I ordered a pizza that came with a Little Rock on it. Disgusting!

Food all burnt and with a bad taste, when we entered, all the employees were talking and one of the shop assistants was sitting at the counter with her feet on the bar. Honestly, we throw away the food when we get home.

Waited way too long for the pizza, they need more helpers, workers, etc...

Pizza had no tomato sauce at all. Tried to call to report the issue and no person ever answered the phone after 10 minutes of waiting.

I give one star because it is mandatory because what it deserves is 0. The customer service is terrible, I am a customer who has placed several orders there with an address to the same place and they could not cover my address, something they always do... today 07/19/2024... 1:20 pm The manager should be more aware of the attention provided by his employees. Thank you and unfortunately you lose a returning customer.

Ohhh my god! This has been the worst, and talking THE WORST DOMINOS PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD AND EXPERIENCE WITH! NOT ONLY DID THEY BROUGHT ME THE TOTALLY WRONG ORDER AND THEY HAD TO MAKE IT OVER AGAIN, BUT THEY ACTUALLY CAME BACK WITH THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME!! TRIED CALLING THE STORE OVER 10 TIMES, NO ANSWER AND I WAS LEFT ON HOLD!!!! NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND I WAS TO LEARN SPANISH!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! I AM SO CALLING THE DISTRICT OFFICE BECAUSE THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT!!!!!! TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE AND UPSETTING!!!

When you call, they put you on hold and never pick up again. I had to order through the app. When I got the pizza it look like it was made in a poor country: barely any onions or green peppers, and I think they have a maximum number of pepperonis per pizza. This place is sad.

Bad experience, I called about 4 times and they hung up on me. I arrived at the store, there were no customers, there was a cashier sitting with no intention of working, and with loud music and the pizza man with a bad attitude and with his headphones on, I asked If they had a broken phone because they called and they hung up and they both saw each other again and they didn't know if the line was working or not, terrible place, they have to change staff

I just left this pizzeria in a heavy rain. Inside are the useless employees, the oizzeria with its big OPEN sign. And they tell me that because of the rain there is no Driver. I tell them that I only come to buy a pizza, but there is no employee who can take my order for ONE SIMPLE PIZZA but I have to do it online and come back. What a BIG ASSESSMENT AND LACK OF SERVICE. Useless

I do not recommend anyone to buy at this place since on one occasion I ordered a pizza with double cheese, which they charged me for and they did not make it with double cheese. You arrive at the place to ask for an order and they tell you that they only order online if it takes me the trouble. to come to the place because after making several calls no one answered the phone and when I arrived I couldn't buy pizzas for the family

Awful experience with this low level of customer service. Took two hours to go out for delivery and when I called to cancel they said the wouldn’t refund because the food was already made so I had to take the pizza. When I asked why it took two hours they said they only have one driver and I needed to have patience . Pizza never came…

The truth is that pathetic service from the employees. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was supposedly ready. They gave it to another customer and made me wait for more than 15 minutes, while my pizza was ready, the lady who is serving is quite disrespectful by not paying proper attention to the customers and walking over them, leaving them waiting until it comes out. of his soul to attend. Yesterday I placed an order online before 12:00am and the store called me telling me that they did not have delivery and that the kitchen was closed. They offered me a supposed credit of the same price as my order because they couldn't even cancel it due to the time, this order would have to be made directly to the store's phone number according to what the girl who called me. they didn't give me my money back.Today I tried to call to place an order several times and they did not answer the phone.

I get delivery, so I can only comment on this. The delicious food arrives fast, very hot, and every delivery person has always been very nice.i have been ordering at the coral way restaurant, and every time it is perfect, fresh ingredients, and sides are excellent. I have never gotten any food that was less than great.

