BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a large pizza by phone to pick up at the store. I put it on my front seat of my car and brought it straight home and opened it and there was a LIVE ROACH UNDER THE PIECE OF PIZZA. I killed it and called the owner of the store, AND HE SAID HE WOULD NOT REPLACE IT BECAUSE HIS STORE HAS NEVER HAD A ROACH IN IT. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! He also REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! He was very rude. Horrible customer service. I will never give him my business again and I suggest you don’t either. You never know, there could be A live roach in your pizza box. I still can’t believe the owner would rather have a bad review instead of doing the right thing!!

The food and customer service at this location is consistently spectacular.

Probably the value pizza for the money.

I've ordered from them around 8 times and they've managed to mess up the food at least 4 of those times. 2 of those times were on one night with the replacement pizzas for the pizza that were messed up. Plus this last time the bits were doughy and they told me that they could remake them but they'd come out the same way. No thank you!! No more, I'm done with this location, I'll order from webber and pick it up myself. I don't think I've ever had an issue with their store in the past.

The pizza was easy to order on the app and the pickup and timeline are clear. The pizza was pretty average but still good. We used the weekly deals and got 3 medium 2-topping pizzas for $23 I believe. We did carry out and the pizza was ready early and they notified me on the tracker.

I asked for the Application and Excellent, on Time, Clean Place and Nice People...100% recommended this store

Why do your delivery drivers knock on the door when it is supposed to be left at the door? Then they call for a tip that I already put on the online order?

I mean no cheese on pizza? Have you ever heard about no cheese pizza? It's here! Sorry guys we've tried to eat it, but just couldn't!

Best pizzas overall are created at this Dominos location on Cattlemen Road in Sarasota Fl. Even though I remove the onions and peppers from the Philly cheesesteak and substitute that with extra mushrooms. This pizza is by far hard to stop eating, because of the perfect ratio of ingredients, baked to perfection and the love the chefs put into it. Thanks and looking forward to getting another pizza soon. Update 02/2024 - just reread my post and definitely going to get another Philly cheesesteak pizza asap!

Haven't had Domino's in a very long time so decided to give it a shot, the pizza they allow people to eat amazes me. That has got to be the absolute worst pizza I've ever had. The cheese they put on it is just mushy and disgusting. The sauce is just bland and whatever they are doing for the crust isn't working. I am extremely disappointed that I wasted my money on their garbage. I wish they would get put out of business please stop supporting this place.

I work at a school and ordered pizza for my students. They were so excited. I have 30 minutes for lunch. We waited and waited. The delivery was 35 minutes late 🥵🥵🥵

I order from here monthly. The last pizza was definitely “rushed” yet it wasn’t ready on time. No sheet under the pizza to keep the grease from soaking through the box and onto my seat. Very disappointed.

The pizza was placed on the ground. The driver did not knock. The driver thought it was ok to leave food on the ground and not knock. This is unexcusable.

Tipping culture has gotten **out of control.** I ordered a few pizzas online for pickup. Not delivery, pickup. Not curbside walkout, counter pickup. When I walked into the store, the employee plopped the food down on the counter in front of me in three separate piles, then made me wait two minutes while he found a pen to sign a credit card slip - tip line open, of course. I threw in a token couple of bucks to be nice. Mind you, I received no service - no delivery, no help walking out with the pizzas, not even handed the food stacked nicely, I had to organize it myself on the counter to carry it. As I walked out the door, I hear the employee scream at the top of his lungs cursing at me for being a "cheap-*** ****." Just wow.

This is one of the best Dominos locations in the area. Best prices and quality than other locations on the Dominos App. The staff always checks on me right away when I walk in and hands me my order quickly. 5 stars and keep doing what you're doing. Thank you!

Delivery was great. The pizza was horrible. Haven’t had Domino’s in 10 years. Had some at my niece’s, (over off Tuttle) where it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Sadly, not so here. It’s a shame to screw something up with the exact same ingredients. Manager on duty unhelpful. Won’t be back to this location.

