Terrible pizza. Half cooked, the cheesy bread was even half cooked. Will be a long time before ordering again.

Staff doesn't have an idea how to work in service industry. When I got inherent is no: Simple HI, what can get for you? That's ridiculous 😒 My pizza is burn out.

Ordered pizza with a buy one get one card over the phone and the guy who took the order was told I had a card. He placed the order and when I arrived to pickup they told me the card was only good for large pizzas and they never said that when I placed the order for two extra large.

Every employee is high outta there mind was waiting for a pizza watch the store manager hit her vape then proceed to hand food in a store that say no smoking ask to speak to a manager and the simple reply is is that all you want have a good day will be reporting this to the food hygiene department

Tonight I used my 60 points for a free one topping NY pizza that showed pepperoni on the pizza. What I got was a cheese pizza but the problems with my orders didn’t just stop there. I had ordered two Chicken Habanero Subs and because this location continues to not out the habanero sauce on the sandwich I asked my brother to check the subs before leaving the store because in the past 99% of the time they had no habanero sauce and are extremely dry. So when he checked the subs sure enough they didn’t have the habanero sauce and the cashier hands him three habanero sauce containers! That’s a great customer service solution. So I have to try and pry my subs apart and put the sauce on myself. Who ever is making the products are not following through with quality control and even my subs were placed upside down. I used to work here and I know the previous owner and we took great pride in making sure we sent out orders accurately and not just placed which ever way we felt like. Corporate really needs to address this store because it’s the worst Dominos restaurant I’ve ever ate at and I’ve eaten at a lot of Dominos but this is consistent on being the worst. Also I ordered the icing for the lava cakes as that was missing. It’s not cheap to eat out and I would think retaining customers would be very important as people are tightening their wallets. When I asked to speak with the manager (Damien) and he offered me credit for the two subs and the icing but refused to make the 60 reward points I’ve spent for the free one topping NY Pizza which I selected showing the pepperoni. You have to spend quite a bit of money to earn these 60 points and he should have made it right and refused. I will have no other option but to call corporate and this isn’t a threat this is about making it right because I didn’t get what I ordered and I’m tired of ordering subs that aren’t made as advertised. I will never order from this store ever again. At least Pizza Hut makes it right when they mess up and this is a fact and they’re a lot closer to where I live.

We keep getting this delivery driver who won’t deliver to our upstairs apartment, saying he can’t come up the stairs because he’s scared of heights????

Damien is very rude, never ever shows up on time , usually opens the shop late because he's always late. I walked in and caught amethyst and damien making out outside the office, in view of customers. Last night was short staffed I'm assuming because I did order last night and my pizza took nearly 2 hours to arrive. The only reason I know names is through and ex employee whomst I am friends with. Tony needs to do something about this because its ridiculous UPDATE Now Amethyst is getting the employees phones and writing reviews or forcing them to write good reviews about her and Damien so that Tony doesn't see the review telling the truth. Yet all the names of her employees are on the reviews.🤷‍♀️ She's also accused everyone of it and thought it would be a good idea to get people to report it. If nothing gets done I will keep complaining to Tony until something is put straight

Very fast and good food no mess ups and are very organized

Was coming home one friday trying to find some food and everything was closed so i called dominos seeing how long they were open and spoke to a lady name Amethyst, who was very welcoming and provided me with food options and gave me my dinner. I loved speaking to her and ultimately found my new pizza place. Food was done fast and great quality. the store looked clean even tho it was super late on a friday.

they have very nice staff people they are kind and they are very fast with getting in the food

ordered food after a hard day at home and was met with a long wait but amethyst, who i assume is a manager considering how she handled it, offered me free food and easier ways to get my order and received it only 15 minutes later. the driver i think his name was charlie apologized but honestly love this little pizza place the people are great and food is nice !

amethyst was a star employee, every time I come in the store it’s her in the store working alone. She made my pizza amazing and was respectful the whole time and patient with me. I didn’t know what I wanted to order and went through all the coupons with me and all of the toppings.

I ordered on line to get the deal 6.99 each if I order 2 items. It came out to the wings 9.25 and the pizza 7.?? Anyway total was 17.73. Went into the store to see how this can be fixed very rude person said that is how it comes up she could not do anything as she processed the payment and walk away. Needless to say you lost a customer real quick.

