I’m a big fan of Dominic’s, just not this location. The bread wasn’t fresh, the meat was dry and didn’t fill the sandwich. Service was terrible and the guy clearly didn’t want to be there and it showed in the product.

Subs were good we didn't like the sausage the onion and pepper mix made it not too tasty

The man working the stand is very friendly, fast, and charismatic. The food is so good here

The kid took my order. I walked to my car to wait for the food (it's cold outside) then he closed shop 10 minutes later. The fact that he was on break when I walked up at 7:40p and didn't get back until 7:50p is wild. I use to look forward to eating at that little shop. Never again though never again.

This is a one-man operation in front of Lowes on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake. You can't miss the smells and they open early. Choose from sausage with onions and peppers, classic steak and cheese or burgers. Your operator is friendly and the great food is made to order. This is our go-to spot for steak and cheese.

Been eating these Philly subs for past 10+ years and no complaints until last two takeouts. Bread was not fresh, meat was dry and only cheese was a small dab at end of sub.

Extremely impressed. I was raised on cheesesteaks and was desperate for one when I moved to Virginia. They use Armorosa rolls. It's all in the details when making a cheesesteak.

We ordered the Pastrami and the Philly steak sandwich large for both. The guy taking the order was the guy who made the sandwiches was very nice. Had our sandwiches ready in about 5 minutes ,no one ahead of us. Took the sandwiches home, not too far and the sandwiches we still very hot. Both sandwiches were the best sandwiches I have tried in this area. I liked the steak one better but my wife like the pastrami better.

Opened my sandwich to a piece of raw meat inside my wrapper. Should have walked off when the guy in the truck was only using one glove while cooking with two.

I haven't been here in years but was craving a philly. I was reading recent reviews but decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did! The guy working was super nice and had my order ready in just a few minutes. It was delicious!

Food smells better than it tastes. Got the steak cheesesteak the portions were good, but the steak tastes cheap and the flavoring was very bland.

Once you smell the sautéed onions and peppers, you're pretty much eating lunch there. Unbelievable. You try to walk by and you notice your own hands pulling out the money card and ordering a Philly cheese steak. What's happening?

I came here around 10:45am yesterday and was surprised to see they were open so early . I got the best steak teriyaki from there very quick and for a great price. Guy working was also fast and nice

Yesterday 8/17/2022 at around 4:30 went to the Dominics and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak. It was the worst one I have ever had. I couldn't eat it . it was way too salty and spicy. If it wasn't for the traffic I would have taken it back. The young man that was working there was entirely too preoccupied with his phone.

Not as good as before but still worth trying

My husband was telling me how good the food was so we went there after I was released from the ER was hungerer than a hostage. Whoever the man was serving on 3/21/22 @ 3pm..very nasty and horrible customer service !!! We walked off with out getting our order or paying for it !! A mess!! Never going back there!!!

I go to this Domincs at-least 3 times a month but i usually go during day tonight @ 730 I went there and order 2 Burgers with cheese grilled onions, peppers and mustard. The first thing I noticed is the grill was cleaned then when he was making my burger i mentioned to him he forgot the peppers and said he was low on peppers. So he literally pulled peppers out fridge and put on grill for one sec and put on my burger. I assumed he was tired so I took the meal home and I couldn't eat the burger because the peppers weren't fully cooked.

The anticipation is always better than the product here. Last couple of visits just been mediocre. Price is okay for just a sandwich $5-6 but should be a little tastier. First time at this location but Rosemont the same taste. I usually order mushroom and swiss burger.

Barely any cheese and the steak and chicken had like half a pepper shaker on them. Better than the average around here though.

Everyone knows it's the magical smells of Sautee onions and green peppers that lure you in to that mystical Philly Chicken ar Dominic's. It honestly smells better then it taste but it taste 😋 pretty dang awesome also. Kinda nostalgic as well, have been going to these restaurants since I was a Young Buck. Even had the opportunity to eat at a dine-in Dominic's in Charlotte NC. Not giving this specific location 5 stars for nothing. Let's be honest not many 5 star fast food places out there. Pretty rare in deed. I give this one 5 stars for the guy working 7-15-21. Very professional and laid back guy. Had a good conversation while waiting for my food and was appreciated.

I've eaten here several times and I always liked their Philly's cheese steak. For the price and taste this is a 5 star place.

Love getting my philly here but they have shut down due the virus with no sign of opening back up. Has cut my spending money at lows now so that is kinda a good think. but miss them.

I just ordered 2 sandwiches tonight. And asked 2 or 3 times that the Philly just be meat and cheese, got home to peppers and onions, yuck. The kid looked to be around 17 years old and slow as hell. Took forever to get my sandwich that I couldn't eat. On the positive side, when they hire non-morons unlike this kid...the philly is usually good.

Nothing compares to their steak sliders. I grab food from here even if I'm not going to Lowes. Delicious!

Their hot sausage with peppers and onions on that killer locally baked bread is simply delicious

In the Lowe's parkinglot, it isn't much to look at, but the smell catches you immediately. If you weren't hungry before going, you are now! It smells soooooooooo yummy. Pick your roll, drink, chips and what type of meat and other additions to your sandwich you want. I love the cajun spice added, plus grilled peppers and onions. Eat it quick because it is so moist that your bread can get a little soggy if you wait too long. If I had more than 2 thunbs, I'd still have them all up for this little place.

The Philly cheese steak is awesome.

This place has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. Always do a good job for me. Keep that bread fresh! 😎

Best Cheesesteaks outside of Pat's or Genos!!!

They make the best cheesesteaks ever anywhere in the area Nobody Does it Better we come here probably twice a month just to get the cheese steaks

I've walked by this place into lowe's for years and I now hate myself for not trying it earlier. The hot Italian sausage is full of flavor, and the heat is on point. It's got just the right amount of kick for an Italian sausage but not overpowering by any means! Service is outstanding and prices are fair for the quality of food. I can't wait to try the other items on the menu!

This little spot in front of Lowe's is a little culinary wonder. One of the best Cheesesteaks in town (and I love my cheesesteaks). I've never even had anything marginal from this joint. It truly is great if you can get over the fact that it is just a trailer.
