🧀 THE Place to go when you need your Mac & Cheese Fix! 🧀 It's guilty pleasure food--so why not dedicate an entire food truck to it? You know you want it! The Mac & Cheese Food Truck offers a variety of fun flavors. I chose the Six-Cheese Crunchy Mac & Cheese, which is a creamy combination of--you guessed it--six different cheeses topped with Cheeto puffs. They also offer Lobster/Shrimp, Bacon Cheeseburger, BBQ Brisket, and Chicken Parmesan mac & cheese options. Service is reasonably fast and very friendly. It's a fun place to stop for lunch when you feel like indulging your inner child's favorite food with an adult, gourmet twist.

Had the Crunchy Mac & Cheese, saw it on instagram and looked great. Personally, wasn’t good at all - lacked flavor was bland. Maybe should’ve tried the others ? Staff was nice though.

Came here for a quick dinner. Service was good and the food was delish. My only complaint was that my Mac and cheese fritters were cold in the middle. But had they been hot in the middle, they would’ve been amazing! Oh and having a dip for them wouldve really taken them to the next level. (Maybe something to offer customers or add?) My husband got the chicken parm Mac and cheese- he enjoyed them!

Greatest mac and cheese i’ve had in a really long time.

Wir hatten 6 Käse Mac & Cheese, Garnelen Mac & Cheese, Chicken Mac & Cheese und die frittierten Mac & Cheese. Vorweg, für 3 Personen war das nicht zu schaffen, die Portionen sind sehr mächtig. Die Garnelen Mac & Cheese haben uns nicht so gut geschmeckt, die waren sehr würzig und waren nicht unser Fall. Alle anderen Sachen die wir hatten waren super lecker und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich in Ordnung!

This food truck is a fantastic gem hidden in Disney springs. We had the chicken Parm macaroni and cheese and it was everything I've ever dreamed of.

My fiance and I got the chicken parm mac n cheese to try and the 6 cheese with cheese puff crunchies ontop. I really liked it for food truck mac n cheese. The chicken was cooked great and the marinara sauce was just as yummy with little pieces of basil to top off! A little expensive but what isn't anymore? I could have easily shared. I recommend it! It's worth a try!

Super tasty mac in a really good portion for sharing (or a good entree size for a single person!) Buffalo chicken mac was delicious, just a hint is spiciness and thick creamy cheese. Wish I'd had the appetite to try all the different kinds!

The mac & cheese fritters are very very good! Crispy outside, creamy inside, slightly salty, and made with great quality cheese. Keep up the great work!

They ran out of Cheetos for the Mac. Service was slowish and cast members seemed 'meh'. Portion sizes inconsistent but at least it tasted good.

Lobster & Shrimp Mac & Cheese was & always is my favorite

My husband and I visited Disney Springs one night late last month and I noticed the Mac & Cheese Food Truck. Macaroni and cheese is my favorite food, and I KNEW I wanted to try them. The menu was full of some very interesting items. Shrimp and lobster Mac and cheese definitely caught my attention. I was skeptical because it was going to served with crackers and I was unsure if I would like that. I can honestly say the image of the lobster and shrimp Mac and cheese is NOT what you get. You do not get lobster claws in your meal, but it does have a good portion of shrimp. And there is actually lobster meat in it. When the guy served my plate up, looking at it alone, I was certain I would love it if the flavor was good. You could just look at the elbow noodles and tell they were perfectly cooked al dente. I purposely took my first bite without the crackers and it was a YES for me. I recommend wholeheartedly that you try the Mac & Cheese Food Truck at Disney Springs. The cashier is jovial. The cook serves you very hospitably. And the price is reasonable. Hit them up if you visit! THANKS Mac & Cheese Food Truck!!!

Got the Mac and cheese with beef. It was yummy but the macaroni was a bit undercooked. A little too chewy. But still good.

Oh my goodness, what a guilty pleasure this was. My daughter and I both ordered the lobster and shrimp Mac and cheese and it was delicious. I usually expect dishes to skimp on everything except for the Mac and cheese but I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious to the last bite.

They have several types of mac&cheese dishes to choose from, and I look forward to trying something different the next time I go to Disney Springs. If you like mac&cheese, and want something a bit different, I recommend giving them a chance if you get the opportunity 😎

Mac and cheese is great tasting and the service was quick. We got the lobster and shrimp Mac and cheese. There was enough for me and gf to share and we both got full. The food is a little pricey but you expect that at a tourist destination. Would definitely return to try the other options. Worth it if you want to try something different!

BBQ Mac and Cheese is on point! Delicious and has tons of flavor. A more affordable and very filling kind of Disney meal.
