Slow slow service. Staff had attitude order is coming but when their staff messes up twice that is no good.

Dion's is extremely efficient in their customer service, getting their delicious food out, and providing a great atmosphere to visit in.

Great food, great atmosphere and great service. I come here regularly as a customer and delivery driver and they always have smiles on their faces and are always super friendly, the food is delicious and rarely have I had a problem with an order and never hear any complaints about this store from customers or other delivery drivers. This is a very well run restaurant and others should look to their example.

You can't go wrong at this Dion's location. Everything was really great.

The Los Lunas Dion's has lots of friendly smiles and a hometown feel. I seem to go there when the same manager (I assume he is from his style) is on duty. He always smiles at customers and talks to the staff respectfully. The cashiers are thorough about asking the right questions (sweet or unsweetened tea, chips vs fruit, white vs wheat, Greek dressing, etc.). The speed of food service is in need of some help, but it's not painfully long like some nearby restaurants. In a world of "nothing tastes the same anymore," Dion's flavor hasn't changed in my 30 years of being a customer (green chile and cheddar sub, add turkey - it's awesome!) The food is always great, and if they err, they go above and beyond to fix the issue. Dions has the best Ranch dressing on earth - no question about it! Tasty! My only complaint is that I forget to ask for no bacon on the salads, it's too overpowering a flavor (also, not everyone eats pork). Keep up the good work Los Lunas Dion's!

Been going to Dion's for many years. It seem as though the quality in LosLunas is not what we expect from Dion's. We have had food at many different locations the Los Luna's store is lacking good management to produce the quality that we are used to at other Dions Hope They improve in the future!!!!

When they make a sandwich, they should give you more chips than what they put. They give you mostly crumbs. That's the only bad thing they do there so far.

I am trying to figure out who in the heck would vote this as best pizza anywhere. Nothing against any of the toppings,cheese or crust but where is the sauce? Do I have to order that as an "add on"??? Very disappointed.

My family and I just wanted to enjoy a meal together. But there was hair in our food. And I can see we’re not the only ones who had this problem. People spend money here. The manager was nice about the complaint. Overall no hate just do better.

We get the same pizza most of the time,its great.This time it looked so different, less than half the amount of toppings and sauce .it was. Like a sad frozen pizza.

It's not like I remember.. Hard to put a point on it, but just not as good as it used to be. Had a sandwich which once were excellent.

The subs are sooo worth it! Pizza is also pretty good. Usually a lot of people in the afternoon dining because at night I think more people prefer just to take out

Ordered small pizza wit small salad. Pizza was flat tasting no jip. The salads was all ice burg. One small pizza and two small salads and two large cokes $38+. The music was all Motown no style. I usually have real good food, not this time. It was Dion's Rio Rancho & 528. Will give it another try. Who knows. Douglas

We ordered pizza and salad for pick up. We are new to the area, this was out first visit but will jot be the last.

I ordered a crunch spinach salad, which is supposed to have dried cranberries, not one cranberry and the whole salad very disappointed.

I'm so grossed out and disappointed with the decline in food production and quality,idk what or why but I keep trying to give Dion's the benefit of the doubt because they used to be really great service great customer service now it's very rude very rushy rush and no one's polite on top of that over the past several several months I've the salads which used to be always great and full now they're half empty the pizza is always really really greasy so I've learned to ask to get it cooked well done to prevent the extra grease and chewy dough. Today I tried the sub sandwich turkey and swiss which I hadn't had in a while cuz the last time they put all kinds of seasoning in it and it was really salty and bad especially for the diet I'm on as I cannot have a lot of sodium so I remember calling and complaining about that also they put salt in my sweet tea and said someone must have got the sugar mixed up with the salt. After that I hadn't eaten there in several months until today I ordered a turkey and swiss on whole wheat I came home and when I opened the box I immediately smelt fishy smell idk why I ignored it and ate the sandwich and immediately spit it out 🤮😭 I do not like fish and I tasted it in my sandwich.....I'm so done with dions 😭😭😭😭

Just settled down to watch a movie and my girlfriend is sopping up all this extra grease with a whole friggin roll of paper towels! "The Dion's Special" 😮‍💨😵‍💫🤢🤮😵 To Owner: We've spoken about this same problem before, and the nasty beard hair from the employee making pizza...it's absolutely ridiculous you can't figure out nobody wants FACE PUBES in their food either....I don't know how to say it any nicer honestly.

First time at this pizza shop and pizza was decent.

Pleasantly surprised with Dion's, it wasn't what I was expecting at all. From the exterior and font of the name, I always pictured a more upscale restaurant, something just shy of Olive Garden with a menu to match. But, that's not what I found. The Los Lunas location was very clean inside with nice seating. The ordering, however, was chaotic in a fun way. Figure out what you want from the great menu (pizza, salads, and sandwiches), what in line to order, seat yourself, and wait for your name to be called. We got a large half n half ham and pineapple (yes, we're "those" people) and a pepperoni, onion,and black olive. It was awesome! This has now become our favorite pizza spot. 👍👍

Ordered at 6:13 online. Received it at 7:45. Stone cold. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes.

I love Dions in general. Sandwiches and salads are good. The pizza however isn't so good. The center of the pizzas are always soggy and under cooked. We even asked for it to be cooked a little more and it was still soggy. In my experience, soggy pizza means the toppings are too wet. That's an easy fix. I'm not going to stop going there, but I'm not getting pizza.

We went in from a school field trip. The manager was extremely attentive. They had a full staff. The staff was working together and all were polite, I haven't seen that in a while. This type of service I have not seen nor experienced in a while so THANK YOU Dion's for this experience.

Kinda pricey but great food always fresh we get the family size chef salad with the toppings on the side . A large order of cheese toast and a slice of pizza each. I like the Kansas city I get it without chicken so I can buy a single slice. Great pizza, salad, and subs !

I have never gotten a bad or wrong order from this place. In all the years it's been open for business in Los Lunas I have always loved the food here. I've never met a rude staff member here, they've always been very friendly.

Husband and I have been wanting to visit this place everyone rants and raves about, finally did and I don't know what the big thing is about didn't care for the pizza and the price is too much for the taste. We will stick too lil Cesar's or Dominoes.

The salads are excellent! There is NO better place anywhere to get an A1, top notch, awesome salad! But, while I was waiting to get my meal, I observed employees whose only job, it seemed, was to stand around doing nothing except talk about how their day went. I waited for probably 7 minutes, and they did nothing but visit. Made me wonder what their job title was. I would love to get paid to do nothing but stand around and look pretty.

My husband always orders his sandwich with no lettuce, and they somehow always manage to mess that up.

This location is really nice and we've only had positive experiences here. My son loves that he can watch them make pizza through the little window, and I love that they have the reading program to encourage them to read more books.

I like their gourmet pizzas. They're Duke City is my favorite.

Friendly but had a little bit of a longer wait time than you would hope for. Food was definitely worth it though!

At 8:57 pm last night, we placed an order for a pizza. The person who answered the phone informed us that they would be closing in 3 minutes. Although we were roughly 10 minutes away, they kindly agreed to prepare our pizza and let us pick it up. We appreciate their exceptional customer service, as they went beyond the call of duty by accommodating our request instead of turning us away. Our pizza was ready for pickup 10 minutes after their closing time, and we are grateful for their generosity. Thank you!

Service was quick. I asked for 1/2 pizza to be light on cheese, I couldn't see the difference.

Usually Dions is good, last time it was terrible! Pepperoni pizza was extremely greezy, just dripping and half burnt. Was barely even cut. Very disappointed.