I am a teacher at South Miami Senior High School. In my delivery instructions, I specifically requested a call upon arrival, both to the driver directly and to the branch. I emphasized that if the call was unanswered, they should proceed to the office. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived at 03:01 PM, I missed the call due to poor reception. I promptly returned the call at 03:05 PM, but it went unanswered, and subsequent texts were ignored. Despite my efforts, the delivery person left, citing a purported 15-minute wait that did not occur. Upon contacting the branch, I was met with considerable frustration. The individual who identified themselves as the assistant manager placed me on hold for an extended period, only to abruptly disconnect the call. Upon reconnection, I was informed of delays due to traffic, which I explained were unacceptable given our prior hour-long wait and the constraints of a school environment. Regrettably, my concerns were met with hostility and disrespect. Throughout the exchange, professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency were sorely lacking. When I requested the assistant manager's name, they attempted to evade accountability by placing me on hold, assuming I would terminate the call. Despite this tactic, I persisted, only to be met with continued refusal to provide their identity. This behavior is wholly unacceptable, particularly from someone purporting to hold a managerial position. In light of this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this particular Domino's location. The pervasive lack of professionalism, decorum, and dedication to customer service is profoundly disappointing and should be addressed by the management of the establishment.

Terrible after waiting 18 minutes the pizza was never there and I left...morden was 7:12 pm and they texted me at 7:32 pm that it was ready...it was already at my house...next bad service today...

The delivery driver with a black Toyota came to my house all mad because I tipped $2 on the app and he threw my pizza on the floor and my soda opened when he threw it I have a video and everything and after he threw it he spit on my floor insane then I call the lady at the store and she says it wasn’t a big deal? He didn’t mean it in purpose like what? Are you serious? He should not be working like that.. the other lady who delivers with a gray nissan is an amazing person she never gives us attitude

I think they have a new cook or something. But the pizza these last two weeks has come practically burnt and hard. The pizza I got today was even missing parts of the crust because it was burnt off.

The place is very quiet, the pizzas are very good, only they have the manager doing everything at once, very excellent service, but I think they should have more staff.

I have been on hold for an hour about my order that took nearly 40 mins to arrive from the time the driver left the store. I received my food cold and the driver just said to take the food because they were really busy. What is wrong with people? Why does it make sense to them that because they are busy I should pay for, and accept cold soggy food??? Unreal!!!

Terrible customer service. Went to go pick up my order and they did not tell me it was incomplete, lacking ingredients at the store. The person was supposed to help me over the phone, did not want to assume responsibility, and blamed a new coworker who cashed me out at the register. Dominos, please have better training for your employees.

Had to wait 45 minutes just to get my order started, then when we did get our food we asked for Ranch and they told me No, I had to pay for it which was not a problem but he said No so aggressive like, if I wasn't just waiting an hour for my food

El pasado viernes Abril 24 a las10:00 PM hice un pedido para recoger en Domino's de Coral Way y 67th Ave y no pudo estar mas mala esa pizza. Mi pedido fue una pan pizza 12 " con cebolla doble pimiento verde, queso y salsa de tomate. Estaba medio horneada, o casi cruda, palida, sin salsa de tomate y para mi sorpresa, nada de cebolla, por la que pagué adicional!! La chica que atendió no pronunció ni una palabra, solo se limitó a entregarme la que sería mi desagradable sorpresa, mi comida luego de 15 horas de trabajo. Soy cliente frecuente de esa pizzeria y siempre he estado satisfecha en todo. Desgraciadamente ahora mi opinion no puede ser otra que la que publico hoy.

La pizza tradicional pésima la verdad no es de mi gusto la salsa que usan, pero la última vez la pedí en cambio de salsa roja salsa Alfredo de Base y mmmmmmmmm exquisita. Super diferente ahora si muy recomendado.

I have always been a fan of Domino’s Pizza on 87th Ave. and Coral Way however they have changed the cooks or they have become cheaper but definitely the pizza is not the same nor is the chicken tomato cheese , etc.. It’s not the first time this happens to me I figured maybe it was just the cook for the day… nope 👎🏼 go get anything else to avoid a disappointment and btw I don’t take much to please. Domino’s Pizza is not AT ALL WHAT it used to be 🤷🏻‍♂️

Place is just full of delivery vehicles that you can't find an available parking

Sometimes they get my order wrong, and I sometimes wonder if they do it on purpose. The pizza is good. Recently, I ordered cheesy feta and spinach bread sticks. I look inside the meal, and there is no spinach, but only cheese? For another separate order, I ordered a half and half. Half pepperoni with cheese, and instead I got the pepperoni underneath the cheese. So it looked like a cheese pizza.