Came here at 11 on a Saturday the doors where locked I looked in the window and saw employees no one even acknowledged me or came to the door. I call the store and a lady answered the phone. When I asked her what the problem was she replied they had a late opening and to comeback in 30 mins if I wanted to make an order I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life when attempting to order food. I went elsewhere. I can’t imagine a location with management this poor will be around much longer.

I unfortunately keep giving the Domino's Pizza in Eustis my business. I ordered pizza and cinnamon twist at 1:04pm told me delivery between 1:20pm and 1:30pm. I called at 1:51pm and a gentleman that did not give his name went to check for me. He said my order is next to be MADE! To be MADE! His excuse was he doesn't know what's happening because he just arrived. I asked why I wasn't called for a delay and he said he didn't know. I asked for a number and name to the store manager and he said she will be in at 4 did not give her name. I asked when my card would be refunded as it shouldn't have been charged in the first place and he laughed at me in such a condescending tone and said its not my problem it depends on your bank. This Domino's is a disgusting example of poor education and lack of customer service. I warn you the food may be cheap but ts obviously for a reason.

In general we enjoy Dominos, however we really appreciate the kindness shown by Domino's when we made an error. Just want to say thank you and our meal was delicious!

This place is disgusting. They’ve messed up my order (light sauce, extra cheese…pretty hard to f’ that up I’d think…) multiple times in a row now, and their pizza tastes old and musty… sometimes even like a gamey piece of meat (if u know what I’m talking about, then u know…) Tonight was the first time I bothered to call and complain, and the manager could only offer me a credit, or to remake and redeliver my pizza… Had to opt for the credit, which is too bad, because I will never be ordering from this location again.

Order food with grubhub. No forks, napkins, straws! Grubhub refuses to refund. Call manager and complain. 4 days later try again, Caesar salad, no straws, no napkins, 2 spoons too eat with...Pathetic!! Untrainable crew!!! Goodbye Wendy's Eustis!!!

This store SUCKS the female manager is always yelling at everybody when I come in. I was told BY AN EMPLOYEE that they use products past their expiration date. They always get my order wrong. All of them have MULTIPLE piercings in their nose, a FOOD SAFTEY VIOLATION. Every employee is so unprofessional. Worst Dominos in Lake County, don’t come here.

I ordered a pizza and it was wrong when I called back to have it remade instead of be ready in 20 minutes when I get there, they haven't even put it in the oven yet. Thus, making me wait another 15 minutes for my pizza and making me and my kids late for our movie. All the while the employees were making the food were talking about me like I was in the standing there extremely unprofessional which is surprising. Because I always have great service at this restaurant. However, this crew it's horrible.

Called on a Friday and the person (Brie) that answered the phone was not friendly and she was very short I asked what the specials would be she made it clear she was annoyed? She put me on a hold then took my order. It came wrong had to call back and she was very passive aggressive I asked for her name and she refused and hung up in my face . So unprofessional extremely upset, I can’t believe I was hung up on.

Poor management of staff hours and too much horse play or lack of doing anything during rush hours as well as down time.

They actually read and execute special requests here... such as "well done" Great job guys!

Delivery driver threw a little tantrum because he didn't get a tip. Tips are not mandatory. I wasn't even the one who ordered the pizza so I wasn't gunna tip him. Doesn't give him a reason to chuck his pen at the ground out of anger. Grow up kid

Highly disappointed in this dominos and wish that they weren’t the only pizza place close enough to the 452 area that can deliver QUALITY pizza at at least affordable prices. Yeah yeah, the economy is changing but that’s when you should be trying to keep your customers happy. As someone who orders pizza a few times a month it’s sad when you have to jump through hoops with the only place that delivers close enough. And let me be clear, I don’t usually complain. But things need to change. Especially when you are franchised.

I don’t understand the hostility and rudeness of the staff, i work fast food everyday for reference, the customer isnt always right but the staff was very rude in the background of when i called to see what i could do about the situation and they said “its their fault they messed up the order, theyre gonna have to pay for it again.” I spent $40 on my order, the system changed the address and I would accept responsibility if it weren’t for the fact many of my friends have claimed dominos online system is bad with addresses. All I wanted was a replacement order since the neighbor it went to down the street had taken it for themselves. I was as nice as possible and calm,all I wanted in return was understanding and cooperation, yet i got the opposite in return, date night ruined.

We have been ordering from here for 10 years. Always on time and always fresh and good. Great price!!!

