Domino's Pizza in Poplarville - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Seriously? 2 14" pizzas for $40? What are they, ribeye pizzas? They actually have coupons but don't offer them to you. Went online and saved about 16 bucks on the order. Update 8/16/24: we have been ordering through the app on a regular basis, but tonight the app is having issues. I call the store and they won't honor the online coupons since I called in. Wait!? Not my fault your app isn't working and i have to call in.

Apparently the Dominoes app wasn’t working right today, so instead of the store employees being able to do third grade math and keeping a customer happy they chose to do nothing. ((2*7.99)*.8)*1.07 plus the St. Jude round up does not equal $22. Math must be difficult in Mississippi. 🙄

The amount of inconsistencies is absolutely ridiculous. You never know what kind of crust you're going to get and half the time, the pizza isn't even cut. We LOVE the garlic crust that comes standard on dominos pizzas, but from our last 3 pizza orders only 1 of them had the garlic crust, the other two were completely plain crust. Today's visit was the final straw of inconsistencies, we will no longer be visiting Dominos in Poplarville.

The GM of this location needs to be fired. This is the sorriest excuse for a Domino's that there is. We called atleast 6 times with no answer during evening business hours. Tried ordering online but couldn't complete order because of technical issues. The sad part is this is not the first time.

The domino's here is always friendly with prompt service and food made to meet expectations

Customer service was great and pretty quick, only problem I had was the tented window didn't hide the fact that they weren't wearing gloves, I think a health examination is past due and I also find it a little alarming that the thermostat on the wall says (Do not touch you will be fired!!) Yet it is set at 84 degrees. In a very small environment it gets hot quick especially in the kitchen.

The pizza quality is consistently acceptable. It isn’t excellent (I’ve had excellent Dominos, and i haven't ever experienced that at this location). The waiting time is inconsistent. And that’s a big deal for a takeout order. The app will tell you after the order that it’ll be ready in 9-19 minutes, you get there in 15 minutes, and they’ll tell you it’ll be 10 minutes and you’ll have to park in the parking lot and wait, then you jump on it early (7 minutes then pull back up to the pickup) and you find it’s ready. And you wonder why the guy told you 10 minutes. I really have great respect for our local pizza makers here at Dominos. And sometimes if you want the pizza while it’s scorching hot, you have to go with the flow. But it shouldn’t really be that way. The ovens have timers, and accuracy is important to your customers. The drive through setup is very confusing and inconvenient. You have to park and walk up to the window and then get a workers attention to come help you.
