Update 9/9/24 Just enjoyed my second excellent Gluten Free pizza from this location. Karri made the pizza and it was really delicious! Lots of fresh toppings and perfect amount of sauce. Google wouldn't let me write another separate review, so I'm editing one I wrote some time ago to rave about the GF pizza there. Thank you Karri for making me a very happy customer. I'll be back for sure. Thank you, Kylie, for preparing the best Gluten Free pizza I've ever had. I think I"m going to get another tomorrow, it was that good! Delicious sauce, plenty of pepperoni and just the right amount of onion and black olives, with perfectly baked thin crispy crust. I usually buy frozen Freschetta GF pizza, which is good. But yours far exceeds theirs in every way. I will be back!

Delicious pizza, fast delivery. You can’t beat it when you get a good coupon on the app. The stuffed spinach and feta cheesy bread is to die for.

Lg. Cheese and pepperoni pizza. Take out. It was awful!!! Tasted old. Worst pizza ever! Used to be good. Not anymore, by a long shot! Just plain awful. Needless to say, I'll never go back.

Never got order. Tried to talk to manager wad given an hourly horrible employee. Emma should be fired because made no effort to resolve issue. Been a customer for this store for 13 years now. And this I horrible treatment. Even hung up on me. District office needs to give this place some attention.

This Domino's Pizza location is great! Adam was very friendly. I go there a few times a month and the employees are always nice. The pizza is always hot too!

Absolutely worse pizza ever!!! Order was made wrong, crust nasty and topping gross. Called back to get made correctly and employee was rude and Called me a lier. We will never order from this place ever again.

Something needs to be done about these employees, but most of all it’s the corporate management that needs to be held accountable. Every single time I’ve resorted to ordering from here, there’s been an issue. If I don’t order extra sauce, my pizza will have no sauce at all. If I order extra sauce, my pizza will look like this, raw, uncooked pizza dough with raw cheese falling off. I tried to bite into the pizza and the dough was softer than the cheese it was so raw. They get angry when customers complain, that’s why I’m having to email corporate to explain, and they’re not even getting back to me. I will try again but the fact that a large corporation such as dominos has such an extreme lack of customer service is ridiculous. Absolutely insane!!!!

Small and hidden away in the shopping plaza with no drive-up window. Unlike others they do have oregano to sprinkle.

A out of state friend surprised me with a large 3 topping pizza delivery from this location . When I received the prepaid receipt of $38.n change I was shocked! After visiting this store I inquired what the cost was n then why it was so high. They had no explanation after recalculation the actual cost . That was $27.n change . So factual Domino's had stolen additional $10,00 overcharge and couldn't explain to me why. Is this Domino's 🤔 policy to overcharge and steal from its customers 🤔 🙄

I love writing positive reviews when it’s needed and if I could give 10 stars for this one I would. According to the tracker Kylie made our pizzas and this has to be the best tasting pizza we have ever ordered from any dominoes! Perfect amount of ingredients and cooked to perfection! It's our go to Sunday piZza spot. Great value on their take special. It's always consistent and the staff is awesome.

Ordered a medium cheese pizza to-go from the app, and there were no problems. The staff wasn't the most welcoming upon entry, but the cheese pizza tasted good and was ready for pick-up in a timely manner.

We ordered online and knocked and waited at the window to pickup but nobody came to take our payment or greet us. We waited for close to 15 minutes before we left to get food elsewhere.

My pizza was made the wrong way I was told there would be another one brought out to me I waited and they never showed I called the lady on the phone was ver Rude I Oder from here a lot I would like my food made right some time it’s perfect and some time u can tell what was rushed customer service is a big thing the lady I spoke with has non and need to correctly trained I’m very upset I will be call customer service center in regards to this something will be done

I ordered a pizza on 8/16 early evening via app. When I got to store to pic up and they refused to break a $50 bill and this is on a sat evening. How is it you cannot break a 50 on a sat night? So ended up with no pizza and lost redemption points. This was a total joke!!!

I have been getting mostly delivery, but sometimes pickup from this Domino’s for over a year now and they are always awesome. I have never had any issues with their pizza or their delivery. We even have to use the hotspot feature now that we live beachside and it’s always smooth. Their delivery drivers are very hard workers and go above and beyond each time. I highly recommend this Domino’s and think everyone there deserves a raise!! 👏👏

Very inconsistent. On several occasions orders have been made wrong, and we have gotten the complete wrong order delivered. The person answering the phone treats you as if you did something wrong when you call to remedy their issues.

Employees were extremely rude. Made the pizza wrong and then refused to refund the money and remake it. Instead of having good customer service and act accommodating she shoved the pizza at us. Girl with the blonde hair acted like she didn’t wanna deal with the problem. What happened to dominos priding themselves on great customer service and remaking the pizza when it’s wrong? Never will go back.

Would like to give a good review, but really can't. Sat on the phone trying to order food, call disconnected 2 times after approx. 10 minutes each time. I then drove to location, on the phone for a 3rd time, phone gets answered when I'm IN the lobby. I order and go to pay- they're not accepting cash. I walked out aggravated.

Usually we get it with delivery, but since we were at the plaza, we order over the phone and pick it up. Good if you consider what to expect from them. It's a fast food after all.

Always hot pizza, my favorite and great prices. The workers here are always friendly.

Very disappointed in the store, especially since I love this place. I had placed an order for carryout delivery (first time trying, just a curbside delivery service) since I was on the go with my kid. I waited 10 minutes until I had to go inside and finally get my food. The only thing I don't understand is: Why have the carryout delivery option if no worker in the store is going to fulfill it? Otherwise food is great, just maybe pay attention to the services your workplace provides....

