I love car side delivery, I loved loved the sale this week, and it goes without say that the pizza is the best.

The food is delicious and the service is great😍

My food was finished cooking and sat there for 27 minutes before the delivery driver left towards me. Food was completely cold by the time it got to me, and all they offered to make up for it was 1 pizza. I ordered 3 items similarly priced to a pizza, so I expected either a full refund or a better coupon than what I received. This dominoes is not very good, the dominoes near my work is better and always more consistent with their food. Very hit or miss

We’ve been ordering dominoes for over 20 years AT OUR HOME and tonight when I called to order a pizza I was told they don’t deliver to us..??

The lady who helped me was super friendly even though I don't speak English and she doesn't speak Spanish. He understood what I wanted and that made me feel very good.

We ordered a large deluxe from this Dominoes. It was probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I guess I should have stuck with pizza hut. We through the pizza in the garbage.

Though it was a quick pickup transaction, Carson, the manager, was very kind and accommodating. Needed a quick fix for hungry teenage boys and this location is clean and convenient. Pizza and wings were good, everything I ordered was spot on. Thanks, Carson!

This location has been unable to get my order correct on three separate occasions.

Ordered pizza from the closest Domino's (3 mins away) from my house. I watched the Domino's driver drive PASS my house 20 mins then back to me 20 mins with COLD OLD PIZZA. The quality check ✔️ was NOT done. Because I didn't get my marinara that I paid $2 for. And the cinnamon twists were dry as heck, are the suppose to be this way? Or was frosting suppose to be added? This was a bad experience, I called kindly to tell them and their reply was ok. It's not ok. We won't be back

Great deals I order Dominos at least once a week or more and I get it delivered. But they are have a deal right now for CARRYOUT ONLY a '$6.99 LG 2 Topping Pizza'! I ordered online and when selecting toppings I guess I selected NO SAUCE option and so my Pizza is very dry. But my order was CARSODE DELIVERY and they brought me out my order in less than a minute. Ive always got great service at my dominos

We ordered the New York style crust and they stretched it so thin that they ripped holes in the crust and the crust was so dry it was the texture of a cracker. Then they still put topping over the holes in the crust so 1/2 the pizza was stuck to the box. The quality check was obviously not done.

Pizza was burnt and missing ingredients. Manager offered a free large pizza to make up for it. Went to order a new pizza and got slapped with the "fine print" in the end they offered me $8 off a pizza. Or a large 1 topping. I had ordered the hawaiian pizza. NOT A ONE TOPPING. What a joke.

Order was placed online for delivery, shortly after that I received a call from the manager Carson stating there has been a problem with Dominos network flooding in too many orders with only having one driver. He presented me with two options: having my order still delivered at a discounted rate but it will be late, or I can pick up at also a discounted rate with further compensation. I chose to pickup as delivery wasn’t absolutely necessary. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Carson with my order, delivery charge removed and a complimentary desert. With the troubles at this moment Carson delivered great customer service and communication which lacks in many businesses these days. All of this and my order was still correct, fresh, and hot. Props to you Carson for managing a bad situation effectively.

Ordered on line and picked it up. Got all the way home to find its was the COMPLETELY wrong order. Even though they called me by name! Drove all the way back to get MY order, an embarrassed.....NON APPOLIGY! No offer of explanation or making it right. I get home with the correct pizza and it's absolutely COLD!!!! SOUNDS LIKE A CALL FOR PIZZA HUT!!!

I ordered the bacon cheddar loaded tots and it had no bacon or sauce just cheese. The loaded chicken also had no bacon just tomatoes and it’s half the amount they used to give. They used to be really great but now it’s just a rip off paying that much to be missing ingredients and only getting half portions.

I recommend anywhere else but this Dominoes location. At other Dominoes locations it would be fine. This location has time and time again skimped on everything possible. In the old days they were great but over the last few years they’ve really gone downhill. At first it was the cheese. They would sprinkle the bare minimum amount of cheese to even consider it pizza. Now the crust is so thin? I ordered “hand tossed” Hawaiian? This pizza is so paper thin, not as depicted in the “hand tossed “ pictures online. If i wanted thin crust I would’ve asked for it.

Avoid this Domino's location on Airport road, its not worth the headache!!! They will over charge you, then make you jump through hoops to prove that they did. Their employees aren't the shapest. I actually knew I was gonna be overcharged because they ran my card on several separate occasions during my order they said their system was having issues and they said this is how they do it, so I wouldn't be shocked if they overcharge people often. I called several times spoke with a Dallan who advised I would be refunded I never was. I called a week later spoke with Angelina who was gonna mail me a check but she needed to speak with Randy who was her boss, she refused to give me his last name. But he advised I needed to show proof I was over charged. I asked why her and dallan were both going to give me refunds but now I need to bring in proof and she advised she wanted to make sure I wasn't scamming them. So they made mistakes several times but I need to show the proof of their mistake in order to get a refund. Do not buy from his Dominos their are several others in this area to go to. Ive Always had issues with this location. I used to get deliveries, but after several issues I started to pick up my pizzas and now i have more issues.

