What a great little diner. The portions were more than enough to feed us after a morning dive. Cinnamon Rolls, Biscuits and Gravy, Chicken Sandwich. All were great. Service was fast and friendly. Keep up the great work.

Wow! If you only go out to eat once on your trip make it here. Friendly, clean, quick and delicious. We had breakfast, greeted with a smile, drinks delivered swiftly. No stickiness anywhere. We are already checking we can fit in another visit!

Place was terrible and definitely a tourist trap. First off the food was gross and especially the waitress. Got eggs and substituted a pancake for toast and she brought out with the toast on the plate. I told her that we were supposed to get a pancake instead and she says oh no worries and proceeds to grab the toast with her bare hands grazing the rest of my food as she did it. And on top of that after bringing out the pancake, she puts the check immediately down and doesn’t tend to us for the remainder of our meal. If that’s how this place operates right in front of me I could only imagine what’s going on behind the scenes. Hopefully I don’t actually need to visit a Doc after this breakfast. Pun intended.

The BEST breakfast by far. So many choices to choose from, but the pancakes with fruit were delicious. Service was superb. Highly recommend.

Def a must for breakfast if you're in town for whatever reason. Great prices and the portions are huge. From the Fluffy pancakes to the Fat ham steak. Everything was on point.

Food was amazing. Local experience feel and homey little diner. I didn't order the biscuit and gravy which I regretted after tasting a bite of someone else's. That is saying something because I'm used to my mema in Virginia's iron skillet biscuits and gravy. They are fantastic 😍 👏🏻. The French toast with fruit was so good too 😋

The staff was so pleasant and they were busy! Our to go food was prepared quickly while I waited for a fresh pot of coffee brewing. No wonder it's a local favorite.

Go-to breakfast spot! I wish they didn't close at 2. I work nights shift, sometimes I don't wake up in time to have breakfast. But when I do, oh it's a treat! The staff remembers my boyfriend and me so they ask how we have been every time! The food is always on point, always delicious! So good in fact, we get the same thing every time. 😂 They're accommodating to my dietary restrictions and I think they have something for anyone!

It’s a basic diner but what a great breakfast! I had a “tower” of French toast with layers of bananas, blueberries, and strawberries topped with whipped cream. It was perfection! Service was a bit slow, but your patience will pay off.

The servers are so sweet and they get your breakfast out to you so quickly. The food is so delicious I ate there two mornings in a row.

A locals place for quick and inexpensive food keys. Is it the best? No..but it is good and plentiful. Solid 4 stars basic breakfast and lunch items.

Diner food fine right and just what you want from a breakfast place. Fair price for good food. Highly recommend. We enjoyed the tropical waffle and pancakes. Ham steak was excellent!

Wonderful old fashioned diner; spotlessly clean, excellent service, tasty breakfasts. There were many “locals” enjoying breakfast (we are tourists) at the same time. They also have incredible house made bakery items.

Typical diner but with real porcelain dishes and metal cutlery. Service was very friendly and warm. Breakfast was fantastic! Fried eggs perfectly cooked, bacon crispy and pancakes juicy and fluffy. I paid $8 for two fried eggs, 4 strips of bacon and two pancakes. Very fair and honest price, considering that you can easily go for $55 at a fast food chain. Highly recommended and we'll go again tomorrow!! Just great!

Family dining and comfort food at its best. Service was fast and friendly. No frills menu, with a few of their own specialty. Basic breakfast -bacon and eggs- was really good. GBS was excellent! Would definitely recommend. But come early. They fill up fast.

Fish tacos with mahi was so good! I loved their cucumber salad as well. My daughter got catch of the day sandwich which was mahi....food was very good. Our server was on point with everything, very friendly. Atmosphere was good they had a big screen TV at the bar.

