Pasta was cold and dry it had been sitting for quite awhile. Pizza was also over cooked and dry.

It’s always good. I like the extravaganza with alfrada. Than I’ll put barbecue on it and make a sandwich with it

I ordered lunch for my the staff today I was very disappointed with the quality of the pizzas We don’t get to do this very often and was anticipating a decent quality product. Each pizza was over cooked the crust was not as traditional pizza. The toppings were sparse I would have expected a far better product coming from a chain type store who most of their orders are for pizza

Pizza made just how we like it will order again

Decades since I have ordered pizza delivery. Excellent pizza, mine was "pan", my wife had "thin crust". Both were exactly what we ordered and expected. Good job all around. Cool app to track progress.

Ordered delivery here tonight. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful. Pizza arrived very quickly and delivery driver was friendly and polite. Pizza was still very hot and well made :)

Warning! Warning! Buyer be aware! This is the second time in a row we’ve ordered pizza and it smells like feces really bad. At first I thought maybe it is my mind; but then this time I didn’t eat any and my daughter complained about the smell too. She said she was about to eat a slice but it smelled like feces really bad and she had to put it in the garbage. This is concerning. Not sure what is going on in there, but please don’t go waste your money and not know what they are doing to your food.

The pizza was good, the guy in there wasn't super friendly though, he made my older very quickly though.

Tried to order 24 Xtra large pizzas for a work gathering online. It offered better discount than ordering in person or by phone. Well online kept saying it was having technical difficulties. So stopped at store and was greeted by a rude employee so I said I would take my business somewhere else. They just lost another customer.

I love this location! They are super quick with delivery, and the drivers are always friendly and personable.

We order pizza several times a week and it's always really good. Staff is courteous and the pizzas are made well and made fast .

Worst service ever, if you cannot manage when you are busy just don't answer the phone, super rude staff that obviously do not care about their customers, no calling this place again

This is the first time we have gotten a bad order. Told Brent the GM that the food was horrible he got rude and snide about my complaint. Asked for owners info and he had no idea the info. Look if you want a cooked pizza do not come here. Do not waste your money on people who do not careless about having any sort of decent customer service. They wonder why they struggle to get employees or tips. I will never order from this company again or any dominos that is owned by this person. It shows he does not train his managers to be true managers. If you read prior complaints you will see that is a common trend. STOP sending out undercooked food. Its not that hard to do. Stop sending out subpar product. Again this is not rocket science. Not like this complaint or review matters. No one from the store nor does the owner give to craps about complaints. As long as we all keep spending our money

I don't like to give reviews but these pizzas were really bad I had to throw them in the trash, the dough was in bad condition

Buffalo Chicken Pizza, with Black olives and Artichoke. On par with Domino's quality chain and tasted great. Employees were nice, it was late night, and they weren't busy, got pizza take-out order out in 12mins. Charlotte Domino's has good food, service and atmosphere.

I asked them to make the wings we ordered extra crispy. He told me they were not allowed to. I thought that was the silliest thing I’ve ever heard. And so I ended up getting wet plain wings. Feels like I threw money away. I even offered to pay more money if they would run the wings through the oven again. The manager told me he couldn’t because I could cause a fire. The silliest explanation I’ve ever been given.

Gave this Domino's location one more chance on a fully cooked pan pizza... After 4 pizzas and telling the employee their pan pizza is never cooked and please bake well done... Sure enough, center still was doughy and crust not even brown... I will never give Domino's my business again, I will go back to the ma and Pa business in my area.

After being a life long customer of this store. Their manager Madison is a rude pos. This order online is fine. Call center is fine but when the online don't work and the call center transfers you to the store for the manager to tell you to call the call center and then hang up. Hey you pos they are the one that sent me to you. I hope the store fails and you get fired. With your sucky attitude and poor customer service it is doomed.

Pizza was good, why do my lava cakes look like smashed cookies? This is not how the lava cakes usually look like. This is not the first time either.

