downtown location.There is no uniformity in your pizza.Sometimes it's right,sometimes it's wrong.Sometimes u get lots of toppings,others it's small amounts.Their pizza is good,but it looks like a 5 year old made it most times...and it's almost always cold

🍕Not as good as New York, Chicago, California, or other well-known & beloved styles of pizza🍕in taste or appearance--but great for basic Ohio Valley-style pizza. Adored by most residents in the towns of the Northern Panhandle of WV(New Cumberland, etc.)🏔🏞🏔Delicious with pop at a casual party or other gathering with family & friends👏👍👏

I tried to get some pizza but had no cash on me. It was pretty disappointing. I 😘 ve their pizza but I had forgotten they are cash only. Honestly figured that would have changed by now.

I Love the 🍕 there but I think since it's kitchen work and food handling hair nets should be a must at least they should wear gloves instead of handling everyone's food without at least washing hands when going from taking money to back putting toppings on my pizza

Was raised in the area,moved to salem ohio. Made special trip to weirton (50 miles one way) for dicarlos pizza.the young men working there were top notch on the 17th of September this year.only make the trip about twice a year,was excellent. THANKS ALL!!!!!!

Best pizza in town. Been going for over 50 years

Tried really hard for this to be our go-to spot. Chicken for the salad had an odd taste, another time it was slimy, the lettuce was wet and wilted each time I got it, crust to the pizza was burnt. Service is nice and the atmosphere is great but the quality of the food is poor relative to the other DiCarlos.

I grew up in Weirton and currently live in Maryland. Every visit to Weirton includes my buying a box of my favorite pizza in the world. Crispy crust, perfect sauce, and slightly undercooked cheese (I don’t know why, but it works). Mmmm…

Chef boyardee pasta is better than this place. Eggs in the wedding soup? Onions on bruschetta? Bland tasteless garbage all of it. Don't waste your money here I've given it 3 tries and every experience was regrettable.

Best pizza in 100 miles , hands down.

Di Carlo's is a must. If you're travelling on I-22 or Route 2, this location isn't far from the Main Street Weirton exit. It's just about impossible to get this famous pizza style outside the region, let alone from its originator (Di Carlo's), so be sure to try it out!

Love their pizza, but wasn't hot by time got to car.

I'm from out of state and I always make DiCarlos a stop when I come in town. Recommend adding banana peppers to a sheet when you order.

Great pizza, totally different style than most but it works. Nice crispy crust, sauce is good and the cheese is pretty good even though it's not completely melted on top. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. I'll definitely be back for more.

I'm a resident of Overbrook Towers in Weirton. I used to get a tray of Pizza for $20. Today it's $30. The pizza was for the bingo that we have every Friday. Talk about inflation! Tried to order from Weirton Heights DiCarlo's. The man I talked to was more than rude to me. Don't plan on going back there soon. Went to the downtown DiCarlo's got excellent service and courteous employees. A good experience. Go figure. Some people are just jerks. I guess misery does love company. Just saying.

Parking lot is a little tricky. The drive up window is convenient. Friendly staff.

This is a nasty, little, run down hole in Downtown Weirton. Pizza is so gross, chunky sauce and no option for a marinara sauce. Employees put toppings on pizza with bare hands. The pizza boxes are stacked to ceiling to prevent you from seeing what is going on in the kitchen area. very suspicious. I will say very good crust. Otherwise not such a great place.

I love DeCarlo's Pizza! I have to have it everytime I come back East. Nothing like it in the West. I gave it 4 stars because of the major price increase from 5 years ago, but it's still the best!