They seriously charged me 22$ plus tips for a medium 2 topping pizza. A medium pizza. No sauce just one medium pizza. Altogether 26$. I didn’t have much extra after paying 22$ for a medium pizza. I gave up the 3 stars because the driver showed up in 20 minutes instead of the 45 minutes I was told. It ain’t shrimp and fried duck y’all. I can get a decent filet mingon for less than 25$. With sauce probably won’t order here again

Dominoes Pizza is not very good in my opinion.

Awful. Ordered delivery 5 minute drive from the store. It was cold and made poorly. Hardly any pizza sauce. Tired of overpaying for garbage. Whoever made my pie should not get a Christmas bonus.

Wow!! It has been a minute since I've had a domino's pizza.... And to be honest i didn't like it back in the day. If this is you too... Do yourself a favor and get some garlic knots and a crispy thin pizza and enjoy! Their food is really good and hot! The ordering process is super easy... An all around great experience!

Pizza was dry and looked like it had sat for a while.

I called the Webber store to place an order for delivery. The employee told me I will make the order for you but it would be the Cattleman Store who will deliver it. I order 2 pizzas and 1 appetizer. When the order arrived I only got the appetizer and 1 pizza. I called Cattleman and the manager told me she could not do nothing for me because I made my order online. I explained the situation TOLD HER I DID MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE. SHE insisted I actually made the order online and I forgot to add the extra pizza TO THE CART. I told that was NOT correct. She insisted thats what her system is showing. I told her I wanted to pay for the second pizza ( i am not looking for a free pizza) but it wasn't fair to pay the delivery fee twice when my order was taken wrongly and incomplete. They lost a custumer for a delivery fee. Next time order in Marco'S or Joey D around the corner.

Ordered 2 philly cheese steaks. We got 2 vegi. Pizzas instead. Called in and the redid the order. Bad start for first time order from this store.

They have great build your own pasta dishes

This place was so super cool I came in there they really hooked up with a good pizza the price was exactly what was advertised it smelled good clean those people I couldn't imagine eating anywhere different but I do eat a lot of different pizza because I like a lot of different Pizza but imagine lots of different beaches out there

I was actually having a smartphone repair done about 20 feet North of Domino's.

Beyond Impressed!! I Ordered my pizza online ahead of time, then I called back to add a 2 liter and the manager said no problem he'd get it taken care of and add it to the bill and that I could just pay cash when they came. Pizza delivered but no soda. I was disappointed but I understood how it could have happened it's busy and it was added on after the fact. 45 minutes later while we're eating, knock at the door... they delivered the soda!!! Absolutely impressed by their commitment to their customers.

This domino's is honestly my favorite location out of any where I have lived! They seem to actually care!

Unfortunate. Ordered for take out. Show up and no pizza. I hear the workers discussing that my pizza was than by a delivery driver. I wait a few minutes and no one relays this information to me. I then have come up to the counter to ask how long. 15 more minutes. Throws off my whole timeframe. Ask for money back…paid cash…she hand me a slip of paper. I ask for cash back. She hands it to me and walks away. No sorry…no we will deliver…no nothing. Customer service does not exist here. Unfortunate.

Domino's has the delivery, delicious pizza and prices all figured out. Their thin crust with garlic parmesan sauce beats all the options we've tried. Their cheesy bread is fantastic. Garlic bread bites are fantastic.

Favorite place to order from. Everyone is clearly trained very well, my food is perfectly done every time. Shout out to Evan for managing the place so well !

Had an issue with the salad that I ordered and promptly called them. The manager was very apologetic and set the situation right. Thankful for good customer service as I know it was not the employees fault.

We love this franchise by Rene DeGuia. Our order is always delivered on time and most cases ahead of schedule. They always have specials and the kids love their parm bites.

Could use a little more sauce. Could hardly taste any.

I placed an order for delivery. I didn’t receive my two dipping sauces and when I called the store, they said they would have to refund the order and then recharge my card. And the chicken I received was cold and had barely any sauce on it. The pizza turned out perfect though, just don’t expect to get any extras you may order.