Ordered a Pan pepperoni pizza for delivery. They charged me 22 dollars for this pie, and what I received what's a regular medium pepperoni pizza. When I called in to get this fixed they told me that I had made the order through the domino's call center and that there was nothing they can do to correct this. Horrible customer service do not order from this location. It's pizza hut for me from now on.

They are no putting enough sauces on the pizza and they dont have Garlic.. basically i dont want bread with cheese.

The guy in charge was very efficient and cortex , we wanted pizzas for a party and we went for them they were ready as promised.

To say that this place made my night is an understatement. The little garlic breads were so fresh and so tasty. The young boy who handed over my order today was also very kind and helpful. I’m super satisfied with the service here. This is my go to domino’s store!

Called to place order was left oh hold for over 25 mins with no insert because I didn’t know Spanish ! I know this is Miami but come in ! Very unprofessional

So we are actually technically closer to the Dominos on Ponce but this Dominos is SO much faster that it actually makes more sense to go there!! Plus-- they always get our order right without burning the crust (which Ponce has done twice). I am sooo glad I found this branch. Keeper.

I waited over 0ne hour for my order on Sunday the 12th of June2022 @8:30pm I called them several times to see where was my delivery they didn't have answer the girl who pick up would hang up on me..my food got there cold so I decided to call and ask for the manager they would laugh and put me on hold I will be reaching out to headquarters about this store no customer should be treated with such disrespect.

Mi nombre es Giselle , hice una orden de 12 pizza el dia 09 de mayo para el cumpleaños de mi niña de 3 años en su daycare en el Domino's situado en la 66 y coral way 33155 . super mala opinion tengo de ese Domino's ; me hicieron las pizzas tan duras y tan quemadas que no se las pude terminar de dar a los niños , y esa era la merienda asignada a los niños ese dia . La compañia Domino's pizza deberia de evaluar mas a sus empleados ; y sobre todo de esa localizacion ya que no tienen sencibilidad , eticas y profecionalismo . cuando se dice que es orden para niños o ancianos eso lo deben de preparar con un poco mas de tacto y cuidado .. tengos fotos de las pizzas tan mal preparadas y quemadas que me hicieron .. Ojala este mensaje llegue a la compañia de Domino's pizza para que inspersionen con mas atencion a sus empleados .

By accident the clerk gave my order to another customer. I was waiting as the other customer walked in with boxes partially opened saying it was not theirs. The clerk closed the boxes and tried giving them to me. So much for contactless delivery??? I had to insist that my order be made again. Terrible service

I've been ordering pizza from here literally for DECADES! This Domino's has been pretty consistent over the years. Rarely ever been disappointed with my order.

Pizza fire order a lot it’s always good

I’m a Domino’s regular and I always use the app to order. I was at my cousin’s house (from where I had ordered before) and the app said I had enough points for a free pizza, which I use. I place the order, and I receive a call from them saying I sent the order to the wrong store and I have to reorder to another store, and they cancel the order. I find it weird because I’m even in the same zip-code. When I start another order, of course, free pizza option is gone. I never had to specify the store through the app, I thought it was automatic, and after looking through the app and not finding how, I decide to reorder like I always do, without the free pizza and, oh surprise, the same store accepts the order and delivers it. So, umm, why?

Update: parking lot has been paved! This neighborhood Domino's Pizza location is one of the best. It's small and at times very busy. The pizzas are made well and they come out quickly. There's $7.99 large three topping pizza that you can pick up is a great deal. We like to get the Brooklyn style pizza with chicken, steak and sausage for our toppings. I often order one with marinara sauce and one with alfredo sauce. When you go to order online, when you're about to check out Domino's will offer you to upgrade the pizza from 14 inch to 16 inch for additional $2. This is a great value. You wind up getting a 16-in Brooklyn style pizza with three toppings for less than $11. I like their pan pizza but I recommend ordering it well done or it comes out a bit doughy. You can add packets of hot pepper for free add them when you're about to check out..

This place is amazing!, Pizza is always ready and hot as promised. I love Dominoes!
