This is the final time I will order anything from this location. Not only have they consistently brought me my food cold or not how it was requested. But tonight they make me wait over an hour for delivery and when they bring my order it isn't even the entire order. So I have to wait for the driver to return to the store to bring me the second half of my order because in his words it "went all over the floor" before arriving. I am tired of giving this store chances, and if anyone is looking for a nice meal in, I would highly suggest ordering from anywhere else.

So you can't have this on the top of your box though. The boxes contain greases so they cannot be recycled. It's like how waxed produce boxes are non recyclables. That "side of responsibilities" shouldn't be lies.

This place has seriously gone downhill. 2 of my recent online orders were incorrect and the 2nd time I decided not to drive all the way back they stiffed me on my store credit. The "manager" Jace sounded like he was impaired and/or confused that I had photo proof and the online receipt.

I usually don't have a problem with this dominos, however (and I'm not sure if this is because of the individual store, or corporate), but the recent price increases on the food, plus the price increase of the delivery charge, makes ordering from here less and less attractive. It also makes people less likely to give good tips when you charge $5 for delivery (regardless of proximity to the store). Ridiculous. Edit: Way to respond to my review without addressing any of my concerns at all. Why even reply? Going from 2 stars down to 1 now.

The pizza quality and service are quite good.

I understand that things happen and restaurants can be understaffed but after an hour and seeing online that my food had been out of the oven for 45min, I called and was told it would be at least another hour before the one driver could even be heading out with the next batch of orders. They said they didn't call bc they were swamped. Then I asked about a refund and they said just know I'll receive it but there's no way to verify that I'm getting one... I just will in 3-5 business days bc it's "like a Domino's policy or something". Dreadful that they would not be afforded backup staff or trained to be able to make adjustments regarding how many orders they are filling. (This is either the time to have all manager hands on deck to pick up slack or scale back, pausing online or call center orders or something). Shame.

My orders always come just the way I order them. They arrive in a timely fashion just the way I order them. The people who deliver my orders are always prompt, polite, and friendly.

It's not as bad as it used to be, but I do like Little Caesars better. I like Little Caesars price better too. Okay, well, I got the medium hand-tossed pepperoni and bacon pizza, and the pepperoni cheesy bread. The pizza is only so-so, and as you can tell from the photo that I took of my cheesy bread, you will be hard-pressed to find the pepperoni. And I can't taste it at all. But hey, some people like to taste of certain pizza parlors better than others. Domino's is iconic, I cannot deny that. Unfortunately, just like all other industries out there in this current economy, Domino's has really cut back on anything that gets stuffed inside and hidden away from sight (breads, stuffed crusts, etc). In the past, I have also ordered some of their sandwiches. I recommend going to an actual restaurant to get any of those. They're all bread and very little filling.

It's Domino's, it's McDonald's of pizza places. What more can you say.