I was with the group and we had dinner there we don't usually serve dinner but it was a special group they started the Chicken Parmesan with pasta well chicken parmesan or chicken and sauce was very good the only problem is parmesan should have mozzarella cheese on it this didn't other than that it was just fine

Perfect breakfast food and the most affordable place we ate at in the entire keys. Waffle was perfect as well as all the toppings, scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, the sausage and bacon seemed high quality. Everything was delicious - had to add a little salt and pepper to my hash browns and eggs even with the gravy but I think that's intentional so people can season to their own taste. They also had a few hot sauces. So good and will be stopping by again the next time I'm in the keys

Staff is nice, asking how the food was and how our day was, food was amazing, fresh and hot. Bathroom is provided with a hand moisturiser. Overall good experience

First time eating at Doc's and it is absolutely one of the best little diners I have ever eaten at! Wonderful staff, great service, great food, great portions and of course, great price! Will definitely be back next time we're in the Keys! We had Grandma Mary's Scramble and The Champ!

We’ve eaten here several times, and you can’t go wrong for an excellent breakfast or lunch. Best blackened mahi around.

The sign says Come Hungry and they're not kidding. Massive portions, excellent preparation. The hash brown casserole looked like a quarter of an iron skillets worth, and was nicely crispy on the edges. Willing to make substitutions of turkey for pork in the huevos rancheros, which wins them points from me.

This by far is best place to eat in key largo im a local .......eat there 5 times a week....and the sevice.....is 5 star and fast.........

We stopped in for lunch today while visiting the Keys. If you want below subpar overpriced food, this is the spot. I got the chicken caesar wrap which was a lettuce wrap with a couple small pieces of chicken. The waitress was pushy and kept coming back to take our order every minute. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I got the Grandma Mary’s breakfast. The hash browns were really good, although I did find that the eggs were slightly watery. The service was alright, our waitress was nice but not the friendliest, but it did get relatively busy when we went so I’m assuming she was just trying to be as efficient as she could. It was a great place and has a nice atmosphere to it.

I actually had Doc's Diner cater the breakfast the morning of my wedding and it was the best thing I did! I set up the order through email prior to the wedding and the morning of, the order was ready on time and hot! My guests were absolutely delighted by the delicious food. Thank you so much, you made my wedding morning fantastic!

This place is FANTASTIC!!! I can't say enough good things about my breakfast here. I had the egg scramble with onions, peppers and cheese. The portion was so large, I had the other half the next day for breakfast. The hash browns were perfection. Prices and service couldn't have been better! Super friendly staff. Don't pass by this family owned vintage breakfast spot.

You want a good breakfast, you had better stop and eat here. Good stuff and lots of selections. The ladies working the front were super friendly and efficient. We sat at the bar and had a good view of the cooks, hard working guys.

This is our new place at the keys. We went on Saturday, the place was packed we waited around 5 minunes and got seated, the food was delicious, the servers are amazing with a positive attitude and always smiling, the atmosphere is really nice. We took our friends again on Sunday and the service, the food and atmosphere was excellent. We found our new breakfast place to go, and the fiesta skillet has become the favorite dish amongst our party.

Thais place is exactly as expected. We had fast and friendly service. The food was great. I had the hash brown casserole. From the time we ordered to having the food on our table was less than 5 minutes. Although they were really busy, we sat within 5 minutes too. We had a great experience. Very crowded. Food took forever because it's a small place and the one of the only diners open on Sunday. We ate breakfast.. pancakes are great.

My wife and I had an absolutely Delicious and very filling Breakfast. My wife had the four Pairs and I ordered The Champ with the corned beef hash.

We stumbled upon Doc's as it was right across from the Holiday Inn in Key Largo where we were staying.....and boy were we glad we did. Every breakfast was served up fast and with the most pleasant service. Everything we had over our week there was delicious, not a bad thing to say about anything on the menu. So many choices, I can't imagine someone not being able to find something they would love. They were swamped on Sunday morning and we weren't able to wait, but every other morning prior to that, we were seated right away. We must have just hit the church crowd on Sunday morning, which was no big deal, we noticed other restaurants with big waits that morning too.

Great family owned restaurant! Best breakfast and lunch in the area if it isn't too busy.

Delicious breakfast! The pancakes were great, and I’m picky about pancakes. The only thing missing was real maple syrup. It was a shame to put the fake stuff on those delicious pancakes, but they were good anyway!