The food is good. But it is super inconvenient that they closed the drive up. So inconvenient that I took three stars away. I don’t want to have to park across the street at Walmart and get out of the car in this heat to go in to get my order. They always charge an arm and a leg for delivery and tip so I like to get it myself and go through the drive-thru. There are other restaurants with drive-thru’s. I will pick somewhere else to eat that has the convenience.

Cannot tell you how quality of pizza in terms of flavor has declined in past three months or so. Used to be only store on Tamiami Trail put enough seasoning on crust , but now they don't. Flavor mediocre. Think we will go back to Bella Napoli and Pioneer Pizza.

Still at 50/50 in consistency across the board. When I order from a chain there are certain expectations- one is that the did is going to be at least similar each time 😞

This time a sandwich and the spinach and cheese bead both were very good I'm going for extra feta next time it was excellent delivery time could be a little better

For some odd reason I never get what I ask for from THIS dominoes. Like never! 4 times now its as if they blatantly do this because I walk into make my order and I clear on what I want. I ask for Xtra sauce on my pizza because most times it's not enough. Im convinced just to spite me they put barely any. Pizza was dry and horrible

After sitting on the phone for 20 minutes with a call center because when you call to place an order that’s who it transfers you to, and not being able to use the app because it’s not working the call center transfers me directly over to the store. Not only does the quack of a store manager and a team worker tell me they can’t simply place my order over the phone they tell me to call the call center back WHEN THEY COULD NOT HELP BECAUSE THEYRE COMPUTERS WOULDNT LET THEM PLACE MY ORDER. This place is a joke when I can walk in in person and they would place my order but can’t press buttons on a screen for two seconds to place my order over the phone. Highly don’t recommend because of the POOR customer service!

Worst restaurant for Domino's ever in mankind manager is absolutely unprofessional and horrible. The pizza I was delivered with and always sloppy mess manager did not care was not able to do anything about my order for a $22 pizza with one topping absolutely horrible do not come here!!!!! Incredibly rude girl on the phone on Friday Dec. 2, 2022.. At around 8:00 PM.. She rudely hung the phone up on my face when I was trying to order over the phone at the Local Pizza Shop in Port Charlotte near the mini Walmart.. She asked me to place the order online and I couldn't because I didn't have excess to the internet at the time.. She didn't care . I'll never do business with Domino's again..

The pizza is normally good, prices are okay. Staff at this location doesn't seem to know or care about customer service. Very fast spoken, short, and dismissive on the phone. Perfectly okay and nonchalant about pizza being 25-30 minutes late. Wouldn't go as far as saying "rude", but definitely not speaking to people the way I'm sure they expect to be spoken to when they interact with businesses as a paying customer.

The staff here is pretty young but they were very friendly and professional. The pizza was made fresh, stayed hot and was delicious.

Placed order at 11 this AM to be picked up at 6. Got there at 6. Couldn't find my order. Once they found it, they said it was not even in the oven at it will be 10 minutes. When I got home to sink my teeth into my pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, it turned out to be mushrooms, black olives and pineapple! 🤢 and for them to straight out the oven they are pretty cold!! I called and it was blamed on "new ppl". I am not in their delivery area, so I was told a GC will be sent to me by mail. 🤔🤔 Does anyone want this pineapple pizza??? And STILL NO GC 2 WEEKS LATER!! DISAPPOINTED DOMINOS

Good pizza, but check your order before you leave. Three times in 12 months they've messed up our order or just given us the wrong pizza... probably somebody else's pizza, which means somebody else also had to make two trips. Good pizza, though! Check your order before you leave.

The tamiami trail location in port Charlotte is the best domino's I've ever been to. I was going to the kings highway location for the longest time. They have terrible customer service. I'm so happy I found this location. Management and there employees are so friendly. Keep up the great work!!!!

Consistency is so very important, and my local Domino's gets an A+++ every time I order. Pizzas arrive oven hot, in perfect condition and always exactly as ordered. Any of the non-pizza items are well prepared with perfect seasoning, containing fresh, well balanced ingredients. I have never experienced a delay or error with any order. IMHO, Domino's is always doing it right.

