Ordered wings covered in sauce you can't see the wings it's gross ,

I have been using this location of Domino's since moving into this area 3 years ago. Up until last night, I LOVED THEM! When I picked up my pizza for dinner last night, I was treated like crap by the staff. It was like i was inconveniencing them. They talked down to me and were giving me the evil eye, especially the little blond girl at the dough station. She was at the register when I walked in and then ignored me. The girl who was cutting pizzas ask my name and told me my order was just coming out of the oven. I watched her slice it and put it on the hot shelf, called my order was ready, and went and did a different task. Then the little blond girl snapped at me when I put my arms up in the air out of disgust that I was being completely ignored. After that, the girl that sliced my pie begrudgingly grabbed my order, dropped it on the counter and took my money...no thank you, no come again, no apology for making me wait, and most importantly...no smile but a smirk of incredulity! Therefor, I will be taking my business to others. I have never been treated the way I was last night at this Domino's location.

Ordered pizza and never received it. When called back they stated I never called and did not have record of purchase. Contacted my bank and labeled charge as fraud.

Delivery is always great, and I order every week! The pizza today was not up to par! All of the toppings were on one side of the pizza and had chicken in it. Ordered Extravaganza and doesn't have chicken. Not trying to hurt anyone with this review, just wanted to reach out because I was so shocked the pizza was this bad. Great delivery every other time!

my food was cold and there was maybe 3 banana peppers on my pizza. my sandwich was so flat and hardly any toppings at all? i mean they should of just sent the bread at this point. they also completely forgot my soda.

Called in a order for the advertised $19.99 family meal X 2. First one was $19.99 ,second one was over $35( was charged individually for each item). There is no limit advertised. Back to Papa John's. While they are expensive,they aren't deceptive. Also,maybe train your phone order takers a little better. The young lady had no idea what she was doing. She had to put me on hold 4 times,to check something on my very simple order. EXTREMELY disappointed

I order from this place everytime I’m in town visiting my partner, this place is always good pizza and I enjoy their deals. Since I drive about 4 hours to get to Milton, a nice deal on pizza and good pizza at that is awesome. The people are nice, always welcoming and never disappoint whenever I come to pick up my pizza. Since I do eat from them almost every time I’m in town, I created an account on their website which I do recommend if you want to save money and time with ordering your pizza or other items they have on their menu. I’m a short guy with a baby face, but they always have a lot of respect and call me sir which I do heavily appreciate. Good service and great pizza. 🍕

Tonights pizzas was dry and sloppy looked like it was thrown together or dropped. We will say tonight wasn't a good pizza night for domino's, might have to rethink about reordering from domino's. 🤷🏽‍♀️

The pizza was great, however I was very disappointed to see none of the workers wore hair nets, beard nets or gloves. The man tossing the dough around touched many things, a young girl handled the cash register and was in the kitchen. Another woman had her hair down and when she leaned over it was on the dough counter. The bearded men in the kitchen rubbed/scratched their beards while cooking. Every food facility should enforce hair nets and gloves. It's disgusting that this restaurant doesn't.

Food was wrong. Delivery driver drove through the middle of my yard (as in from one side of the yard to the other right by my porch- no I do not have a circular driveway- just disrespectful) Disappointed that the manger defended the driver and actually asked me if there was a paved driveway- um, no but the driver pulled in behind a parked vehicle then backed up and drove up to the door and out the other side of the yard- PARK ON THE ROAD IF YOU aren't smart enough to figure out where the driveway is located!!!

Great tasting and fresh hot food.

Wonderful as always. This Domino's has been great. Every time we've ordered it's been delicious and the staff is always friendly and polite. They may be a chain restaurant, but the staff make it like no other.

Never have pizza ready, or can't locate it no matter how many times you give your name!! ALWAYS have to go in although you have asked for curbside service. 🤔However, pizza is always good when you finally get it! Reasonably price too....so I'll be back....just tighten up kids!😁 I still love you guys!!

They said they had a special 2 topping pizza medium 6.99 each you have to buy 2 then they charge 4.99 to deliver them they expect you to tip there driver so afternoon all the hidden fees you would be better to go to some place that is up front with you

Workers were very rude most of the time when I come up here they made me feel very uncomfortable and like they were judging me the whole time they were talking in a rude tone about me and I came up here on another instance and the guy was acting weird while I was ordering and I think he purposely messed my order up not for sure but he made it obvious at the least he wasn't listening and I had to repeat everything I said back to him. The delivery drivers have always been nice but I don't feel comfortable ordering in the building because I feel like I'm being discriminated against

Ordered online at 5:15 on a Friday and within 15 minutes we had our order, and it was correct and everything tasted good. Jennifer was our delivery person, super friendly and pizza was intact for fast delivery time.

It's quick and friendly and nice pizza.

I've always liked their pizzas. And just so that everybody knows they say your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes but typically it's actually ready in 10 minutes if you're picking it up

Ordered $42.00 dollars, very unhappy. I ordered a pillie steak pizza, that was all bread, hardly anything on it. Don't get the tots. We had 3 orders of them. They had cut down on the stuff. Won't go again. I can go to a better place. Half the tots was burned

Had a bad experience with Domino's. I ordered Brooklyn crust and got thin crust, but I absolutely did not taste good overcooked. But I did call in and spoke to Daryl, and he said he would take care of it. Let's see if he remembers next time.