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at the Dominos in new Smyrna beach. I would highly recommend this location especially. Like anyone or anything they are not perfect. They have messed up an order or two in the past however when I have contacted them directly they have always owned up to the problem, apologized and corrected the mistake. Whether it’s offering a new one/remaking it, adding points or rewards to my account or offering a free item. They have always done what they can to correct the problem and I think that’s amazing.

Not too sure what to say, I ordered pizza for a vegetarian/vegan friend. I got the pizza with just tomatoes and pineapples and you would think it’s simple enough to make a pizza with just those two toppings. But no, whoever made the pizza must really hate the entire pineapple on pizza thing because in their incompetence they put bacon on the pizza. So if you are vegetarian or whatever I would think twice before ordering a pizza from here. Also the pizza was cold by the time I got it.

Tastes like domino's but that's not the issue. I couldn't understand the guy on the phone cuz he was muffled. When I got to the store to pick up, I found out why. He was having to repeat himself to every caller because he was placing the phone under his chin against his skin on his neck. I'm not sure why he couldn't figure this out but it was an issue with every caller. Nice guy, just no common sense.

Domino’s in NSB- you are the best in customer service! Friendly employees, delivery persons, and we never have to wait long for pizza!

Had an incident of mistaken identity was charged 19 for 9 dollar pizza but female manager did correct the mistake same name wrong persons order, last visit no problems pizza was excellent, service was fast an friendly.

Have always been the best pizza experience for delivery ! Much better than the competitors . Get the White hand tossed parmesan sauce xtra cheese , no tomato sauce , sausage and peperoni as a suggestion , and don't have them cut it, just bake it till crispy crust if you wish on reheat .

My family and I were looking for dinner on our drive home to VA from the Keys. We stumbled upon this lovely town and tried to find something good and quick, to no avail. It was a typical Saturday night and everywhere was packed. We just wanted to get food in our tummies so we could get back on the road to home. While we were aiming for something unique and area-specific, Domino's was the best choice. The staff was so nice and helpful. The food was quick, hot, and delicious. We are so thankful for their patience and service.

Drive-thru window was not in operation and I didn't feel the need to make a phone call to have someone come to the window, so I went in and picked up the pizza. It was okay, nothing special.

Bought a combo meal family dinner that included a 2 liter that was not given when the food was picked up .No sauce on the pizzas , Are they afraid to put any on the pizza? Or is this a cost cutting technique?After we left the beach on the way back home I picked up the 2 liter I should have had when the food was picked up at 2pm

Love this Dominos! Great service every time and pizzas are always exactly as ordered. Our favorite part is that when we select Well Done in the special instructions, they actually cook them perfectly Well Done! Delivery and pick up have both been utilized and were flawless.

Arrived hot and driver was wearing a mask (yay!). It was delicious and we gobbled it up in about 15 minutes. Thin crust is my favorite, and I love the way Domino's makes it.

Domino's Pizza used to be an afterthought. Over the last several years their quality has surpassed many of their competition...Pizza Hut and others come to mind. Not to mention that Domino's has a freaking promotion everyday. OK...it seems everyday. We're full time RV'ers and ordered delivery to our campground site. The young man that delivered had serious common sense...rarely found with most young folks today. At the end of the day, Domino's and their driver delivered....first class service at an astoundingly low cost. Sooooo..... I'll be back(in my best Arnold voice).

I ordered thin crust double cheese. Did not think there was double cheese and it really was thin & crisp. Will not order it again.

Wish there was a way to split this rating but an average will work. Online order place, signed up for text notification (great add to the options Domino's) smooth ordering. I arrived as to the text i received at that time. Here's where the reading split comes in, i walked in approached the counter and stood there waiting for any one of the six employees that clearly seen me walk in (I'm 6'2" and where a cowboy hat!) To ask if i needed help. Finally after several minutes three separate employees asked to help. Not very professional. However, the food was hot, fresh and made to order.

Domino's pizza is great for affordable late night food. You have even order online or pick it up yourself in the store. My husband and I do not eat meat so we order the 7.99 three topping pizza. It is mace quickly and we can watch the process the Dominos website Ruth the pizza tracker.

The person who took the order (over the phone) was poorly trained with little knowledge of pizza....... The person was trying but needed closer supervising..

Usually our go to pizza place because the are fair we with thy he toppings and have quick service. The pizza was ok- not sure if they were rushed due to # of orders for the rainy day. We will go back.

They've never accidentally put onions on my pizzas. I think that deserves 5 stars everywhere. This is the only local chain pizza place I order from anymore. Everyone is super nice, and this location has drive through window so you don't have to get out in the cold/ heat for carry out.

Always a pleasure to order from. The order is always correct, the delivery drivers are always prompt and nice. They are always a good go to when family is hungry and we don't want to cook.

I have ordered many of the sandwiches from this location every time I order it I get there it's ready it's hot it's delicious. The only thing I don't like it it's not the stores fault it's the fault of the app I can add or subtract meat cheese about anything except mushrooms which I love. The manager of the store now has it on my order that I like to have extra mushrooms I wish you could fix the app to reflect that other than that this particular store is very good it's close by and they are always nice

We generally are not fans of chain pizza restaurants but decided to order a pizza from Domino's and have it delivered. I must say the most impressive thing about our experience was their exceptional customer service. The order arrived in a very timely manner, however, there was an error with our order and a few things were missing (soda, dipping sauce, etc..) The moment we opened the door Ryan immediately took responsibility for items not included and for the error. Even with our insisting returning with the items unnecessary, including a call to the store to let them know he didn't HAVE to return, nonetheless, within 15 minutes Ryan called to say he was in route with our missing items. Our food was hot and fresh and we were very pleased with the overall experience. I can't say it is the best pizza ever but it got the job done and we had a nice experience with the restaurant employees.