Ordered a pizza while shopping at Walmart next door. Walk into this Dominos 18 mins later and pizza not even started yet. Canceled order since sole reason for franchise pizza is speed and convenience.

This has never been the best Dominos in the area but it is the closest so I have gone with it. Today though takes the cake. Following the tracker, when it said my order was completed and ready for pickup, I pulled into the drive-thru. The person at the window tells me it's in the oven and it will be another 6 minutes! WTH

Domino's is my family's GO TO. The deals are great and service has also always been great. I would recommend anything from pizza to pasta and chicken.

Normally my order is correct and there are no issues. Occasionally they might make an error but will rectify the situation without any issues.

The pizza place doesn’t take 50s or 100s and whoever I was on the phone with, she was rude. They hung up on me .

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered online was given estimate and even a tracker to show when food be ready for pickup. Arrived after pizza was suppose to be ready according to the website and tracker. When pulled into the pick up lane, was car in front of be honking horn and complaining they had been waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the window. After 19 more minutes someone finally appeared and gave them thier food. As I approached the window I gave my name to the gentleman and he left window, 5 minutes later he never reappeared, instead was leaving to deliver some food. Another person finally appeared at window I gave them my name and they came back and said my pizza just went into the oven. This is 15 minutes past when they showed my pizza was completed. I asked what options were and he said sit and wait, I said I have been adn asked for manager, who he said wasn't available, I said I will wait for them. Next a young snotty woman who wasn't wearing her mask correctly appeared at window and told me she could cancel or I could wait, I asked how long she sarcastically said when it's done. I said how about you just deliver it so I'm not forced to wait. She said okay I will cancel your order and slammed window shut. My card was still charged for food I never received. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

This Domino's is prejudice against carnival workers. I was told that the GM told employees they were not to deliver to carnival workers.

Placed an order online and received the message saying the order did not go through. Checked my bank account online and saw the money was withdrawn so I called the location and spoke with a manager named Madison and I offered to send her a screenshot of my money being withdrawn and she told me she didn't need the screenshot because she has no order for me and she cannot help me. She literally did not care at all we will never order Domino's again

I asked if the location was able to provide a 7.99 large coupon deal after ordering a large. They were unable to provide the deal in store and said it is a website only offer. The deal is listed as a national one and the website allows you to cut out the coupon to provide in store. It's ridiculous. I have been going to this location for years and they weren't willing to work with a longtime customer.

VERY confused on where to park. The gentlemen who helped me in the store for a large delivery order was very helpful and polite! Also seemed to be running very smooth, and it was clean!!

Mostly good. It's a 50/50 shot when you order sauces. Sometimes you get them, others times you don't. I not gonna call to have them bring me sauce, but when you pay for something, you expect to get it. Pizza and wings are always hot when they arrive. All the drivers I've dealt with have been super professional and easy to chat with. I've done in store pick up once, and that was a good experience as well, super friendly. I'm only giving 4 stars because of the hit or miss on the sauce issue, but other than that, great service.

I always have zero issues when ordering through the app..however over the phone and in person are always horrible. They seem to have inexperienced people working the phone and register every time I've gone in.

Gluten free pizza was great , wish they could make a large one. Deliver was fast, person on needs some phone skills.

All my life I ate pizza from Manhattan the best in the world and Brooklyn so Pizza Hut Papa John's Domino's Etc to me it's just to satisfy an urge. They're not that bad for people that are used to eating this sort of pizza. Homemade handmade no way. On the flip side the people there are great and the prices are really low

Not a good experience. My order was a mistake. Manager was not sympathetic. Not going back to this store again. If I make an on line mistake let's recognize that. A number of dominos I go to confirm the order. Manager says that's my responsibility.

I work here so I can't really be impartial, but I personally like it.

Normally. They are good. Today was not to good. Got a pizza with lots of bubbles spots on them. But the manager was very sympathetic with the problem, he had 2 pizzas delivered to replace the bad one. It still wasn't the usual good pizza. They explained there was problems today. So all was resolved. So I still believe this is a good spot for pizza. Just a bad shipment of dough that should've been caught.