Over priced! Ordered the loaded tots for the first time & they were NOT loaded!! There was VERY minimal cheese on them so half the tots were plain & bland! Plus the ones that were "loaded" were burnt so bad! I salted the plain tots & dipped them in fry sauce. I will stick to my homemade tator tot casserole. Perfect every time & never burnt!! The homemade pan pizza was too thin. I thought pan was supposed to be a thicker crust?! Was sent a text that the driver left @ 7:18pm & did not arrive until 7:55pm. It doesn't take that long to get to my house. I will stick to Marcos pizza! They know how to do pizza!! And the drivers are speedy!!!

This staff is awesome! They have been supplying the business I manage with the pizzas we provide our parties with, which is a lot of pizzas and they are always on top of it and easy to work with!

For fast pizza, this place is the absolute best. I love the flavor of their sauce, which for me makes or breaks a pizza. We always get double sauce (at no additional cost) for good measure. We typically do their 2 topping medium pizzas for $5.99. If you shop their deals you will pay significantly less than other places. Additionally, they have gluten-free options. With will cost you about $18-20.00 a pizza, but what gluten-free item isn't more expensive?

Ordered a pizza at 5:45pm, at 6:10pm it said the delivery driver Trayton was on his way. 45 minutes later, still no pizza (we live less than 8 minutes from the store). Called the store and the employee I spoke to said it was marked as delivered so he was going to contact the delivery driver. About 5 minutes later he came back on the line and said the delivery driver told him it was delivered. We received no pizza. He either delivered it to the wrong house (not sure how you even do that) or he lied and marked it as delivered and enjoyed a free pizza. Super frustrating as I paid for the pizza online and now i’ve got a hungry family here with no pizza.

It was a really delicious my fiancee loved it. I am still to afraid to try the Gluten Free Pizza but it's been great for my fiancee while he is staying in the care center down the road their food is bad so you have been a life saver on those days

Whenever I come in I know I can get good service from managers Randy or Jen! Everyone here has a good vibe. Plus they open 7 days a week only dominos in Utah!

They have really bad customer service. The are very racist . If you call to order pizza no one will pick up the phone.

I think that for a chain, Domino's is pretty decent. That being said... it's not spectacular, but pretty good. I feel they need to offer some types of calzones or something...

I'm so glad Domino's has finally started supporting gluten free by having coupons regularly for carry out and also they now let you redeem points for gluten free pizza! Being Celiac has been difficult over the decades but it seems to be getting easier and more reliable with time. Thank you Domino's.

3 yr update from 1 star to 4. This location has improved as they must have had some management changes. Today the order was incorrect and under cooked which hasn’t happened often, but I went in, showed it to them and the shift lead said, “yep, we got that wrong” and they quickly put in a replacement order for me. Thanks for making it right.

The ne bread twist garlic Parmigiano was delicious and the young man was knowledgeable about the menu to help us get the toppings we wanted on one pizza and it was perfectly well done as requested . Thank you dominoes crew .

As far as delivery pizza they're okay. They're so busy in the area that the wait is very long, so we don't order there as much anymore.

Food arrived fast and within time frame, the Alfredo chicken was good and had good amount of sauce. My pizza however has been a let down the past couple of times. Any time I order the handmade pan pizza it is half raw. The bottom has a nice crust but the middle and right under the sauce it is super raw, they replaced it today but my new one was the same. It used to be my favorite but with it being a reoccurring issue I won’t be getting my pizza here. ☹️

Ordered food by phone. Because online was not working. They did not put on the coupon we asked for. Than they added a medium cheese pizza we did not ordered and paid for. Online with the coupon it was only 40 dollars or so. Ending up being 58 dollars. Food was great but unhappy about the phone order.

The food is amazing, the wings, pizza, and everything. But after eating the pizza i felt sick, I don’t think they wear gloves, or wash their hands.

There Parmesan Bread Bites are always light and fluffy the Walmart stores are always flat will always drive the extra couple miles to get there delicious food!! 6 stars!!!

Some of the best service, I walk in on what I would say was the busiest night of their lives this last Friday Dec 3rd 2021. Let me tell you they provided way better service then the surrounding dominos locations they greeted told me that my order was being cut it would just take a little longer to figure out. Meanwhile I see piles of products in boxes on there pizza table as they sort through them. The guy comes back with my food in 5mins time and its still hot and the product was perfect😁

I put in a delivery order maybe 14-15 minutes before they closed. Writing this early before it has been delivered. Hopefully everything thing is complete with my order. $$&! TIP

Always a good experience at this West Jordan location, I end up coning to this location instead of Kearns because I haven't had a good experience at the Kearns location.

Ordered from this location about 1 week ago, OMG first id like to say my order was done and on its way within 15 minutes. My order arrived super hot, fresh out of the oven. Second, my pizza was soo good. I had a fair share of toppings and cheese. This is my favorite pizza location now and ordered again today. Your cooks are on point and so are your drivers! Keep up the amazing work!!!!!!