This dominos need to teach the new dominos how a pizza is made, I will continue to come back here until the new dominos actually puts toppings on my pizza. When I order toppings, I don't expect a whole lot but I expect more than 1 or 2 per slice- making it basically a cheese pizza. Every pizza and wings we’ve ordered has always been fantastic. The crew seems to really care how their product comes out.

The thin crust spinach and chicken was epic. The Other Pepperoni and Bacon. We couldn't ear. It was missing sauce and literally couldn't cut thru it. 😪 and my son doesn't like the spinach and chicken so he only ate some knots and went to bed saddened. 😴 🥲🥲. The other two items were down correctly, that other one... was so bad it was like cardboard To chew and I promise I am. Not making this up at all like they had a pepperoni cooked and just threw on bacon and heated it up.. so much disappointment 😪

I called them from Ohio to have a pizza and food delivered in Milton Florida for a woman I know that has no food and it's been struggling and they was on it like very good I recommend them highly recommend them stay blessed everyone stay safe and eat well

Best store ever. Had the best driver ever! I think his name was Steve not too sure but he was amazing. Very friendly guy. 10/10 totally recommend.

Had my pizza delivered and the driver alexia was very rude and disrespectful. She wouldn’t tell me my total then demanded a tip. She basically threw the pizza at me. Never again

Made one of the best Domino's pizzas i've ever had. Half with just cheese and half with pineapple, green bell peppers, jalapeno & onion.

This Milton, FL team ROCKS every time! From start to finish every order we've ever had has been hot, fresh, correct, delicious, and quick and the staff are all always super helpful and genuinely nice! just getting use to the on-line ordering but the service and food was awesome

I really had no issue with the food everything was good! My issue is that I ordered online for pick up so my boyfriend could grab it when he was done with work. I ordered at 5:05 and it said it would be done by 5:15-5:25 okay thats great but when he went to pick it up they told him that there was no order placed with my name. So I go and double check my order and the address and everything said that it was good and placed. I ended up having to send him pictures to prove that I made an order and then he still waited for a while after that. Then we were told that because I made an online order it doesn't show up for them. What? They had to go and search my name up. Nothing about that whole event made sense. I had made online orders at other dominos and had no problem and I'm not even a member or anything but then I get told something like that. I was not happy that they told me that they didn't have my order cause I paid and I also hated that my boyfriend was there for an hour just trying to get our food the whole reason we got it cause it was supposed to be fast. If yall are not getting people orders but they are still getting charged this issue needs to be fixed right away

Rude manager and emoyees that couldn't help, Ive had pizza delivered many times to Tom thumb on 87 South and hickory hammock but today since I didn't know the physical address to the store they wouldn't deliver for me, keep in mind they send a driver to that specific store several times a day, but thanks to ride manager they won't have to worry bout me and my family ordering dominoes from any store, Pizza Hut from now on

Very clean store. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the timely preparation. They offer a lot of great deals as well. Would definitely recommend this location for some delicious pizza!

Went in to order a pizza was told could not get the special unless I order on line.

Had a domino's pizza a few weeks ago in Daytona and loved it...it was delicious. Came back home and decided to give the local domino's a try. Ordered the same exact pizza and got a completely different (undercooked) experience this time. Soggy, undercooked, greasy and you could just tell there was zero care put into its construction or cooking. A pity, because the one in Daytona killed it.

I have been ordering for years from here. But yesterday was one of my worst experiences. I ordered pizzas online, four of them. I did the curbside delivery. I followed the instructions to a tee, it said at 4:45 I will get free pizza if they weren't outside, someone stop the timer at 4:44 but they didn't bring my pizzas out until 4:51 and then when I first said something about it they said oh that's only for online well I ordered my pizza online and then they couldn't tell me anything. The wait staff was like no we don't do that, the timer was stopped, so I spoke to the manager I had to talk with her finally got $10 off my next order. But don't sit there and say that it's not your fault that's how the store is when I seen the employees playing the whole 6 minutes I set out there waiting for my pizza. When I told the manager that, she just said oh I'll give you $10. Smh

My locally owned Milton FL location has always been fast and friendly. Recent issues with the online ordering, but their crew had it right out after placement!

The cheesy bread is amazing the pizza was good but too thin. The sausage cheesemarinara bowl was great. All in all it was great. A d the brownie was very good too. Didnot get a free! Not my day! My first time with dominos in a very very very long time... much better.

The store doesn't answer the phone when you call you have to jump through hoops to reach them.

They have an awesome special order chicken parm pizza with white parm sauce instead of tomato base. Hint it comes in the black box. A little pricier than regular pizza, but for those of us who have trouble with tomato sauces, this is fabulous! Me grand daughter loves the pasta bowls, and the little one absolutely hastohave the thin Crust cheese pizza with extra cheese. Only place we order from.

2019 : Always hot, always in a timely manner :UPDATE 2021 I SAND BY MY 1ST REVIEW. I ordered a pizza and it came fast and the order was Correct. Now the driver was polite, she told me the amount of the pizza. I handed her 7 more dollars than the bill was, and had every intention of giving a big tip. when the driver tells you the amount and you give them the money the 1st thing they should do is offer the change, ask if you need change or just start giving it. this driver ( prob. a millennial ) took my cash stuffed it in her pocket and said have a good night. To me that's rude and no way to represent a large chain. That will be the last time I order from dominos.
