I came in and ordered a dickeys pulled pork sandwich combo to go. The yellow cup was great the sandwich was cold, and the sides were hot. The meat was super dry, no bbq sauce in the bag. Kinda bummed. I remembered why I don't eat here. Save your money.

We came to your establishment last night at 759 and your employee opened the door and said “we close at 8, the owner wants us closed at 8”. We came from Durango , we came again today, your employee , had 3 ribs at 455pm . Your employee proceed to let us know that the ribs would be done in 3 hours!! Again when you are closed !!! He was coy after remembering that we were here last night. My husband asked who the owner was as we would have like to speak with you. We were told that he wasn’t to give that information out. So now you’ll get this ugly review. Your employee ( small dark haired dude with glasses) is rude and less than hospitable. I say this with the utmost conviction, we own a restaurant in Durango and I would terminate any one of my employees that treated customers the way that we were treated. I know to well that good employees are hard to come by. We wanted at least a rack of ribs and instead we got 3 ribs , bag of okra , and warm coleslaw and potato salad. This used to be one of frequent dining spots when we come here to shop. We will not come here anymore. And if you ever get the chance, come to 640 main Ave in Durango, and ask for the owner. We will be happy to serve you with kindness and respect. OWNER FDP

Best BBQ in new Mexico hands down

Had me a Brisket sandwich and I was disappointed. My sandwich was cold. My bread was bet stale. My hand cut fries tasted like a day old. But!, my Lemonade was delicious. If it was any better than what I had that day I would have left a better comment.

This places food is not very good. I ordered ribs and wings. The ribs were dry and there was no rub or seasoning. They didn't even offer bbq sauce. They wings were over cook dry and tough to eat but and least they had some flavor. The wings were so tiny. I swear they were like 3 pennies a cross and one pennie width. The people are nice and courteous. I definitely won't be back

Web said it was open til 9pm on a Sunday Evening. They closed at 7:30 when we pulled up.

First time eating here the brisket was really tender and flavor was ok won’t win a bbq comp but still good the fries compliment the brisket and the beans were ok the toast on the other hand was to hard almost crouton like the service was good no one was rude or grouchy, and the music could’ve been better but overall atmosphere was ok.

Saturday night, one table, and one order ahead of us. Ordered a sandwich and a giant baker with meat. Reasonably fast service, however the potato was just slightly warmer than room temperature. Returned the potato for another, second was the same temperature as the first. Not even warm enough to melt the liquid butter sauce on it. I don’t think that the health department would appreciate the temperature of “hold hot” foods. Store is not that clean, menus boards are hard to read, bbq sauces in a hot well were room temp also. The soft serve machine was broken but still full of mix. It’s not exactly somewhere I’m interested in returning. It’s a shame corporate lets this franchise (?) operate like this. *Edit 4/16/24* I emailed the email address below, as requested, and have not gotten any response.

The food was good. People were nice. The coke was no good brown water on ice. Looks nice from the street but pretty run down. Great cups 🥤

We ordered grubhub. They call to let me know they are out of fries but I can pick up my fries tomorrow. Then we get our ordered, it was a sandwich short. I called and the employee was very unprofessional, he was unsure how to make my order correct. Asked if I could pick it up, I said no that is why I ordered grub hub. He said well then you can just pick it up tomorrow with your fries. I just spent $89, and I still don't have dinner. I don't think I will be getting Dickeys again, at least not from grubhub.

Food is always great but a bit pricey. Good Barbecue place.

I have tried Depot pork with the spicy barbecue sauce. Along with the coleslaw beans green beans and macaroni and cheese it was delicious thank you

First time there. Food was delicious. People who worked there were friendly. Casual place. Will be back.

This was our first time coming here, went through the drive thru and they were out of ribs, wings, sausage, and the chicken was a 10 minute wait- we waited but the male employees cooking were very irritated they had to make our food and weren’t very nice to the sweet girl working the drive thru. Once we got our food home I realized some items were missing I tried to call and let them know and just got an answering machine. Won’t be back again.

On this visit, my brisket and chicken was dry and not appealing to the eye. I would have taken a picture if I thought about it. I did take the leftovers home. Leaving it in the fridge overnight helped a little, but only my thicker cuts. The sides were good as always. However, I would go back because of they offer sausage and okra which my friend likes.

I'm sorry to report this place has gone downhill. The brisket was so greasy I wouldn't eat it. The sausage was obviously old. And the casserole was dry. My daughter loves ribs and would not eat hers As they were nothing but fat covered in liquid smoke. Inside is somewhat clean but needs new furniture as it's run down. A sandwich combo, 2 two meat plated, and 2 drinks and it was $53. Not worth it.

What are your dine in hours? I got there to pickup my order from Door Dash around 7:40pm and the chairs were already put away, nobody greeted me when I walked up to the counter. First time in the building. We wanted to order from the drive thru but the menu was torn up and was not readable. Inside the restaurant is runned down. It is in desperate need of a good deep cleaning, maintenance, and refinishing. The iced tea had a drain smell to it and it tasted like it too. I believe that ether the ice machine need cleaning to remove any build up it may have or the lines to the iced tea machine have not been cleaned. Whatever the situation is it was not a good experience. I did go back and gave the drinks back, I was not offered my money back for the drinks. We were in Farmington, NM, delivering a quad to a couple and decided to stop. Upon entering, it looked very promising. The menu had so many choices. We decided to order 2 or 3 meat plates. Had an online called in an hour & half before they closed. Got to the drive up window and they stated they were closed before 9pm saying they were out of food. The lady who answered the window was extremely rude slammed the window shut and walked away.