This location is the worst Domino's in lake county even other domino's employees say that about this place. They dont even want to work at this location. I drive to the one by the ford dealership bc if there is a problem at this location management doesnt step up to the plate to make things right they let cashier and other employees tell you ... and I quote "it is what it is" today I order the new Brooklyn pizza after trying it a few days ago ... when I received the pizza this time it was an oily mess .... told them I was displeased the cashier laugh shrugged his shoulder and said somthing to a woman which came to the pizza looked at it and said it is what it is .... the managers name was Milan if he's working I would SAVE your MONEY ! I say this bc I watched him make the pizza and he stood by what he called pizza to the end saying there was nothing wrong with the pool of oil on my pizza thank you Milan for a great dinner ... you should be proud 👏

We enjoy Dominos on those lazy take out kind of nights but absolutely hate the ordering system they have. You don't actually talk with the store that you're ordering from it's some online setup and the people you talk with can't speak or understand the English language. Not to mention they upcharged my order almost $13. When ordering ask to be connected to the actual facility.

Do not understand why they say they are open till midnight and never delivery after 11. Will allow you to place order then around midnight cancel it and not even have decency to notify the customer. It's not that hard to say no, or unable to do it but to allow someone to wait multiple times and never even call is disgusting

Domino's is not as good as it was when it first opened. And they DO NOT tip you for picking up your own pizza. That ad is misleading.

Ordered and paid thru app..Ran into Publix, Cheesy, Jalapeno Bacon Bread was delicious..so good knowing you can leave home travel 500 miles and get good food.. Have a safe holiday..

Had ordered $40 worth of food and one of the pizza dough was still a lil raw i called them to let them know and the service was extremely poor they argued with me that there’s no way for a pizza to not be all the way done especially if other one were done then they said I had to bring it up there to get another one when I had them deliver for a reason I have a 2 year old in bed and have people over so I can’t just leave they did want to remake it or give credit for it I know all pizzas go in together but some pizzas have more stuff on them more sauce that might effect how it tooks someone might have added to much but instead of trying to help me they wanted to argue we normally order weekly from them but they won’t have us as customers anymore

I was highly disappointed with my experience at this location I did give two stars because the pizza was great but the brownie cookies and wings were not cooked all the way I won’t order those items anymore which is too bad in normally love when I can get everything for the whole family from one spot unfortunately This Domino’s isn’t it for us

I talked with the General Manager. He said he makes 15 dollars an hr. He is worried other employees will want 15 dollars an hr. I asked the general manager not to cut the pizza. The restaurant mananger cut it into 24 slices. The general manager also described he hated 7.99 carry out only pizzas. The restaurant manager hates his job. Time for a new job

If i could give them a zero I would. The manager yeld at my wife on the phone when asked for the owner name and phone number she refused and yeld, hung up the phone. Called back and trying to talk to the acting manager she stated they were to busy to deal with the issue and that they have minors working the pizza making line and need to keep a watch on them. This store is rude and do not want to deal with there mistakes! Go some where else and save your money.

Worse place to order Online specially when you use the coupons that the same app offers. Every time I used the $6.99 coupon the store call immediately saying that the order is going to take over two hrs. (Who’s going to wait all that? Of course I had to cancel my order right away) I requested a manager and of course the person that called is the manager which doesn’t helps at all and it has a poor communication and customer service Damian is his name if he doesn’t lie about his name.

Had an order that was delivered with the wrong pizza. Called the store and they said they would remake the order. The second pizza came and it was made wrong again. Called the store back and the lady who said she was the manager was very rude!! I have never had a manager be as rude as she was. Won’t ever order from that store again.

Not a good experience when ordering from this store. I've called after a few tries of not being able to order online because of whatever happened on their site end and when asking if I can speak with a manager or receive the offers that are online, they hang up the phone. Mind you that I've already wasted a lot of time while at work trying to order for me and others. Not a way to appreciate or keep customers. Not everyone there is so unprofessional.

Awesome customer service and great prices

We received our food very quickly. The delivery driver was very polite. We had some issues with the salads and Pasta dish, they were very small. Pasta dish was only filled 1/4 to 1/3 way filled and next to no sauce. The noodles were even dry and hard. We have. Order this in the past it was way better. There was way more sauce, toppings and noodles. Don't know what happened. But the bright side is the pizzas came out good and delivery driver was very nice.
